This cozy place was just what I was looking for. It met my needs perfectly and I was able to be close to my family while I was visiting and still have the privacy of home. Thank you!

Space was exactly as described. Safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Clean. Pet friendly was very important to us and we and our dog felt right at home! We will be back to Burlington often to visit family and hope to stay at Katrina’s again.

It was great to stay at Kathy’s place! It was nice and cozy and she was so extremely kind and helpful!

Rachel goes above and beyond with personal care of her guests and extremely clean and cozy space! She left us some snacks with a personalized note, chips that are manufactured locally in the town. Sweet touch! She responded to messages right away. Love the style of the space and can't wait to stay again!

Needed a place to stay in Burlington for an extended period of time due to a family emergency. A quick referral from a family member and it was one less thing I had to worry about during a stressful time. The extra room for my 30 year old son to escape from mom contributed to our peace and well-being. When I needed friends and family around, there was enough space for us to gather in the living room and dining area to spread out, have meaningful conversations, and collaborate. Special shout out to the cleaning service and availability of more than enough towels in the linen closet. Stocked coffee meant not having to make a grocery run right away.

Great place to stay very beautiful scenery outside great place to go for a walk through the neighborhood kind/friendly neighbors but if u prefer to stay in great place to just lay back and unwind and watch tv

Great Place to stay. Had 4 teens with us to visit Nauvoo. Plenty of room and comfortable and they enjoyed the beautiful home. With there being limited places to eat over by Nauvoo it was a great place to stay with Burlington 20 mins away. Turn water restaurant close to the house was an awesome place for dinner on the Mississippi.

Probably the best host you can have! Very responsive and the house is just as described. Plenty of room for a nice family getaway or workers. Recommend 10 out of 10.

My stay here was very pleasant, the house was very clean and everything was quiet, I would come back as many times as I could.

This was our second stay at this house, and it worked out great for our family! We were in town to see family and for a wedding. The house is very walkable to places to eat if you would like. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the house had everything that we needed. Eric was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Carthage!

We had such a lovely stay at John's home. The views were spectacular. The bed was so comfortable and so was the couch. We wish we had more time to stay longer. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
