Gustavo was very accommodating and helpful. I had a lot of baggage, and he went out of his way to find someone to assist me in carrying it to the place. He also allowed me to check in an hour earlier, which I really appreciated. Plus, he was very responsive, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fast internet and Netflix access, and even our small dogs had a great time exploring the space. The Host has always been very responsive and accommodating.

Ms. Melody's place was exactly how it looked like in the photos, and the amenities were complete as well. They provided guests with drinking water and even had pair of slippers to use indoor. Aircondition, tv and wifi works great and parking space is secured. I highly recommend the place for future Montalban/Rodriguez, Rizal visit.

Very accessible! Convenient to dip in the pool at night because the water was not too cold. Place was clean, enjoyed the sala and the huge tv. The only downside was the smell of the water on every comfort rooms. But overall, we find it a good place to stay. ✨

We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

This Airbnb is a perfect blend of style and comfort! The place is incredibly awesome, with beautiful decor that makes every corner photo-worthy. Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

This cozy space is ideal for two guests, with a spacious al fresco dining and cooking area. The sleeping area is smaller than expected and may feel cramped for groups larger than five. The bathroom is compact, with the toilet and shower not separated, meaning they can’t be used simultaneously. There's a dedicated garage connected to the al fresco area. Note that the sleeping area is essentially a container van prefab, and soundproofing could be improved. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential utilities, including an oven and stove. A standout feature is its connection to a sari-sari store, where the caretaker lives. This means you don’t have to leave for snacks, drinks, or toiletries. The space also offers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 (games include Tekken 7, NBA2K21, Gran Turismo Sport), and effective air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

Kriselda’s place is very cozy and highly functional. All the things you need are already there, including drinking water, you just need to bring your other consumables like food, ice and charcoal for the grill. The pool and room is just of the right size for family of max 12 (with kids). I like that they have water heater in one of the showers that helps relieve kids’ shiver after swimming. Hosts are very responsive. I can’t think of any cons to point out as everything is clean and comfortable.

the place was very homey and the stay in caretaker was very helpful. the mango tree was bountiful and you can pick fruits right from the louge chairs. the open dining living area was conducive to family bonding. the bedrooms were neat and hot showers were readily available.

Ms Kim is a super host. Very responsive to all queries, helpful in every way, kind and will do everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Trixie was very responsive and the place was peaceful and very comfortable. All the appliances are working, the place was clean and there’s a caretaker who shows up for any concern. Great stay overall!

The place looks exactly like the photos, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue we encountered was with the karaoke set, it wasn’t responsive right away when turned on, but it did work after a few minutes. As for the parking, it can be a bit confusing to find at first, especially if you arrive at night since some areas are quite dark. Thankfully, the host was very responsive, which helped us locate it easily. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Café Roo is just right in front of the property, the location is definitely a plus! Overall, I really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay.

This Airbnb was my first out the country experience and I loved it, everyone around was nice, place was great and the balcony view was amazing. I will definitely book again when I come back😁.

I needed a peaceful place to stay for work, and Jake's place did not disappoint! Everything was arranged neatly and pleasant, and It has fast wifi service! Most importantly, the entire place smells nice & fresh. The host (Jake) on the other hand is very responsive, and helpful. I requested for a 3-pin socket, and he secured an extension cable for me! Thank you, accomodating!
