We loved Shawn's place. She greeted us when we pulled up, helped us get inside and said she was available anytime to help, if we needed it. The space has two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchenette and living room. An added bonus was a great pool table and several board games. Overall, we felt very welcome and had a great stay. I highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family with small kids! Easy to get to, quiet, and super close to a great park and the freeway.

This was the perfect spot for our family get together. It was ideal for our toddlers with lots of space, toys and activities for them to engage in! The chickens were well loved, pool thoroughly enjoyed, and we the fire pit was a delight! Highly recommend and would love to come back!

My family and I recently stayed a Laurie's place in Chico for a week. We loved the pool! We walked daily in Lower Bidwell Park which is located just 3 blocks from the house. The house was spacious for our group of 8. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but Laurie was very responsive and worked hard to rectify the situation. The house could use a few cosmetic updates, such as plumbing fixtures, but compared to other similar size houses in the area, this house was in better shape than most and the price was reasonable.

Boho Bliss exceeded my expectations! It was immaculate and we felt at home the minute we walked in the front door. It's airy and fresh and the home has a great spacious layout. Love the decor! The backyard offers a gas firepit with adirondack chairs for summer night vibes and an umbrella table and chairs for a lovely morning coffee wakeup. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Chico!

We had 3 couples from our family and 6 children, ranging from 2 to 11. There was plenty of room for all and we had a great visit. The kids loved the pool. The adults liked it also. This home is up to date and we'll equipped. We would definitely come here again. The host was extremely helpful and great to work with.

We had the most wonderful stay at Paul’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was not only beautiful but also so thoughtfully designed, with every detail making it cozy and welcoming. The backyard, from the hottub, the barbecue , and the space was an absolute highlight. Paul was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special—providing local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and take pride in their home. We left with great memories and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem of a place.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in the mountains! The scenery surrounding the cabin is stunning and the gentle sounds of frogs croaking at night and distant stream added a serene, natural soundtrack to our experience. The cabin itself was perfect. The hot tub was a great touch, offering a relaxing way to unwind from our daily adventures. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook up some great meals, and the grand master bedroom was the ultimate retreat with plenty of space and comfort. We also had a blast exploring the area. The restaurant and tours at the Sierra Nevada Brewery, the Chico Air Museum was another highlight, with so many interesting exhibits. We wrapped up our weekend with a visit to the Saturday Chico Farmers Market, which was filled with fresh, local goodies and a fun atmosphere. This cabin had it all and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape to the mountains for a beautiful getaway!

If you are looking for a great place to relax, Max & Meela’s place is the spot! The property was so spacious and peaceful. They provided everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Dog and elderly friendly! Loved the vibe of the house as it created a peaceful environment for us to enjoy some family time. It’s 5 minutes away from a convenience store and only a 20 minute drive from Collin’s Lake, where you can rent boats, fish, and swim in the beautiful and scenic waters. Overall a great experience!

If anybody ever wants to get away from the noise of this world, this place is the go-to place! Private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. One can fully decompress from the outside!

The little home is an amazing retreat that offers so much rest and relaxation in a fun, unique, and secluded way! The host was friendly and the whole space was cozy, clean, and comfortable during my stay. I appreciated the value for the place; anyone looking for a private, home away from home in the beautiful foothills of the mountains - but with the complete food/service amenities found in nearby Chico - has found the right spot. Come experience a special retreat tucked away in Forest Ranch, nestled on the edge of Paradise and the mighty Sierras!

Our group had a great time! The ac broke on our second night and the host was very generous and accommodating. The house was even better in person than the pictures. I would recommend!
