Ertan bey yurtdisinda tatilde olmasina ragmen gayet ilgiliydi. Girdigimiz zaman temizlik konusunda biraz sikinti yasadik ancak Ertan bey sorunu hemen giderdi. Manzara gayet guzeldi, bulundugumuz bolgede restaurantlar ve barlar yakindi. Guzel bir tatil gecirdik.

The house itself is really nice and clean. The outside area is well-maintained. Pool is clean and doesn’t smell of chlorine - kids loved it! The beds were comfortable, and showers were powerful. Each bedroom has a balcony; all are en-suite except for the ground-floor room, which has a bathroom with a shower next door. We tried to use the sauna, and Firat kindly provided instructions, but it didn’t get warm enough. The only downside is that the kitchen isn’t very well equipped. With three young kids, we had evening meals at home and used the kitchen. While there are enough pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses, some basics are missing—like oven mitts, kitchen towels, wine glasses. I would also provide washing-up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets and some water for those who arrive late and without car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—it’s excellent value for money. Firat was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

Evin konumu ve kendisi çok iyi. Evde su sorunu yaşadık, onun dışında herşey çok iyi.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden, super kommunikation und sehr zuverlässig, Villa entspricht den Bildern. Wir kamen verspätet in der Unterkunft an, trotzdem lief alles reibungslos und ohne stress oder Probleme mit dem Vermieter ab. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, über vergessenes Eigentum beim Check- Out wird man direkt informiert und findet einen Lösungsweg. Wir empfehlen die Villa sehr gerne weiter und würden selber auch nochmal dahin kommen.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

Gayet tertemiz ve a dan z ye herşey düşünülmüş bizim gibi kalabalık sevmeyen ve ev hissiyatında konaklamak için çok iyi bir seçenek manzarası çok güzel ayrıca evcil hastan dostu olması 10 üzerinden 10000 puan biz aile olarak çok memnun kaldık

Great house in a lovely rural location. safak was very prompt in replies and very helpful. very clean and tidy home. cockerals get a bit of getting used to early morning, but listening to the waves from the bedroom was lovely. it worked well for us without a car. buses easy to get in 5 minutes walk, to get into fethiye if you want. (go every 15 mins) ..and if you don't want, then you can eat at the Kafi next door on the yonka Lodge beach front. and there is a cheaper cafe along past club tuana on the public beach front. you can also buy activities from the beach front business at club tuana. (we did a snorkel boat trip and also hired the catarmaran). very helpful and friendly staff there too. a local taxi company 10 mins walk away too. ..all these can be found on Google, and were very friendly and helpful and reliable. nearby small "gift store" does have some basics food, bread and cheese. Two supermarkets up on the main road easy to get to by bus (every 15 mins).

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

It was a great day. Everything was brand new probably recently renovated. Spacious from living room to bedroom with every detail thought out for storage as well as all amenities of a full kitchen.

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Yaren hanım gerçekten iyi bir ev sahibi iletişimimiz hızlıydı ve ilgiliydi. Ev konum olarakta güzeldi, sessiz sakin kafa dinleyip aynı zamanda da araçla 15 dk mesafe ile canlı rotasyonlara ulaşmak ya da 2 dk da Patara plajına ulaşmak mükemmeldi. Herşey resimlerde göründüğü gibi hatta daha iyisiydi ve kullanışlıydı. Olurda tekrar plan yaparsam mutlaka yeniden tercih edeceğim.

Villa Nilla was fabulous. Mehmet went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We travelled with 2 children under 3 and Mehmet arranged a second cot at short notice when one of the available cots was too small for the baby. We were welcomed in the villa by fresh fruit, milk, bread, wine and lots of chocolate. The villa is the best stocked (toiletries, oils, coffee, water) airbnb we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many. We travelled in early April and the weather wasn’t that hot so the heated pool was amazing and allowed our young children to enjoy the water, even when the outside temp was only 18/19c. The baths were also great and our toddler loved the bubbles! The villa itself was clean and the view (particularly from upstairs) is beautiful. We have been to Kalkan many times and loved being back in the area. We loved seeing Kas and Patara beach also. I would recommend this villa!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It felt very private, despite being in town, and the view overlooking the sea made for stunning sunsets. The pool is the ideal size for several adults staying cool in the sun. As advertised, the bedrooms were large, quiet, and all had en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was spotless and had all the equipment we needed for making coffee and breakfast; we had to buy provisions such as coffee pods and dishwasher soap. One note: hot water for the showers was unpredictable, but as were in the pool so much, it wasn't a huge issue for us. Overall, we'd recommend this villa highly and would stay here again.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. A fantastic Villa with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Spectacular views with awesome sunsets. Large terraces on every level. Beautiful pool with amazing views. Comfortable beds with brilliant Air Conditioning. Melike was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. If you are thinking of staying in Kalkan then this villa is a little gem as the beach clubs are on your door step. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Bensu hanım harika bir ev sahibi. Ev tamamen fotoğraflardaki gibi hatta daha güzeldi. Bensu hanım bizi çok güzel çiçeklerle karşıladı. Ev tertemiz, ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü.Havuz tertemizdi. Havuz ve bahçe düzenli temizlendi. Çalış plajına yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafede. Etrafta çok yakında her türlü ihtiyacınızı yürüyerek karşılayabileceğiniz market.. vb var. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Bir daha Fethiye’ye geldiğimizde kesinlikle tek kalacağımız yer. Her şey için çok çok teşekkürler 🙏🏻

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

Es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus war bis ins kleinste Detail bedacht eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Ein Riesen Dankeschön an Lena und ihren Mann, die für alle Rückfragen immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.
