Had an amazing stay. Perfect location for visiting the surrounding hills. Leek has everything you need, with Stoke right on the doorstep for cinemas / entertainment etc. The property was immaculate, lovely fixtures and fittings, everything we needed, spotlessly clean. Great instructions to find / get into the property, with directions for parking / finding our way around town. Would highly recommend and will hopefully stay again soon!

The house is large and roomy and clean and tidy throughout with ample parking outside the property. The area is very quiet and secure. The house has fantastic amenities and has the bonus of a games room with pool table/dart board and various DVDs and board games to help pass the hours. Rona is the perfect host and was quick to reply to any queries we had. We would definitely return to this property if we are in the area again.

We had a great stay at Michelle's! The hot tub is a lovely perk and really private, and the house itself has everything you might need including cereal, tea bags etc., which was lovely. The little conservatory is a great add on as one of us wanted to go to bed early and the rest of us could chat in the conservatory. Beds were comfy. We'd defo stay again.

We had a great stay in this lovely house and central location. Emma was really helpful and responsive. All amenities you need in a very clean house. Very comfortable and would recommend as a great place to stay.

This is clearly a family home shared with the outside world. VW fan and very friendly host The place felt extremely homely and i will definitely book again

Ana-Maria was very responsive to request and also checked in with us. The property was perfect for what we needed with all the rooms well decorated and comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay there. It met all our requirements as a base for a family get together.

This property was perfect for our family get together for a special birthday. the property was spotlessly clean, there was an abundance of glasses , crockery etc, and everything we needed for our stay. the property was warm and comfortable, with lots of hot water. the dining room and lounge were large enough to accommodate us all comfortably so perfect for our get together. we really did all have a perfect stay.

I loved spending Christmas at this caravan. It was beautifully warm and cosy in a gorgeous location with lots of excellent walking routes. Lovely hosts make you feel so welcome too.

A beautiful, cosy cottage, perfect for a quiet long weekend. The gardens were stunning and the location rural and peaceful. We found local walks and country pubs, and enjoyed glorious sunshine! Thank you, Izzy, for making your cottage so comfortable!

We had an incredible family weekend with two young children. The house is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. The kitchen was the heart of the house for us, fully equipped with everything we needed. The unique charm of the house was a delightful touch, and the kids had a blast exploring both indoors and out. Marcus, the host, went above and beyond—he even came out to find us when we had trouble locating the entrance. He gave us a comprehensive tour and made sure we knew how everything worked. The pool area was wonderfully private, and the hot tub was a lovely addition. The rooms were very comfortable, with stunning furniture and textiles. The grounds were breathtaking, providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining in a peaceful and glorious environment. Shame we hadn't planned a longer stay.

We used the accommodation for a team meeting and just blown away by it. It was our most productive yet fun and relaxed meeting yet, everything we hoped for and more. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

My parents had a lovely few days in Margaret’s beautiful home in Ashbourne heights. Margaret was so helpful with any questions we had and was really kind. Her home is beautiful, so homely and comfortable. Ashbourne heights is a great place to stay and so much to do not far from the site. Will definitely be back again in the future and highly recommended. Thankyou so much Margaret x

I can't speak highly enough of Rachel and Tracy - they were incredibly responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. They had excellent local recommendations and a very thoughtfully put together 'guidebook' of the local area, which really helped us make the most of our visit. The garden was absolutely gorgeous - it's very large and the property is in a quiet location, so my dog absolutely loved having a run around in the day and I loved being able to sit in the hot tub while looking up at the stars in the evening! Gorgeous. :) Would love to come back!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful bungalow. The weather was excellent but regardless, it was comfy, cosy and surrounded by lovely countryside. The small village had just enough for us to get by and the local attractions are superb. We even managed a walk to Wirksworth in 2 hours! Had to walk back as it was quicker than by bus but the sunshine helped. Our little dog loved it too. The hosts thought of everything, even treats for Finny. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at clematis cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is a great place to unwind after a day of muddy walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The cottage was well-equipped and maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I couldn't fault anything during my time there it was simply delightful! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape into nature and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

Great place to stay. Cosy and quiet. 20 minute walk to Belper village and Tesco Express 5 min walk away. Would definitely stay again :)

The Nook was really cosy and ideal for our stay within walking distance of our son's place, good for shops and buses to Nottingham and easy to walk into the countryside. Thanks for all the info on places to go.

Had such a great stay. Gorgeous accommodation and perfect for the dogs with gated garden. Lovely friendly and helpful hosts on hand to help. Nice area with lots in driving distance and some lovely restaurants. Would definitely visit again

The property is beautifully decorated with a cosy bed, lovely bathroom and a kitchen that had everything you needed and included beers, wines, coffee, tea and cereal and milk! They garden was well fenced in for our dog so we didn't need to worry and he loved it! we will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!
