Mycket nöjd med vår vistelse. Nära till grönområden och bussförbindelser till city. Väldigt prisvärt boende som uppfyller allt enligt beskrivning. Smidigt om man vill besöka parken där sommarlov spelas in.

Erittäin viehättävä talo rauhallisella kadulla Kirsebergissä, josta noin 20 minuutin kävely keskustan laidalle ja sopii erittäin hyvin 4 henkilön perheelle. Tunnelma asunnossa oli kotoisa, toisin kuin ammattimaisessa majoituksessa, mikä oli kivaa vaihtelua. Coop-kauppa 200m päässä. Kadunvarsipysäköinti oli maksullista (noin 16e/vuorokausi), viereinen parkkialue oli vain paikan varanneille. Talo oli puhdas ja persoonallisen viihtyisä. Portaat yläkertaan (jossa siisti ja uudehko kylpyhuone, makuuhuone parisängyllä ja kaksi pientä yhden hengen makuuhuonetta) ovat kohtalaisen jyrkät (jos matkassa on hyvin nuoria tai vanhoja). Alakerrassa kivat oleskelutilat, keittiö ja wc. Perus ruuanlaitto onnistuu asiallisesti. Kommunikointi Annan kanssa oli sujuvaa ja vastaus tuli nopeasti.

Great apartment in a local area. Transportation is easy and lots of conveniences in the area such as malls, food, gyms etc. Would recommend!

Meget smuk og velindrettet bolig, som man tydeligt mærker er nogens hjem. Gulve og vægge er slidte, og der er ingen gardiner, men det generede mig ikke. Hvis man kan lide at bo et sted, som føles som et rigtigt hjem mere end en ferielejlighed, så er det en skøn bolig med smukke farver, tekstiler, planter, keramik og kunst. Filippa tilbød mig også at låne hendes cykel, efterlod en flaske vin til mig i køleskabet og lagde en morgenkåbe frem til mig med håndklæder og den slags. Beliggenheden er god, og man kan nemt gå til centralstationen og indre by derfra.

This is a perfect flat for travelling with a family! So much space and in walking distance from great breakfast places, playground and the centre of the city. Ludvig was super nice and helpful, always responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Thank you! 😊

I stayed with Anders for a month while working in Lund. Right at the beginning of my stay he kindly offered to pick me up from the train station and warmly welcomed me into his home. Anders offered me advice on the public transports, highlights in the area and was always more than willing to help, which made my first weeks in Sweden very easy and nice. The apartment is clean, there is a lot of useful kitchen equipment and the private rooms are very spacious. I always enjoyed having a chat with Anders or spending some time with the cats.

Absolutely loved the place. It was spacious, clean and very close to the bus stop which I loved. Marie was a great host. Very responsive and attend ded to our every need. I do however wish the airbnb had a microwave. We booked an apartment so that we could prepare our meals ourselves but warming things up without a microwave proved very difficult. Overall, lovely stay with no noise or interruption.

Der Aufenthalt bei Clau hat mich sehr beeindruckt! Eine sehr helle und friedliche Unterkunft, kein unnötiger Kram, ein sehr warmer und flexibler Check-in! Ich durfte die Küche und den Kühlschrank mitnutzen, habe dies jedoch nicht gebraucht. Clau war sehr warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Er hat mir sogar angeboten, mich zu einer Bushaltestelle zu fahren. Ich habe mich bei ihm wie Zuhause gefühlt! Jederzeit würde ich seine Unterkunft wieder buchen! Herzlichen Dank dafür!
