The place is perfect for us to for our staycation just a few blows away from glenwood so easy walking distance to restaurants. Also great view from a high floor.

The location, the communication from the host and the peace and quiet at this Airbnb location are a few of my biggest takeaways during my holiday stay here. Unfortunately, I still had to work through the holiday however, mohmeets Airbnb allowed me to have a separate working space to complete my work. Whenever I come back in town, I will definitely be booking here again.

Great location for interstate, restaurants and grocery store. Beautiful community I felt comfortable walking my dogs in even at night. Loved the home!! Huge closets and large bathrooms. Easily accommodated my two 100+ lb dogs, me and my Mom. Tabatha was super nice and responsive. Nothing negative to say. Would 100% book this place again if staying in Durham 😊

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Our one-night stay at this Airbnb in Raleigh was fantastic! The house was spacious, tidy, and very accommodating — perfect for a quick getaway. The bedrooms were especially roomy, offering plenty of comfort for everyone. A highlight of our stay was being able to host a private chef event for up to 10 people, which made the experience even more special. Although the fire pit was out of propane, we still thoroughly enjoyed using the space and making the most of our time there. My husband and I recently stayed at this home for five nights. It is in a great location, very close to the North Hills area in Raleigh. It was very quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend this home.

This was our second visit to Ryan’s pace. The home has plenty of space for a family of 6. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The greenway is great for your morning walk or run. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting the Raleigh area.
