We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

A beautiful cottage set in beautiful grounds. Perfect for our teenage girls who loved the hot tub and fire pit. Amanda our host was great and very helpful. Would definitely would love to stay again.

We had the most wonderful time! The property is absolutely gorgeous to roam around and the house is really comfortable, well equipped and beautiful to stay in. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Little Owl, the property is exactly as described and the images are a perfect reflection of it too. All instructions were extremely clear and the property was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We will be booking again.

First time in this part of Suffolk and we loved it. Great location, we managed to park outside the house each day, and it was a short walk to the seafront. The house was very well laid out, tastefully decorated and with a secure garden which was perfect for our dog. It’s also nice when you stay somewhere and feel like the appliances and crockery, etc have been chosen for the house and not cast-offs. Finally, given there are so many fussy instructions about stripping beds, empty bins etc in other Airbnb’s … how great to get a joining instruction stating: “On checkout day no need to do anything as we will sort everything out.” Lovely! We are now planning a return visit.

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

We recently spent two nights at Chloe’s cottage. It was a very spacious cottage in a very rural, tranquil location. We particularly enjoyed the south facing garden in the afternoon. The logburner made things very cosy in the evenings. We will certainly book again when we return to this part of the country in a couple of years time. Thank you for a very enjoyable break.

Litcham is such a beautiful village with all the amenities needed along with a very nice fish & chip shop. Rebecca’s house was lovely. Parking to the rear of the property was very easy. We liked the open plan feel to the downstairs. If there was one thing that Rebecca could do, it would be to change the kitchen floor step, as although clear signs are out ‘mind your step’ it was very easy to forget and on a number of occasions found ourselves tripping down the step. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

A beautiful house in a lovely tranquil setting. There were a few bumped heads, due to low doorways (and in spite of many warnings!) but I would thoroughly recommend Meadow Cottage as a well-located base for a break in a Suffolk. We appreciated being able to check out a couple of hours late as we had a lunch appointment close by.

A beautifully furnished cottage in the older and quieter part of town in Caister, within easy reach of supermarkets, the beach and places to eat. It was perfect for two of us using it as a base to vist my family and old haunts from years ago. The cottage has everything you need for a stay, even including info leaflets about local activities. It has a good amount of space for eating and relaxing for three people. Having really enjoyed our stay we highly recommend it and hope to come again.

Well what can we say, perfect location/very very clean and tidy. Loads of lovely touches to make us welcome, it was better than a hotel. Loads to do locally and just short drives out to all the sort after locations you may needs. Make sure you go to Mrs T’s fish & chip shop in Southwold on the beach it’s a must. Everything was perfect and Kerry & Adam are lovely, what a stunning part of the world they live in. They even supplied some milk/fresh eggs/crisps/biscuits, towels/linen were scrumptious oh and the beds extremely comfortable. Basically your mad if you don’t book here👍 Matt/Zara & boys thank you again x

I stumbled Accross this Airbnb quite by chance and I was blown away. I have now visited over and over again because the location is close to family. I always feel right at home. The cottage has everything I need for my stay, plus the hosts make it super cozy and welcoming with afternoon tea on arrival (I live for those scones) a fire at the ready to create ambiance and warm the living area, plus some bubbly and amazing coffee to relax with. I travel from the US so these details upon arrival make me feel very welcome.

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Bonnie Cottage. Jo was very responsive to messages and accommodating as we booked on the day of our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful treats left for us grown ups and toys and chocolate left out for the little ones. The space was modern, clean and very child friendly. Only a short walk to the beach too! We would definitely return ☺️

A perfectly placed cottage at the heart of Southwold. A cozy but spacious place to spend time in, and in close proximity to the seafront, high street and all local amenities. While there is no parking on the property, we found no issues parking nearby. The host Jayne provided all we required and was available if needed. We would thoroughly recommend Dreamer's cottage for a stay in Southwold.

We had a very relaxing 4 night stay here. A peaceful location with friendly hosts. Brookes cottage was a great base for exploring the area. A comfy bed and good shower and a lovely garden to relax in after a day out.

This was our second stay at Ruth’s and it was as lovely as we remembered. Ruth is a wonderful host. Her cottage is comfortable with everything you need for a fab stay (including very comfortable bed, quality bed linen and fluffy towels) and a very pretty garden space. The lovely fresh bread and milk on arrival was most welcome. We would absolutely recommend Ruth’s cottage to all.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

Such a gorgeous little seaside cottage. Had everything you need and in such a great location. Very short walk to beach and all the shops & pubs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Em was so informative and helpful. 5*! Xxx
