Our stay at Vasileya's house was awesome. Although she wasn't there herself her mother was an excellent host. She greeted everyone and was always there to listen and help out with all our additional requests during the whole stay. We had at our disposal not only our rooms but the common spaces too. Definately recommend. Until next time :)

Thank you very much! The house is very clean and bright, with everything necessary for a family! The kids were thrilled with the trampoline, hammock, swings, large yard, lawn and grill, and the adults also appreciated all the amenities. There is enough dishes in the kitchen, and the bathrooms are clean and well ventilated. Special thanks for the coffee machine and delicious coffee ❤️. Ivaylo, the owner of the house, is a bright and kind personality. He helped us start the car when the battery died, coming with his own cables to help us! Отличный дом в живописной местности.Абсотная тишина,только пенье птиц.Необыкновенный воздух. Чисто,уютно,есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания,замечательная территория вокруг дома. Микроволновка,кофемашина,тостер,миксер.Есть капсулы для посудомойки и стиральной машины. Много посуды,полотенец. Хозяин отвечает очень быстро. Этот дом одно удовольствие и радость.

Lovely peaceful home in quiet village. We enjoyed the garden, bbq, and doing shopping in the very friendly village. Thank you for a special stay!

A pleasant house with friendly owners. Everything is clean, the apartment is spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment.

Second time we are visiting Diana’s place and absolutely love it. Very tranquil and rural place, 10 minutes to Tsarevo’s big stores and close to cool beaches. Area is calm and house is authentic, yet modernised. Host is very responsive with local recommendations and quick to help with anything. Highly recommend for families or just people looking for a chill place to rest at.

Необычный креативный Дом со своей территорией, в тихом и уютном месте. С прекрасным видом на залив и море, закаты и рассветы. Для нас было важно, что есть камин и камин прекрасно работает. Хозяева отзывчивые, дружелюбные и приветливые. Сам дачный посёлок очень т очень тихий, спокойный, если не в сезон) Вначале Дом непривычный, но на второй и третий день становится, как родной. 3 спальни, большой хол, 2 уборные на разных этажах. Прекрасная терраса на втором этаже.

Leo’s place was perfect for our family holiday! It was spacious and modern. Every detail was well thought out, so you can relax when you arrive. We loved the large living room/kitchen as well as the terrace with seating area & dining table to eat the meals we barbecued. The pool was clean and refreshing. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the upper terrace to watch the sunrise and sunset. Leo was a great host and quickly responded to our questions. We highly recommend Leo’s villa!

We had a lovely stay in Byala! The house was spacious and comfortable, with everything that we needed. The garden was great too, with lots of seating options for sun/shade, outdoor eating area with BBQ and a fantastic pool. It is a short (5 min) walk to local shops and restaurants, with a funfair in the evenings and public gym equipment that our teenage boys enjoyed using. We didn't have a car for our week-long stay, but we found enough to do in Byala - walks to the ancient ruins and the harbour, exploring the town, the water slide (lots of fun!) and the beautiful beach (probably the best beach I've visited, with clean toilets, not busy, and some shade). The only thing we left Byala for was a day trip to Nessebar, which is very pretty and easy to explore. A great holiday - many thanks!

Nyolc fővel utaztunk családi kirándulás kényelmes nagy apartman az igényeinket kielégítette. a közös terek is nagyok. minden szobához tartozott privát fürdőszoba. a szálláshelyen található medencét rendszeresen tisztították a gyerekek nagyon élvezték. fél órára autóval megannyi strand bevásárlási lehetőség elérhető.

What a lovely apartment, its huge, certainly big enough for our needs, lots of bathrooms and. Helps when you have so many people in the house. The pool with the apartment is great if you don’t mind the cold, we used it but only a couple of times, two great pools in the resort. Also a lovely beach close by. What was really handy was the supermarket being so close. Not the cheapest but handy for ice creams and things you run out of. A few things missing in the kitchen that we would have liked but that is the always the case with self catering. Kosta was a great communicator with his agent living close by and she was so helpful. At one point we switched off one of the hot water tanks by mistake and had no hot water and she sorted it within 5 minutes. These things really help when you have someone close by. Other issue is parking, its all free but its a bit of a free for all and not for the faint hearted! We certainly would recommend this to anyone.

The villa is fantastic - it's way bigger than it looks on the photos, the pool is lovely and the whole place is decorated with a homey seaside decor. The garden is amazing too, highly recommend!

We had a great time at Robert’s house!The house is beautiful,very well equipped and very safe which is very important to us because of our autistic son!Very quiet and chill place with lovely neighbours.The communication with Neli was great,she is very helpful and kind! Definitely will recommend to our friends and will hire again!

We had an amazing week. Hristo was a fabulous Host, he greeted us on the first day and showed us around the property. He gave great recommendations for local spots to eat. The house itself was nicer than the online pictures. It was clean and organized. The complex it self is very family friendly, with gated community and security check point. We had a great time

Probably the best place that you can find at the Bulgarian seaside. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The house is better than on the pictures. We loved the place and we can’t wait to visit again!

Красивый, большой и удобный двор с бассейном, красивый сад при отеле. На море ездили на машине, но и пешком не далеко. Но, удобное расположение относительно центральной улицы. У нас были апартаменты с выходом на улицу из спальни - очень удобно попить кофе утром и сделать барбекю вечером. Мы были ещё перед открытием сезона и поэтому всех удобств отеля не удалось оценить ☺️ так как было немного прохладно.

Una casa amplia y cómoda. Disponía de todo tipo de menaje y muy limpia. Está alejada de la playa pero con buena comunicación y zona tranquila

As expected we had a great time. We were a group of 8 people, the house is spacious, everything matched the description, it was very clean and Tzoni is a great host. Location is also great - in the heart of the town. There are couple of beach options in walking distance. Gradina & Kavaci are nearby (10-15 minutes drive). Great overall experience.
