What can we say? This is our favorite place to stay when visiting family who live within a half hour of Diane & John's home. The minute we walk through the doors, we're surrounded by peace and a sense of home. It's what keeps us coming back again and again! Diane & John are great hosts who are there in a pinch if you need something, but also offer the privacy your family wants. Their place has everything you need; full kitchen for cooking, plenty of room to spread out, large TV for viewing your favorite shows or movies, spacious bathroom, full size washer & dryer if you need and plenty of surprise touches. They are also within minutes of shopping and restaurants, so there's plenty to do if you venture out. We always forward to staying at their place, it's truly our "home away from home"!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn and Tom's warm, welcoming, reasonably priced and comfortable place. Check in and out were easy, the teas/coffee and snacks provided were delicious, the beds were comfortable and the streaming services worked well. We would certainly recommend their place to anyone staying in Seattle.

Staying at Tricia's location was perfect. It is a quick drive or nice walk into downtown Winslow, but it is also in a nice peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying at Tricia's. The space itself is very charming and had exactly what we needed for ourselves and our dog.

Ken and Evie’s Airbnb in Seattle was perfect for our trip. This was my family's 1st airbnb we ever stayed in and they gave clear instructions on how to get to their place, which made everything simple from the start. We stayed on the bottom level of their home, and checking in was easy with a key in the lockbox by the garage...they provided the code ahead of time, so there were no issues. The space had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and there were extra blankets and towels for the bedrooms and bathroom. One of our favorite nights was when we picked up king crab legs from Pike Place and made a nice seafood dinner. They’re upfront in their description about having two kids and mentioned that you might hear footsteps sometimes. We did hear them occasionally, but it didn’t bother our family at all...we slept just fine. The price was totally fair, and everything was exactly as described.

Hugo’s place was ideally located for our short stay in Seattle. Close to some favorite restaurants and coffee shops in the Fremont neighborhood. It was quiet and very comfortable and away from busy roads.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

We had a lovely stay here. Quiet, with a wonderful view—including a whale sighting one morning! What an amazing surprise. Space was exactly as advertised, easy to get to, and Kevin was kind and responsive. Would definitely visit again.

Karen is an excellent host! During our stay in Seattle, we experienced some extremely cold weather. Karen reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit and offered warm coats, mittens, and boots in case we hadn't packed enough for the weather. The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, featuring several thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Dan’s place was perfect for our short visit to Seattle. Great views from the hot tub and a big cozy couch made coming back at the end of our long day really relaxing and fun. Great value for the space and the privacy!

A very clean，quite and comfortable place to stay in. Costco, Safeway and some Chinese supermarkets are all within 10 mins drive, restaurants too.

Really nice cozy spot! A better choice for 2 people perhaps, because it is not particularly spacious. However, the place is laid out with functionally in mind, and did not feel too cramped. It was a little tricky negotiating the removing and donning of 4 pairs of shoes at the entrance, but we managed it ok! The hot tub and outside lights were very nice touch!

I had a fantastic stay at Peter and Dah’s Airbnb! The location was perfect- great restaurants nearby, easy access to public transport, and walkable. As a young woman traveling solo, I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, which made my experience even better. The hot tub and sauna were such a treat after long days of exploring, and I loved having them as part of my stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Peter and Dah were incredibly kind and accommodating hosts, always making sure I had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area :)

Great communication, great location, and a really comfortable and special space to stay. I loved the upstairs bedroom with a view of the sound and the bed was so comfortable.

Great location, beautiful view, very clean! I highly recommend if you need a good place to stay in Kenmore area especially with more than 3 people. All the three rooms are with nice clean beds.

Tiffany’s place was clean, quiet, and in a great location. The view was a nice bonus, making it a great spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. Communication was easy, and everything was as expected. Would definitely stay here again.

My week stay at Noah and Anastasiya’s place was a wonderful experience. Neighborhood is lovely and safe. The backyard garden looks like a park. It’s even prettier than the pictures. The place is gorgeous and comfortable. How can who beat heated bathroom floors? My favorite feature was a utility room in the unit with washer, dryer. I try to travel light, so being able to use a washer dryer is nice! I’m hoping to return soon! Theresa

Great unit for the price, near U District so you have access to a bunch of restaurants. Very clean, like a hotel. The furniture all matches too, I think Kyle did a great job at building a coherent and homey Airbnb. We stayed for a few weeks so the fridge, laundry/dryer came in very handy. The parking is very easy, it's right in front of the unit :)

This might have been a coincidence but Dana told us the place would be available for check-in at 9am. It was perfect for us to drop our stuff off early as we were heading to a concert. We came back late at night, walkway well lit, and we went upstairs to sleep the rest of the night! Very easy check-in, proactive instructions, and great communication. This place even has an adjustable airbed. We cooked breakfast the next morning and went back home. Everything was very easy. Thank you!

This was such a sweet spot! Had everything I needed and was peaceful, spacious, and comfortable. I will be back!

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

Great place, they had all amenities one would need, even for a 2 week stay like I did. Nice open parking area at the location so never an issue of parking. Friendly and responsive.

Tom is one of the rare people that put their sincere effort into everything, including everything related to my stay. From the moment I booked I received a thorough e-mail containing everything I might have questions about: detailed navigation instructions, house etiquette, how-to-everything the rental. On the first day, I hard a hard time turning on the heater, and Tom personally came down to help me out, and didn’t leave until we had the heater fixed up and running-I did not expect that kind of attention, and I very much appreciate it! Throughout the stay, Tom was readily available by text, but otherwise out of the way of the property. Throughout my 1+ month stay, I only recall seeing him once in or around the yard. As for the property-it’s a great little open 1-bed, the furniture is in great condition, the linens are spotless, and everything was very clean when I arrived-I could not pick out any dust or dirt. Do be mindful that the bef mattress is **soft**, so plan accordingly.

Sandy’s place was easy to find and was a great spot to crash. We were visiting to take one of our kids to Seattle Children’s Hospital. This place was just 5 minutes away! The bed was very comfortable, and we loved watching movies in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless! Will add to our favorites.

Basic accommodations in a quiet Seattle neighborhood. Makes a great jumping off point for exploring Seattle and visiting family. This was the second time we booked Dickie’s Airbnb around the holiday season and both trips were very pleasant! We look forward to staying again!
