Lovely place to stay! Small and comfortable and clean

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Brandon was very responsive and his house was exactly what we needed for visiting DC with children and a dog. The drive into DC was easy and scenic. The house was clean, the fenced yard was great for the dog, the neighborhood felt safe with great water views for walking, and there were good restaurants on the water within short driving distance from the house. Overall it was a great experience!

This was the perfect place for our family! It felt cozy and had everything that we needed. The hosts were gracious and amazing! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Very fun place! Perhaps somewhat new so some kinks being worked out, but the host is incredibly responsive to any requests and has invested heavily in the property - luxury fixtures, appliances, amenities. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb was the best stocked home we’ve been to so far. Joseph is a responsive,kind host that always keeps his guests in mind. The area is quiet and there are restaurants nearby. I recommend staying here if you’re in the Frederick area.

I had a very nice stay here for about 10 days while visiting Baltimore for work. It’s an easy-to-locate basement apartment below their home, in a residential neighborhood that felt overall safe, especially for some of the surrounding areas, and it has a designated parking spot on a cul de sac. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured, very comfortable with a nice bed with fresh linens, good pillows, and a very nice updated bathroom and shower. Tamra was very responsive and took care of a small detail that was missing immediately. Overall it was an convenient, cozy and comfortable stay!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

Harrison's accommodations were terrific. We felt right at home in a very charming and well equipped apartment with plenty of room and lots of amenities. It is within less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station, and 10-15 minutes from a Safeway. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to see all the highlights of Washington, D.C. It's clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient. There are a handful of restaurants within a block, and just one stop down on the metro gets you to Barracks Row where there are tons of restaurants ranging from casual to high end dining. We loved it!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

Tremendous location for our first visit to DC, beautiful location and really accessible for all tourist sights. Lots of cafes, bars and marts close by and everyone in DC super helpful.

Had an awesome stay in here! Heather introduced me to various Washington DC attractions and gave helpful tips on how I can maximize my time around the area. She communicated effectively before and during my stay with the intent to set me up for as much success as possible. The listing is located in a safe + walkable + friendly neighborhood that is in close proximity to all the major attractions in the area. It was easy to navigate using the Metro, walking, driving/rideshare, or E-scooter + E-bike. The entire house, my room, and my bathroom were pristine and exceeded my expectations - I appreciated all the artwork, ambience, and attention to detail that was put in. This place is a gem, highly recommended!

Thos home was so perfect for myself and six of my family members. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and really well put together. The beds were so comfortable and the host was super responsive. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience at all. The area is super close to a large shopping area so it was easy to get to food and anything else we needed.

We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. My partner, two dogs and I had a wonderful stay here. First and foremost, the home was on a quiet, beautiful street, and the home itself was lovely and as described. Plenty of nooks and crannies to curl up with a book, do some work, or just ponder. It is a easily drivable to the metro and to plenty of things in and around Bethesda to do. Second, Kate was a great host. Very accommodating, incredibly nice, and always responsive. Two key points for travelers: 1. We are dog owners and travel frequently with our dogs. If you are too, we particularly recommend Kate as she was accommodating of our dogs (even let us know of the treat stash), which is very important. 2. Relatedly, if you are not a dog person, you should still stay here because there was absolutely no evidence that any dog had ever stayed there (not that we would mind, but we understand others may). No dog fur, not dog stains, no dog smell. The place was pristine. So don't let the positive review dogs, concern you. A+++
