Before to checkin in apartment i was little worried that how it will go everything But big thanks for Mr. Fahad who make my stay in apartment very easy and very comfortable Mr. Fahad always reply me quickly and with detailed and true information about apartment and once i checkin after Mr. Fahad’s team man Mr. Mathew helped me for everything about apartment , but i didn’t face any problem regarding apartment, everything was perfect and everything was available in apartment and specially the location of Apartment is super good , just walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Dubai , which is called Jbr beach and also walking distance of Marina lake So you don’t need to take taxi for at least Jbr beach and Marina which is both important tourist places in Dubai I recommend 100% to go with eyes close for stay in Mr. Fahad’s apartment and you will never regret and your payment will worth it Mr. Fahad and Mr. Mathew both are super kind and very helpful person

The apartment is wonderful, clean, bright, stylish. Some reviews mentioned an unpleasant smell, it is no longer there, absolutely clean. The view from the balcony is unforgettable, it deserves to come here! The building is also excellent, we have stayed not for the first time, from here the best views of Dubai Marina open up.

Perfect Family Apartment In The Heart of Downtown

Stayed in the dream space accommodation in Dubai. It is very close to the Burj building and Dubai mall. You can actually see the Burj from the balcony. The place was large, spacious with all amenities. Easily can accommodate 8. There are 3 full baths, that make it even more appealing. The bathrooms were clean. Everything you need to stay is provided . To top it all, it was fairly inexpensive. I would recommend it for anyone visiting Dubai.

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment wirklich sehr genossen und wurden herzlich empfangen, deswegen möchte ich in dieser Rezension auf mehrere Punkte eingehen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und der Ausblick am Abend schön, ich war mir hier von den Größen zuvor unsicher aber es entspricht definitiv den Bildern. Für 2 Personen war hier mehr als reichlich Platz vorhanden. Ebenfalls ist das Personell des Gebäudes sehr hilfsbereit freundlich. Von der Lage her könnte es wahrscheinlich nicht besser liegen für Touristen, das Apartment liegt direkt am Dubai Marina Pier, dieser ist direkt durch das Gelände des Towers zu erreichen. Perfekt für Abendspaziergänge und Restaurantbesuche. Die Metro Station DMCC ist ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten entfernt und liegt quasi vor der Haustür. Ich persönlich sehe das als sehr praktisch an, da man hierdurch oft den Verkehr umgehen kann und man rin besseres Gefühl für den Ort bekommt den man besucht. Im großen und ganzen TOP 5/5. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung

Shams 1 was a great Air bnb clean and comfy. Location was awesome and view was out. Perfect to view entire jbr beach and fireworks. Would definitely stay there again my family really enjoyed.

The photos of this place dont do it justice, it is really well furnished and the space is bright and generous, the bedrooms are split either side of the livingroom which is great for parents wanting to distance themselves from teenagers. Just a short walk to amazing restuaraunts and beach accsess. Only downsides where the residence pool is seperate from the hotel guests pool which if looking at the images on The Address website when considering booking wasnt clear, they supply a coffee machine which you can only purchase capsules for online, we even went to the nespresso shop trying to source them which is were we found out, for people that need a decent coffee in the morning it leaves you having to take a walk and pick them up from the local coffee shops which wasnt cheap. I would deffinetly book this place again though as it does feel really high end and luxurious compared to others we have stayed in.

The overall experience was great and worth the money paid for it as it met my needs & expectations. The place was clean, quite, secured and you can reach to restaurants & coffee shops within 15-30 minutes walking. Also, there were various grocery shops around the place. The host was in touch all the time and had clear instructions.
