Thank you Darl, You provided me with a clean and trouble free stay, even when I booked at short notice. As Darl goes on her Airbnb journey, I can confirm she is doing things the best way. This is a nice and very cheap stay, so it's not a hotel, but it's comfortable, cool and quiet. As in all province's in the Philippines, there are dogs and Chickens about, but no issue for me. Anneffer is very good to deal with, friendly and responsive. The house is very clean, tidy and has everything you need. There is a tricycle that comes by between 7 and 7:30am to sell drinking water. 25 PHP per bottle (water dispenser size). if you don't have a bottle to exchange, they charge 160php. I left the extra bottle there, so hopefully Anneffer will leave it in the house for the next guest. That way, you don't have to exhaust the existing bottle before you exchange for a refill. This is a gated community and the guards are always friendly. They check everyone that comes into the compound, so I felt very safe. I can't say enough about Anneffer and the house. I highly recommend staying here. The only caveat is you likely need to have own transportation because it's far from the main road and not really walkable to anywhere. Taxi is an option too. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff (MAAM DARL). Amenities were very good.
