This is one of the most immaculate Airbnb rentals I have ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. Host was responsive and informative during entire process. The property and views are stunning. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

everything was spot on except I'm 70 and had a problem with the TVs. also, the internet, Spectrum, kept going down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Weather wasn't real good, so we had To spend alot of time in the condo. It felt like home. Everything we Needed was there.

We only spend a night at Vito's beach condo. Location was perfect if you want to be steps from beach and pool, and able to drive to historic district of St. Augustine. Vito is very responsive and very helpful to make sure you have what you need! Thank you very much Vito!

Excellent place to stay! The condo was clean and spacious. It’s equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The beach is just minutes away and it was a beautiful spot. They provided chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. The pool was a nice space to relax just outside the building. If traveling in the winter months, the pool is not heated so very cold for swimming. St. Augustine was a short drive down the road. Lots of great restaurants and sight seeing options for the whole family! The hosts were very responsive. We would highly recommend this spot for your next Florida vacation.

We had such a lovely stay at Paul’s place. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the week. He has a booklet with great information and suggestions about the facilities and nearby attractions. Any questions we had, Paul answered immediately. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the ocean. We would definitely come back—we didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful condo!! Very clean, I admittedly always look at the baseboards, especially in the bathroom and was very pleasantly surprised at how fresh and clean everything was. The beds are worth mentioning-- my husband's a man who much prefers his own bed, but each morning we woke up, he'd gush over how it was the most comfortable bed he's ever slept in. No joke. Great view of the ocean and quite possibly the easiest walk to the beach of any ocean-front place I've stayed. It really was a perfect spot for our family and Amy was more than accommodating and so sweet and friendly. Thank you!!

The condo was clean, well-maintained, with nice-quality furnishings, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pans, flatware, everything you need and more. Bedrooms are nice with comfy bedding. Bathrooms are easy to clean, the master bath is huge, the common rooms are large with a nice patio area just outside a dog play area and pool / hot tub. Covered parking was convenient to the entrance. The walk to the beach meanders and takes around 10 minutes to reach the ocean, but it is a nice walk with a boardwalk-feel, and if you know the area, you know how hard it can be to stay this close to the ocean without having to cross a busy road (A1A). And Rachel is a fantastic host. Responsive and accommodating. We brought a baby along and was thrilled to use Rachel's portacrib and seat insert / hi-chair. All tiled floors are easy to clean after the beach. We will be back!

Very satisfied with our stay! Beautiful condo, clean and well-equipped, with an ideal location! Condo was just as represented in photos/description. Would definitely recommend. Only minor complaint would be some of the full-time resident neighbors were less than friendly. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

I always love staying at this Airbnb. The place is centrally located to a coffee shop, restaurants and grocery store. Easily accessible to the beach to be able to walk our dogs and fully stocked with beach gear. I always recommend staying on Vilano Beach when visiting the St. Augustine area. We will definitely be back for another visit.

We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was a hit with our son and the location was a hit with us. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was clean, updated and completely functional. We loved it so much we would love to come back next March!

Beautiful place. Amazing location. Walking distance to the most gorgeous beach. Nice and close to the town of Saint Augustine. Well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We enjoyed Ocean Village Club. Hope to return next year.

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

Perfectly decorated . Clutter free. Bed and furnishings were comfortable. Air was ice cold. We seen a deer and 2 fawns while sitting on the balcony at dusk.

Allen was a warm, welcoming host. He even loaned us a fishing rod so our grandson could go fishing at Bings Landing, which is nearby. The condo was spacious and 3 bathrooms were a bonus for gang. The amenities at the condo were wonderful. The lovely cinnamon-like sand beach is a short walk from the condo. There are two pools you can enjoy. One is kid/family friendly. The other pool is large and perfect for lap swimming. Both pools are heated! The resturant/bar by the pool is open seasonally from 11 to 4, but closed on Mondays. The Mahi sandwhich and the Redfish sandwhich were delicious! Our kids enjoyed the kids room and played Foosball and air hockey. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for our family. Thanks Al, we hope to be back asap!

This place was very nice, nice king size bed and another room with 2 single beds, everyone has own bathroom/shower. Has 1 heated pool and that one is small and then a regular pool which you can see from the balcony. Also a beach access to ocean and it’s not crowded at all. Just make sure you have correct code to get back into property, we had wrong one and luckily someone was coming out and told us the correct code. Some people talked about the cleaning that has to be done, wasn’t really that big of deal, throw the towels you use in washer, then once about to check out put them in dryer, as far as the trash? Wouldn’t anyone do that anyways? Just respectful thing to do. Used the whirlpool a lot! Great way to relax before bed. Overall was a great comfortable place! I’d definitely be back!

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is our second year of taking a mid-winter break at Nicole's place on St. Augustine Beach and it was just as magical as our first. The place is spotlessly clean and provides all the accoutrements needed to deliver a great beach getaway (beach towels and chairs, washer and dryer, kitchen well equipped, steps to the ocean, comfy beds). We loved our stay and hope to be back again next year!

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

We loved Jackie's condo. It was perfect for my daughter and me for our 6 day stay. We used the the beach chairs, the wagon, and the umbrella! We walked to the beach with the private boardwalk, swam in the heated pool, and we found the area very convenient for great coffee, good restaurants, and a decent grocery store. We found everything exactly as described. We also found the unpretentious nature of the neighborhood itself refreshing, and every was very friendly. What a bonus we were not expecting! 2 things to note, that in no way detracted from our stay, but might be helpful to others: 1. This sweet condo is close to the entrance of the neighborhood, and the beach access is at the opposite end of the neighborhood. Still an easy walk, but we felt it was probably a 15 minute walk from the condo to the beach. 2. The bikes are well taken care of and in great shape. However, one is very tall so us ladies being 5'5" and under had to rent our second bike for our major bike ride.
