We couldn't have wished for a nicer stay in the New Forest! The cottage is equipped everything you need, is located in beautiful surroundings with ample cycling routes nearby, and has a hot tub as an added bonus. Cindy and Lina are super accommodating and attentive hosts. We will most definitely be returning!

The cottage and location are beautiful, and the hot tub was a great addition that my son really enjoyed. Grant was always quick to respond to messages and was friendly and helpful. If you're planning on spending evenings in, it might be worth bringing some entertainment options (e.g. DVDs, games) as the TV is fairly dated with no apps, and wifi is slow. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

We only stayed one night as it was a stop off on our way to Cornwall but we were so gutted we didn’t book for longer. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The park was perfect for our two children. The views were amazing. We had everything we needed for our stay and appreciated the basics that were provided such as tea and coffee. The hot tub was lovely and warm and we were able to see the stars well in the evening. We requested a high chair which was ready on arrival and check in instructions were clear. We would definitely consider returning for a longer stay next time. Thank you so much :)

Really lovely house. Deceptively spacious and perfect for 8 of us for a long weekend. There was everything there that you'd need. The hot tub and table tennis were a great feature too. Most importantly, it was spotless. I'd love to know what washing stuff they use because the bedding and towels smelled lovely! The kids are already trying to plan another trip. The hosts were helpful from the moment we booked our stay. We were given clear instructions on where to arrive and were greeted as soon as we pulled into the carpark. They explained all the necessary information and answered all of our questions and were very helpful. They were always available if we had any queries and gave plenty of local recommendations for food and activities. We would 100% recommend and would be more than happy to book again.

We had such a fantastic time in Jocelyn and David’s Air B & B with our 11 month old twins. The place is very child friendly with cots, highchairs and plenty of toys which our twins loved to play with. Everything is very cosy and comfortable (with comfy sofas and beds) and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was also very clean. We also enjoyed having a glass of wine in the hot tub after we put our twins to bed. It is in a great location with plenty of great nearby pubs and walks. A big highlight was all the amazing gentle and friendly animals - horses, a donkey, and chickens to name a few which we and our twins enjoyed going to see every morning. We also thought Jocelyn and David were thoughtful hosts and very friendly. We would thoroughly recommend to families or couples. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Jocelyn and David!

Beautiful house and grounds. Everything you need for a break. Lovely walks from the house and pub only 5mins away, so we didn't need to use our car! Would definitely recommend and will hopfully go again. Only one thing that wasn't done, the sun lounges were in need of a clean but who would have thought we would have such good weather in April to use them!!!

Lovely weekend with friends. Beautiful location and the hosts were happy to provide suggestions on where to go etc and were very responsive. The croissants, jams, coffees etc were a lovely addition to our first morning!!🌞 Sue and Robert were also flexible with us leaving the car in the space after check out for a bit so we could go for a walk and make the most of the weather!

We (group of 6) had a great time staying at this Airbnb – the location was ideal, the views were stunning, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The check-in instructions were clear and made finding the place super easy, which we really appreciated. Small supply issue that was resolved very quickly with good communication. Checkout instructions included stripping the beds, running the dishwasher and taking out the bins.

Would highly recommend staying here. It was warm and welcoming and the bed was so comfortable! Complete privacy, peace and quiet (apart from the sheep and lambs, but they didn’t bother us) The homemade brownies on arrival were a lovely touch. We are going to return later in the year. Thank you!

A very enjoyable weekend away. The inside is beautifully furnished to suit the old property. The beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped and books, games and interesting bits and bobs make this place a home from home. a breakfast of eggs from the chickens in the garden was a real treat. my children enjoyed the garden and collecting eggs. Lymington town is a pleasant walk if you're able.

If I could give extra stars beyond the 5 star rating, I really would. Hillary's AirBnB is beautiful, exactly what my wife and I needed and agreed it was one of the best places we've stayed at via AirBnB. Hillary allowed for an early check-in, was really communicative being friendly and helpful whenever we did communicate. Cannot recommend enough!

Firstly thank you Paul & Sarah for your directions. If you put the cottage post code in to your sat nav it will have you carrying out a U turn on the A31 so please note the directions given. The cottage is in a lovely location and was cosy, well furnished, well equipped and clean. The garden was lovely and great for our dogs but small dogs can squeeze through gaps in the fence (Paul is aware and is planning to block off any escape routes). There were fresh tulips and shortbread to greet us, which was a lovely touch, as well as lovely toiletries. Paul & Sarah were responsive to any queries or needs we had. There are lovely walks through the forest right on your doorstep. There is an outdoor hose for washing muddy footwear and paws. There are outside lights but the torch inside the cottage came in handy. We would happily recommend the cottage for a relaxing break.

The perfect pit stop on our father and son adventure. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it truly is lovely. So much space, absolutely spotless - and you couldn’t wish for a more peaceful spot. I only wish I could have started longer.

The cottage was comfortable and nicely furnished. We loved the rural location which was also in reach of all the attractions the Island has to offer. The bathroom is within the bedroom which wouldn't suit everyone, but fine for us. We would recommend for a peaceful break.

A really great house for our New Forest visit. Managed a couple of very enjoyable gravel bike rides along the coast and through the forest. This is a great base for exploring the forest.

As a regular visitor to the island / Cowes, enjoyed my stay at the Harbour Cottage and found it's location great for both work and fun purposes. Instructions on how to get into and "operate" the cottage we're clear and Debbie responded always in timely manner which was greatly appreciated given the last minute booking. Also big thanks to Debbie for her kind flexibility re check out time.

We stayed at the property with our family to help celebrate my wife's birthday. There were 6 adults and 3 young children in total, for which the accommodation was ideal. It was spacious, comfortable and clean and offered all we needed by way of facilities. Thanks to being blessed with a warm sunny weekend we were able to take advantage of the peaceful wooded surroundings and garden area. We may be back!

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas. Little Grebe was perfect and Sue made the house feel very festive with the decorations. Contrary to another recent review the house was very warm and cosy. A great place to explore the delights of Dorset.

Cathia was an incredible host and made me feel so welcome. I was staying with my bridesmaids for my wedding and Cathia made the trip extra special. She is super responsive and her place is beautiful! Thank you so much!

This a real gem, perfect for exploring the Isle of Wight. The property is tucked away in a quiet mews only 2 minutes from the town centre. The house was immaculate upon arrival and Susan the host had left some nice touches like the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, as well as other treats. Very comfortable beds and a decent shower which was nice. Lovely spacious downstairs accommodation and nice comfy sofas in the lounge. Outside is a real sun trap ideal for eating al fresco or just sunbathing. The host Susan was very helpful and always responded quickly. A great find, and highly recommended!

Lucy is a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly too. The cottage is in a great location and it's easy to get to the local shops and restaurants. Parking is easy and the cottage has everything you need and more. It's a lovely place to stay.

The air bnb was amazing, open planned, spacious, clever design, nice log fire, quiet location well equipped. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again from Tim and Gemma
