Awesome Lodge with loads of little extras. Every little detail taken care of and super clean. The kids especially loved the Hot tub.The country park and surrounding area is lovely and quiet. Nice of Glen to meet us and show us around the lodge, he also gave us great info on the local area.We will definatley be visiting again !

To much to write to explain how good The Birches accommodation was as everything was perfect ! We had an amazing week. I would struggle to find anything negative or room to improve as it had everything we needed and more ! Definitely will be back !

Had a great couple of nights here. Very peaceful and hot tub was great! Caravan had everything we needed and more like home from home. Host very friendly and helpful and my daughter left a jumper there and they are posting it to me! Would love to stay again thank you! 🤩

A beautiful place to stay, which made all our family and furry friends feel at home. Being a 10 minute drive from Skegness was perfect. Elizabeth was very responsive when we needed to ask questions.

Wow, what an amazing weekend celebrating both my mum and nieces birthday. From the moment we booked this property, we just knew we would have the best time and right from the start we had the most amazing hosts! So informative, very helpful and were clear and concise with instructions. Magda and her husband were amazing and met us at the property for check in. Guided us around the house and showed us how to use the essentials. They literally thought of everything and were so thoughtful with the decorations when we arrived, coming in every morning with gifts for us and the kids and also setting up a treasure hunt, which kept my niece and nephew entertained. We would thoroughly recommend staying in this house for any occasion. Perfect location and couldn’t have asked for more. Magda and Michael were amazing hosts - thank you so much!

12 of us friends including children (and dogs) stayed for NYE for 3 nights and it was one of the best holidays ever. The house was perfect, clean, lots of room, everything you needed and fabulous location. Christina our host was lovely. She was always quick at responding to our questions and sent us a house pack before arrival which was so useful and had every info we could have needed. We are already planning our return. Kingfisher Lodge really was a home from home. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches. Communication with Julie was excellent. We couldn't rate this place highly enough. Thank you, Julie for making us feel so welcome.

We absolutely loved this place! Upon arrival Rosalind met us and showed us around the property and showed us how to use the hot tub. The pod was extremely clean and we were left with some breads, jams, little chocolates and even some treats for our dog. There was also a manual outlining house rules and this included a list of local walks and dog friendly pubs. We were skeptical about the shared hot tub but it was really straight forward and there are half an hour gaps in between slots to allow time for it to be cleaned between guests. The smoke alarm did go off whenever we cooked bacon but that was probably our fault and shows that the place is definitely safe! I would probably add some solar powered fairy lights to the terrace for the evenings but that’s just preference. Overall it was a 10/10 weekend, we will definitely be back and bringing our dog with us! Also we fell in love with their dog Duke who wants to play fetch all day haha

What a lovely unique lodge. We loved staying at the Widgeon Lodge, lovely location next to the lake and great views of the RAF planes going past. Nice little personal touches too…..we loved the homemade shortbread, thank you. Plenty of activities for the kids and great entertainment for them on the night. We also couldn’t wait to get back though and get into the hot tub each night. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay, we will definitely be recommending and staying in one of your properties again

We spent a delightful long weekend at the deluxe lodge located right at the lake in a peaceful and remote location. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxation friendly. The furnishings included everything you might possibly need. The modern decor is well thought through and human touches are visible all around. The location is extremely dog friendly (including a doggy shower and dog walk route). The most impressive are probably the outdoor spaces - both the lake facing terrace and the front garden. A place you never want to leave!
