Perfect for a family vacation. The lovely cottage is clean and well-equipped. We began each day on the front porch watching the loons and ducks out on the lake and then gathered there again to watch the sun set and listen to the loons. Everyone enjoyed the paddle boat, paddle board and kayaks, etc. The location is perfect for trips to Haliburton and Minden.

Bev had a gorgeous chalet. We booked late and she was incredibly accommodating. The property was beautiful and our welcome warm. From the kitchen to the very comfortable living space inviting. And the sunny dock and firepit area we totally loved. Herons and loons and turtles and fish loved watching the day pass by . Definitely will rebook !

Hidden gem in the forest!! This place was amazing, just what we were looking for, a chalet surrounded by trees with a beautiful private beach. Extremely spacious, we brought 9 instead of 8 guests at the last minute and with 2 full bathrooms, 4 beds and a futon we had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and find their own private space. The dining setup was lovely for our large group as we were all able to sit together for meals and gather for card games. The balconies were lovely and the views of the lake are to die for. We swam each day and had fires each night. We made good use of all the watercrafts made available (canoes, kayaks, row boat). The host was lovely to deal with and was always quick to reply. We would book a return to this place in a heartbeat.

Stayed her for a winter getaway weekend. David's place was all I could ask for. Lots of space, comfortable, big deck and backyard for nicer weather. Instructions were easy and David was very responsive as a host. This was my second time staying and would happily do so again.

Everything about this listing is very peaceful and cottage like. We had a great stay with a great host. The long yard makes for lots of room for games and activities. Would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing stay at Limberlost’s Buck Lake Lodge. The property was very private and peaceful and accommodates large groups well. Great location with a beautiful waterfront. Would just recommend you pack all the essentials but aside from that it was a great place to stay!

Afgelopen maand verbleven wij met onze familie een weekje in Canada. Zelfs met het winterse weer was het heerlijk vertoeven. Lekker met -25 in een warme hottub gezeten, mooie ervaringen! Het huis is ruim en heerlijk warm, gastheer is vriendelijk. Zou zeker nog een keer terug keren.

We had a lovely stay with our family at this home. The host was super accommodating and we appreciated their communication. The lake and surroundings are beautiful. It was so nice waking to bird song and light breeze. The shared space, indoors and outdoors, is wonderful for a large group of adults. The hosts are generous re. fire wood, coffee, and watercraft use! Everyone slept comfortably in the various bedrooms.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage! It was super clean and so well-maintained, making it comfortable from the moment we arrived. The place was even more beautiful than the photos. The winter scenery was stunning, with everything covered in snow—it felt like a perfect winter getaway. The cottage had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to bring much. From kitchen supplies to fun activities like the pool table, dartboard, table tennis, and board games, there was plenty to enjoy. The hot tub was a highlight—it felt so good to relax in the warm water while surrounded by the cold, snowy weather. Sasan was a great host and left us plenty of firewood, which we used to enjoy the firepit in the beautiful backyard. Sitting by the fire and enjoying the peaceful view was a real treat. Communication was easy, and everything went smoothly. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We stayed with a group of friends over the New Years holiday, and it was the perfect peaceful setting! Lots of communal space to hang out, play games, eat meals. The view from the back windows and deck was stunning as well!

So peaceful and we all felt right at home. Beautiful getaway and much appreciated to the hospitality. Also Joey and Zachery are so so cute and friendly.

Our family stayed at Antonio’s place for a week and we really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and as described. The beds were very comfortable and we all had good sleeps the entire week! The area was very safe and peaceful and the cottage was well stocked so we literally just needed to bring food and clothes and we were set. The location is very well located between Gravenhurst and Bracebridge so everything is close by and very accessible. We would definitely recommend this cottage and would love to return for another vacation in the future.
