Lovely place to just get away. Richard and Valerie are great hosts, and very responsive. The airbnb had everything we needed for a weekend getaway and the location is unmatched. It was also quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of a nearby downtown.

The house worked well for our visit. We basically just stayed in the back yard which was delightful. Plenty of beds too.

The trip was great. Everything was as described. Didn’t have any issues. I give this a 5 star, however, it lacks kitchen gadgets (mixing bowl, baking dish, etc.) if cooking is something you are interested. Great host, location and quick internet. Would book again.

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Perfect place for a family with small kids! Easy to get to, quiet, and super close to a great park and the freeway.

Beautiful house, had some issues checking in with the first Airbnb which was only a studio apartment and Ashley let us rent a big 3 bedroom house for the same price as the studio!

Great place - just a block from Bidwell Park, easy access to north/northeast and south/southeast Chico, and other parks, shopping and downtown. Great older home re-done over the years with some original wood flooring and other cool home things. Very comfortable couches and beds, functional and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, huge dining and nice backyard. Very easy to feel right at home.

It is a pleasant place to stay, whether for work or recreation. I would definitely return.

Another great stay at Bo's place. I keep coming back because it's a great spot (walkable), comfortable, and is such a great value. Basically for the cost of one night in a mid-range hotel in a big city, I can take a trip to Oroville and get two nights and lots of space (living room, kitchen, bedroom), which is so perfect when I travel with my son. This is a perfect airbnb for taking in what Oroville has to offer - the wildflowers, the downtown area along the Feather River, or the hiking trails by Lake Oroville. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I really enjoyed having our own bedroom with a comfy king bed! Very spacious and modern. Adam was very helpful with the few questions I had; and he was very gracious. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

The pullout couch is broken, so the third person sleeping was not optimal. We alerted them it is broken. The place is great, cute and perfect location.

This is a beautiful & peaceful location. Very private & quiet. I loved doing afternoon yoga on the back patio & enjoyed my morning coffee out there as well as I watched the sun rise. We had some internet issues early on, but Angelleyna was very responsive & got it rectified immediately. Would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us this way!

Great little spot. Lots of space, stylish as listed, and everything we needed. Towels were awesome! Bed were comfy. Walking distance to downtown area. We ate at Provisions and Union highly recommend both places.
