We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nihal's place! The apartment is perfectly located—close to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area that made it feel like a true retreat. It was fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Nihal was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed especially so that it was Ramadhan period. His genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a perfect home away from home. Thank you, Nihal! We would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed Muhammad’s place! It was conveniently located, with plenty of space inside. Muhammad communicated with us the whole time, even with a super late check in. Thank you Muhammad for your hospitality and a wonderful stay!

Nice and clean place, it was a pleasure to stay at. The host is very polite and supportive and answered all the questions asap. I would strongly recommend this place, if you are looking for something with modern and fresh design with access to the beach!

Le logement de Marta est très bien, la réalité est même mieux que ce qui correspond sur les photos. L’emplacement parfait, les équipements de l’appartement parfait. Nous étions une famille de 4 avec un enfant de 3 ans il y avait tout ce qu il fallait, et s il nous manquait quelque chose Marta était très disponible pour répondre à nos besoins à chercher des solutions. J’ai rarement connu un service de conciergerie aussi exceptionnel, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette appartement. Merci encore à Marta pour sa réactivité sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse

المسكن جميل وجديد والاثاث متكامل.. هناك ملاحظة واحدة وهو المطبخ.. برغم انه متكامل كادوات لكن لايوجد به اي مواد طبخ الاساسية كحال اغلب مساكن airbnb مثل الملح والفلفل وبقية البهارات كما انه لاتوجد اله قهوة.. عدا ذلك كل شي مثالي

Όμορφο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές και σχετικά κοντα στο κέντρο .Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός και πολύ φιλόξενος

Location is great. Many nearby stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. You need a car pass if you are driving to get inside the parking entrance. Host Andra brought it down for us and helped us to park in the right place. Very nice views from the apartment. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage drawers/closets and vanities although beds could use a mattress upgrade. Very nice balconies with views of Palm Jumeirah and as far as Burj Khalifa on a clear day. Full kitchen (could use some more utensils and a toaster). Could have used some more towels as well. Bring some basics with you (or buy from the store downstairs) like salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc if you are planning to cook. There was a box in the kitchen with free Tea bags and sugar. Host Andra was very nice and responsive to messages. There was a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling which she promptly got fixed through her maintenance staff. Overall a great experience!

very spacious apartment I came from USA with my Family we really had good time staying in the apartment loved it. Host was amazing and helpful thank you for hosting us.
