Perfect All-in-One Stay! Staying in this unit was an absolute delight! Being on the same floor as the pool and gym made it super convenient for me to enjoy the amenities without any hassle. Plus, having convenience stores, a hospital clinic, and beauty salons just four floors down meant I never had to leave the building vicinity for essentials. An added bonus was the restaurant on the ground floor—you can either dine in or have food delivered straight to your door, which was a game-changer! Overall, this stay was an all-in-one package, and I loved every bit of it. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Dubai!

I stayed in this apartment from May until the end of December 2024 and I loved my stay!! Wesam and Bilal were fantastic hosts. Bilal was always extremely helpful and responsive whenever I needed to extend the stay. They would also organise a cleaner to come once a month too and the cleaner would change all towels and bedding. This was a nice touch on top of doing your own cleaning and washing. The price did jump up significantly during the peak season but that is bound to happen anywhere. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The building has a pool and gym and there is one parking space. There are shops close by and you are approx 4 mins drive from the circle mall.

I had a fantastic stay at Louloua’s Airbnb, and the entire team was amazing! The location is perfect, just a few steps from Dubai Mall, restaurants, supermarkets, and more. Everything matched the description exactly. Louloua was incredibly proactive and available non-stop, always ready to help with anything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend it!

Nadeem’s place is spotless and very comfortable. The view is wonderful, and having a small terrace is lovely. I was traveling with a friend and it was extremely convenient for each of us to have her own bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. The convenience of having a small, 24-hour market on the ground floor was incredible, and the pool was a lovely retreat. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a great place, we loved the environment and the surroundings. It was very peaceful and at the same time have opportunities for lot of outdoor activities . Place has lot of amenities and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycation or in Dubai for a wonderful vacation

The apartment stay was awesome! The apartment was clean and surrounding area was nice although lot of construction going around. One suggestion, I would share pictures of building location/surrounding because there are lot of "Sobha" projects/building going on and it is very easy to miss the building name and the entry to the building. Other than this my stay was awesome and the host was responsive. I would stay with this host again if I ever go back to Dubai. Completely recommend this.

Great place for staycations. Peaceful community with easy access to the city. Wikki was really a superhost as mentioned. Definitely will consider in future as well. Those days were really memorable in our life. Thanks for making our trip really wonderful. Consider keeping a hair dryer in the apartment.

It was an excellent stay, and the apartment is better than the pictures, comfortable, close to the metro station, services, and Kari, a nice person who is responsive along the way, and as soon as possible, I recommend staying with her, and I will come back again

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Dubai Marina! The location is unbeatable—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, with stunning views of the marina, a mosque right in front, and 24/7 restaurants and a supermarket conveniently located nearby. It truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. The apartment itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four, including two small children. Our host, Moncef, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He was incredibly responsive to every request, ensuring we had everything we needed, often within minutes. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home. We loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!

Housing is excellent! I really liked the area, if possible we will return to live in this area. Good ventilation and really liked the new appliances in the kitchen.

Excellent spot in Business Bay. Close to everything but quiet. The unit way exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and updated. Also the host was very responsive to any questions.
