Burjassot : locations de maisons de vacances

La casa es preciosa. Es la segunda vez que la alquilamos y seguramente volveremos!

We had a wonderful stay at Santiago’s place. The house is more beautiful in person than in the pictures, tons of space. It slept 5 adults and 4 kids more than comfortably. Very close to the beach and restaurants and it has a great outdoor space to enjoy swimming/hanging out with friends and family. Santiago was very friendly and responsive. It was a perfect long weekend. :)

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

Ein grosses, sehr schönes Haus, ideal für Familien! Ausgestattet mit einem sauberen Pool, einem Trampolin, Pingpong-Tisch, kleinem Fussballfeld,… Man hat alles, was man braucht! Torques und seine Familie sind super lieb und sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Er gab uns viele Ratschläge. Bequeme und saubere Betten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca. 25 Minuten von Valencia City entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig, z. B. zum einkaufen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Sagunto just a 5 minute walk to the quiet Almarda Beach. The villa had all the amenities for the adults and children. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the big garden. The pool was lovely too however didn’t get in it much as it’s too cold this time of year. Maribel was so accommodating and met us upon arrival to go through everything about the accommodation. She was available on the phone if ever we had a question. The villa is really pretty with lovely big bedrooms. The host is very organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you could think of which made evenings really helpful. Overall we were over the moon with our stay and hope to come again. Becky & family xx

El alojamiento es amplio y cómodo para las 8 personas que reservamos, tanto las habitaciones como espacios comunes. El porche es súper práctico para comidas, cuenta con barbacoa y piscina… y un plus el poder meter los coches dentro del chalet. El trato el Myriam ha sido inmejorable, fue muy atenta en todo momento y flexible y disponible con horas de entrada y salida. Muy buena experiencia!

Logement correspondant parfaitement à la description, une maison où on se sent bien , magnifique jardin et piscine , le tout d’une propreté impeccable , quartier calme proche de la nature ! Des hôtesses réactives , arrangeantes et à l’écoute , petits commerces à proximité , boulangerie très sympathique ! Literie très confortable , cuisine bien équipée , terrasses et barbecue ! Nous reviendrons ☺️

We were not left disappointed. Marcela provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the property. The property itself was as described, if anything bigger than expected - plenty of space to relax! We enjoyed the outside space and made use of the grill during our stay. The area itself is quiet with many opportunities for hikes. The supermarket is a 5 minutes away.

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Absolutely an amazing Airbnbs . More beautiful than the photos—warm, welcoming, and truly felt like a home. It had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to an incredible backyard perfect for relaxing or spending time as a family. Communication was excellent—super responsive and quick to help with anything. Clear instructions made check-in and the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped home away from home. We’d absolutely stay again!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht! Die Lage ist super. Es gibt ein nettes Café um die Ecke, einen tollen Spielplatz und das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Besonders toll hat uns gefallen, dass es auch ein paar Spielsachen gab. Wir haben auch problemlos Kinderbetten und -stühle bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Espe war sehr wertschätzend und nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excelente lugar para desconectar de la rutina ya que estas en la montaña, zona muy tranquila, excelente si tienes mascota. La casita muy mona y muy bien preparada con todo lo indispensable para pasar la estancia lo mas cómoda posible. Nos encanto mucho la casa, lo único que añadiríamos nosotros serian unas mosquiteras en las ventanas y a ser posible unas cortinas para una mayor privacidad pese a que la vivienda esta rodeada por una valla de cañitas con lo que seria una mayor privacidad para el interior. En rasgos generales muy agradable y con opción a repetir estancia. El día de irnos se nos acercaron para conocernos y son muy amables y muy considerados.

Irene is a super friendly and responsive host! The “casita” in Cabanyal is on a quiet part of Cabanyal and I just discovered my favorite coffee & croissants at the end of the street at Gélatica. A huge 5* for the host Irene, the perfect location, and amenities 🙌

La casa es fantástica y permite desconectar unos días con la familia. Es un lujo poder tener un entorno tan tranquilo y bonito a media hora de Valencia. Todo muy cuidado, habitaciones y salón muy amplio. Hemos podido disfrutar tanto de la piscina como de la barbacoa. El trato con Tana ha sido excelente, con muchas facilidades para poder aprovechar al máximo el fin de semana. Muy recomendable, volveremos en cuanto nos sea posible.

ubicat al centre de la ciutat , ho tens tot a mà. la aparcament no es fàcil pero donant un parell de voltes aparcas.

Rosana est une hôte superbe : accueillante, serviable, flexible et de très bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Sa maison est un vrai paradis, avec un accès direct à la plage. De belles oranges et une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison était impeccable, avec une agréable odeur de linge propre. Ce fut un pur bonheur de faire sa rencontre. Je recommande fortement !

This beautiful old house has so much character. The beautiful old tiles floors, the high ceilings, the furniture! And the unusual and interesting decor. From here you are a half hour drive to Valencia but you are in a tiny village surrounded by orange blossoms. A cafe and a store are close by and there is parking right by the door. Really a lovely stay.

Hosts couldnt be more welcoming to their home, they live next door and available and willing to answer any questions in person or via messaging. Great directions to the villa with google map locations supplied by message It was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The driveway to the rear is a little steep but there is plenty of parking on a quiet road in front of the Villa. We didnt have a problem with driveway but some nervous drivers may find it a challenge. It is located in a quiet area but close to both the Ricardo Tormo race circuit and Valencia. We had all just left the day the terrible storm and flood hit, luckily for us, and Flo messaged us a few times to check we were all safe.. a true gentleman. Our thoughts go out to the people of Valencia and wish you the best in recovering from this terrible event. Thank you Flo and Layla, we will be back in the future

Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux et des personnes adorables. La villa Rosita est un endroit merveilleux, la villa qui est habitées par les propriétaires est somptueuse, et que dire du jardin qui est extraordinaire et dont nous avons pu profiter. Le logement proposé est dans le prolongement de la villa et totalement indépendant. On avait accès à la très grande piscine du logement et on a aussi pu profiter de la terrasse. L’environnement est paisible car au milieu de plantations d’agrumes. Le logement en lui même est très bien équipé, très agréable, grand et climatisé. Et que dire des parents d’Alejandro qui habitent la villa et qui nous ont accueilli… des gens formidables et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Un immense merci à Alejandro et ses parents.
