The location of this spot was perfect for us, and we thought the price was very good as well. This place sleeps 4 comfortably as it has 1 queen bed and 2 full size beds. It also has a long sofa that can be slept on but obviously not a bed. The WiFi and 2 tvs are great and have lot of the apps you will want to watch your shows. Also has a Nespresso machine with lots of pods. Lots of towels and the things you would want at an Airbnb. We loved this spot and would def stay here again, especially when the price is right.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at Joe's place in Brighton. Great location. Not only is the view from the balcony amazing on a sunny day but the facilities in the flat itself were great. Really felt like a home from home. Thanks Joe!

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

Marie was such an accommodating host, and so thoughtful! She proactively asked if any children were coming, if we needed any special requirements, and even left an Easter egg along with goodies for us on arrival ❤️ The apartment is very close to the station, but very peaceful inside. Felt at home right away. Plenty of games available - kids loved their first taste of Twister! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything negative at all. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a car park located on the street which is was very reasonable. Lots of restraunts and shops close by and a short walk from the sea. We will definitely return, thank you.

Have stayed at Tunbridge a lot and it never fails to deliver. Dom is a great host and is always on hand for any last minute requests. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Very peaceful and welcoming. A real treat.

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

Dean’s place is amazing and was perfect for our family of 9 to relax and have fun. The views are stunning and to wake up and have the sea as your outlook is just perfect. We had welcome drinks and food in the kitchen and a lovely touch of a birthday cake for my wife, so thanks again Dean. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back in the future.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

What a find, we only stayed for one night as my daughter had a rugby trial at the local college and we wanted to relieve the stress by staying the night before. What a beautiful apartment , very comfortable and relaxing , felt very at home so just what we needed, probably one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Had everything there we could possible need plus more. Spotlessly clean , well equipped and wished we had stayed longer ! We will definitely be back again if she gets into the College!

We really enjoyed our stay here, great location close to everything all walkable but there are a lot of hills, as long as you don’t mind walking and hills then it’s a great location, I loved it, kids moaned a bit but I’d definitely stay again.

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

First class accommodation in every aspect. Friendly hosts, close by if needed. Very quiet location, just a short easy walk to seafront, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable. We had a truly wonderful stay at Renny's apartment. It is absolutely absolutely stunning. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. In the end we were disappointed to have only stayed for a couple of days! The front and rear balconies were perfect sun traps for the morning and afternoon sun. The free standing bath is just stunning. It was peaceful and yet well located for the beach and a short stroll into town. We would absolutely love to stay again and it is firmly on our favourites list!

We absolutely loved this place! When we arrived the heating was on, the apartment was warm and smelt amazing and there was even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge along side a pint of milk. The apartment was clean and stylishly furnished and decorated. The view from the bay window is fantastic, overlooking the pier. You’re a short walk into the heart of Brighton and minutes from the sea front. We just loved staying there and will hopefully be back.
