Wonderful place! We did a beautiful hike from a trail that is next to house all the way to a Norman castle. Conveniently close to London as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Cant recommend it enough.

This is the second time we've stayed at The Pretty Fox, and we loved it--again! It's a very cosy house that has many historic features, and Wanda and Tom make you feel completely "at home." It's also a perfect place for walking into Diss, which is a great little town. We highly recommend this home.

Myself and my partner and Labrador had a lovely stay for a few nights at Jo's. Such a thoughtful host, all bits there needed for a dog stay and even little biscuits for him. Little touches like a bottle of wine, fresh bread, eggs etc was all so kind. Such a comfortable bed and very peaceful location with some lovely walks around.

Lovely place, really beautiful house with nice touches throughout. Beautiful surroundings and had a great pub a stone throw away. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very much a home. Lots of space, beautiful garden. Lovely views from garden. Very close to Saffron Walden. Walks straight from the house. We had a lovely family weekend.

Cherie’s place was beautiful. Clearly renovated to a high standard it was classy and upmarket and was perfect for a group of friends to explore Cambridge. Roomy enough to spend a night in and close enough to town to enjoy the city centre. The house has everything you’d want and super comfy beds! We’ll def be coming back here!

The cottage was more than we expected, all of it!! We felt at home as soon as we walked in - thank you so much Cate & for the very generous treats - flowers, chocolates plus bread, butter & milk - how lovely is that?! Our dog Winnie LOVED the garden & as the weather was so gorgeous we even managed a G&T on the patio - at the beginning of March!! Cate also kindly held onto one of our forgotten bags until we returned to get it a few hours later 🙈🙈

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Lovely, peaceful and spacious flat with vintage touches, in a very central location close to restaurants, shops, the seafront and the many walks and places to visit around Aldeburgh. Great for couples or families. Managing Agents very responsive to any requests. Would highly recommend!

Julia’s place is a lovely find, so nice and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The apartment was plenty big enough for 4 of us using the sofa bed. Nice and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Julia was great at communicating all throughout and was very accommodating when we had to change dates. We will definitely be back again when we next visit family in the area.

Michelle was super helpful and so was the receptionist. Lovely little getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Our family enjoyed their stay in your comfortable, well equipped and attractively presented apartment. It was easily accessible and they had all that was needed for their stay. Thank you Jacky for your hospitality.

A beautiful house with plenty of space! It was just what we wanted, a short break in a peaceful & private location, with a swimming pool for the kids during half term. Very responsive to questions & Karen also very helpful with some last minute questions too! A bit more expensive than I was initially looking to spend, but was well worth it & the kids absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in West Mersea this weekend. The airbnb is in a perfect location, with a short walk down to the beach. The property is beautiful and spacious and the projector is incredible! Tony and Mas were wonderful hosts and were easily contactable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

The place was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway.

Lovely lodge in an excellent location. The lodge was much bigger than we were expecting. The bedrooms are a great size and had so much wardrobe space. Upstairs the kitchen was big and has everything you need for cooking and has a great variety of utensils. Lovely big comfy sofas and table and chairs in the living room. The lodge would fit a big family or two families comfortably. The site is lovely with a golf course, lake and good dog walking trail. There is also a pool and spa facilities that looked lovely but they were not open when we stayed. We will definitely come back here in the summer as it’s such a lovely location/site and it would be great to use the outside balcony/patio area and BBQ facilities. Marc is a great host and sent through lots of information before the stay and was very responsive to messages. We had friends staying at the site at the same time who had a smaller lodge, they loved ours and are also going to book in the summer. Would definitely recommend booking.

Great house and very clean, I’m a keen cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. Good location and close to bewilderwood, handy as we travelled with three young kids. It did lack that friendly touch as felt like it was run as a business and having to pay an extra £25 per night for every night of our stay to use the hot tub left a sour taste but also understand these things are an expensive thing to run these days.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

The house is located in a beautiful spot with many things to do in the near area. We stayed 2 weeks and never got bored. Anna is a great host with lots of good advice and help for us when we had a question.
