This was a lovely stay and had a lovely host to match! This apartment had everything I needed from cookware, to linens, to two tvs for ultimate comfort! Velina is very responsive and accommodating. My dog loved the backyard and creek to play in! The bed was comfy. Having a washer-dryer on site was an extra treat and easy to use! Free parking was awesome! This neighborhood is quiet and nice and not far from Franklin st downtown! I would highly recommend this stay!!

Would highly recommend anyone working or visiting Chapel Hill to stay here. I definitely felt like I was at home.

House just as pictured. Small kitchen is well-equipped for simple cooking. Comfortable beds. Hosts were prompt to reply to questions. Lovely neighborhood for walking, jogging, biking. Walk to restaurants, Arboretum, UNCG, well-stocked small grocery store. Downtown restaurants a short drive. Streets are quiet and safe at night. It didn't bother us, but if the upstairs unit is rented you will hear some footsteps.

This was a very nice home. Everything was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay.

The location, the communication from the host and the peace and quiet at this Airbnb location are a few of my biggest takeaways during my holiday stay here. Unfortunately, I still had to work through the holiday however, mohmeets Airbnb allowed me to have a separate working space to complete my work. Whenever I come back in town, I will definitely be booking here again.

The place was exactly as described. The building offered amenities that were important for us such as parking and a decent gym. The communication with the host was super effective. They responded fast to our questions. I would only advise you to be flexible upon arrival since (something out of the host's hands) the concierge is not always at their desk and it may involve some waiting time. The host was accommodating though. I would recommend it. :-)

safe, clean place, I loved it and will come back again

The place was cozy and the right size for two people. If you like the scenery of woods when you look out of the window, then you would like this place. It was neatly kept and everything in place. Convenient location to Downtown Raleigh and parking was easy. Nelson provided a lot of information before we arrived which made the check in process easy.

This was the perfect place for my wedding day for getting ready with bridesmaids and family! Both apartments are beautiful and spacious and the location cannot be beat.

Needed a place to stay while touring the Research Triangle area. This was a fantastic home base! The place is very cozy and comfortable, and it was easy to get to all of the places we needed to go. Easy and convenient!

Enjoyed my stay at Hailey's place. Easy check in. Friendly, communicative, and helpful host. Very comfortable bed. Soft towels, exceptionally clean, with a modern decor and little extras to make it very homey. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home and very quiet and safe. Lots of space and properly equipped with quality furniture and lots of attention to detail. I slept very well in the comfy bed and felt very at home. This is so much better than a hotel room!

We were on the hunt for a quiet, serene spot with a lakefront view to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this place was perfect for us! 😊 Even though the weather wasn't the best, we still had an amazing time and were super happy with everything it offered. John is an awesome host and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We'd absolutely love to return in the summertime and fully enjoy the lake! 🌞🏖️

Absolutely everything about this space was true to the description. I wish I could have stayed there longer and explored more of Chapel Hill. I definitely want to stay in this lodging again!

Scott is the most responsive host I have ever met and every communication was upbeat and friendly. The bed is higher than typical beds and could get on and off the bed quite easily. It is very comfortable. I am 77 years old and I sure appreciated the bed. This was my second stay and I’ll stay here again sometime.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Nate was very responsive to messages. Everything was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. Nice quiet country setting, yet close to shopping and dining. We would absolutely stay here again!

Murtaza was very proactive and prompt with all information and feedback. The apartment was clean and neat, and most importantly we felt safe in the building. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Even the residents were friendly to us! We have no negative comments about the apartment and our stay. I will say this though. The garage setup can be tricky when trying to enter into the building. You want to park on the side of the garage closest to the apartment building entrances. This will save you a lot of time. I wish I could explain better on what I mean lol
