I live in Mason but couldn’t accommodate 5 family members who visited me from Japan. This place was perfect, especially for my two nieces! They loved the game room!

Amy is so sweet. I even invited her to come by her home for pancakes! The house is beautiful. The beds are nice and the basement is to die for. Two arcade games, a PS4, air hockey and serious workout equipment. The master bedroom with jets is grand. The pool was out of season so we didn't use it, but the back yard has a basketball court and massive outdoor fireplace. It is hard to find anything missing. One improvement could be a place to hang your wet towels in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Perhaps laundry detergent...Amy's guide list what she has...but I wanted to wash my towels so I bought some tide pods and left them for Amy's next guest. I love Cincy and will try to stay at Amy's place when I return...perhaps in the summer to try the pool. Pancakes next time Amy!

Lisa was an Amazing host. She goes above and beyond. She even came out in the big snow storm to shovel the area and bring some "snow supplies". The home is right in the middle of the quaint small town and less than 10 min drive to Perfect North Slopes. We usually drive back and forth to Louisville but was so nice to crash back here right after to rest and enjoy before the next ski day. Cozy, comfortable and clean!!! This is our new spot for a Perfect North retreat. Also nice to be close enough to Cincinnati if you want to drive and explore there. Thank you for all the kindness and flexibility Lisa.

Absolutely perfect stay- our third year in the home! Fantastic recommend enough.

This is a wonderful home. Not all the bedrooms have doors and the bathroom is not in a hallway but inside one of the bedrooms I did not realize this when I looked at the pictures. Wonderful hosts Convenient location

Definitely will be recommending One a very few locations where’s it private Calm and just astounding. They were generous to provide snacks 2 washers & dryers! Absolutely amazing. Pool was the cherry on top. Awesome stay. Definitely worth every dollar!!

We had a great family stay in this airbnb while visiting Kings Island within a 10 minute drive. Many accessible stores and restaurants nearby. Pool, HotTub, and Fire Pit were great for on-site activities. Downsides: outdoor lighting was not all in operation, lighting that did work did not provide much visibility as it got darker and at night. Hot Tub filter notification said it was overdue to be serviced/changed. Hot Water in the master shower would only heat to lukewarm temperature.

we love this location. we have family in the area and having a small special needs child this house is perfect. the host is beyond great as well. we will come back as many times as they'll let us!

Very nice and kept home. Quickly response when I needed. Will definitely stay again in the future if I’m in the area. Did not experience any trouble at all. A++++

The house was modest looking on the outside in a family looking neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. The interior was tastefully upgraded with updated accents in bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen was filled with unexpected but much appreciated cooking spices. We were delighted with the coffee and tea bar.

We have stayed here several times for swim meets and will be back for next swim season.

House was small but worked for our group and everything was as described on listing. Check in/out was simple. Only negative thing we ran into was the trash bin outside being completely full upon our arrival (a late thursday night) . It is stated in the directions of the house that trash must be put out to the road on thursday nights or friday mornings, but by that time we had accumulated next to no trash and hasn’t even thought to go outside and check if the can was already full. We messaged the host upon checkout and were told to just put our two bags into the bin anyways but at that point the lid would not close. Not much that can be done at that point and in no way is it a deal breaker but just something for future guests to keep an eye out for. We would’ve gladly put them out on the road if told ahead of time that it would be full. Beds are comfy, some snacks are provided throughout the house and there are good recommendations of local restaurants, places, etc.

This house would be excellent for a large group. It has many private bedrooms with their own locks. The kitchen is large and well stocked with niceties like coffee, tea, and all the utensils and plates you might need. They kindly made water bottles and some snacks available in each bedroom as well. They were very flexible and let us check out late too.

Love the proximity to Miami U. Very spacious house.

Absolutely loved our stay! It is PERFECT if visiting for a tournament at Spooky Nook, as it’s 8 minutes away, and is set up like a double occupancy. With living spaces and kitchens up and downstairs, it’s perfect for 2 families or separate spaces for kids and adults, and there is more than enough space! It’s also really close to town where the food and shops are! The house was pristine, and even equipped with snacks and Keurig coffee supplies. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice! Jeff was super quick to respond to questions, and checked on us often. We will definitely be back when we visit Hamilton in the future!

Hands down the best place to stay in Oxford! Everything was amazing and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful! We can’t wait for our next stay!

We were in town for a retreat and this was the perfect place! It was less than 10 minutes away from Wilderness Ridge where the conference was being hosted so it worked out perfect! The host communicated well and we were even able to check in early which was helpful! The space was good and our bed was comfy! Then there’s plenty of games to play too!

Lemma was amazing and so kind! The house was better than what we imagined and the furniture was all very comfortable!! 100% would recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Linda’s beautiful home. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We felt the cottage was just as described. It was clean and well kept. I liked the little touches. Especially the black makeup towels. It was just what we needed for a weekend of volleyball with my daughter.

Absolutely a great value with peace of mind no extra charge. House iis very spacious and in a great family oriented neighborhood. This was our second stay and I'm certain there will be a thrid. Thanks for sharing your home

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely farmhouse. Very close, an easy 10 minute drive to Miami University. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Very charming home, clean, comfy and spacious. Great host!

Very nice and clean house loved having the pool table down stairs

We had a great time at Megan’s home, the place was spacious and cozy it felt like a home not a hotel or establishment. we loved the washer and dryer it came very handy to wash our clothes. we also loved how close it was to Miami University! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! one note i will leave is that there’s lots of bugs in the upstairs. so if you don’t like bugs just a heads up! but overall we had so much fun and a relaxing time.
