Ew sahibi hızlı dönüşler yaptı, ew fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi, eşyalar yeterliydi kullanım için ekstralarda vardı havlu kağıt, sabun, şampuan, tuz gibi buda burada da belirtilmiş olduğu gibi otel hizmeti ve ev rahatlığı sağladı. Yalıda oturan diğer komşular güler yüzlü ve hoş görülüydü muhit çok nezihti biz memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

We organised a family trip to visit the city of our father, and we were very pleased to stay at Mine and Hüseyin’s house. Our stay was perfect: the host was very reactive and friendly, the house is gorgeous with a very nice view and a sunny and quiet garden. The garage was also very convenient. It felt just like home. The neighborhood is really calm and beautiful. In less than 10 minutes we can reach streets with shops and restaurants, and also the boat to reach other places of the city. I would really recommend if you are looking for a lovely stay in Istanbul. I wish myself I could come back here very soon. Thank you again Mine and Hüseyin!

La casa è molto confortevole. Si trova in una zona non molto bella ma sicura, vicina al centro (15 minuti a piedi) e a 100 metri dalla stazione dei treni che raggiunge il centro. La casa è divisa in 3 livelli. Le camere sono molto grandi e comode. Alloggio pulito e comodo. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Molto comodo anche il servizio di trasporto da e per l'aeroporto che puoi concordare con l'host

4 yaşında ki oğlumla yaptığım konaklamada özellikle metroya çok yakın konum, güvenli, oğlumun rahat edeceği kadar geniş ve hijyenik alan, çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi ayrıca soğuk bir mevsimde konaklayacağım için iyi ısınan bir ev arayışım vardı. Bu ev tüm isteklerimi karşıladı. Resimlerde görüldüğü gibi. Bizimle ilgilenen Burak bey tüm talepleriniz ile ilgilendi. Ev oldukça geniş ve içerideki malzemeler yeterli. Çay yapmak için çay makinesi vardı ama çalışmıyordu ve Burak bey çalışan ile değişimini sağladı. Kahve içmek isterseniz makine yok. Sıvı bulaşık deterjanı ve saç şampuan ve kremi, kullan at terlik, tuvalet kağıdı, temiz havlu mevcut. Uzun konaklama için temizlik aleti vs. gibi şeyleri görevlilerden isterseniz veriyorlar. Odaya özel olsa daha güzel olurdu. Evin manzarası yok. Bir aralığa bakıyor. Ama bizim için önem arzetmiyordu. Bundan sonraki İstanbul seyahatimde kesinlikle konaklamayı tercih edeceğim ev. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

This is one of the rare places in Istanbul where you can truly enjoy your time. The rooftop view is absolutely stunning, and watching the sunset from there is a wonderful experience. The house itself is spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone. It’s the perfect spot to spend quality time with your group while also having your own quiet space whenever you need it. The host was very attentive and always reachable, making the stay even more comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is parking, which can be a bit tricky. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!

I came for business purposes and needed a large place for 14 people. I booked the entire hotel. Rooms are small (yet, with everything from the mini-fridge to the hairdryer) and rooms were super clean. Can Serbay and his team are available and ready to support in all demands. THANK YOU! Note: I did not have nor breakfast nor dinner at the hotel. So, many restaurants are around.

Great stay at this villa! Spacious and perfect for a big group, located in a quiet area for a relaxing getaway. Leon was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time here so much that I plan to come back with my family again. Highly recommend

Kalabalık ekipler için ideal: Geniş alanlar, donanımlı mutfak ve ortak kullanım odalarıyla herkes mutlu oldu. Samimi ilgi ve özen sayesinde sorunsuz bir tatil geçirdik. Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel bir yer. Özellikle bahçesinde aydınlatma olması, çocuklar için kum havuzu ve çeşitli oyuncaklar bulunması çocukların keyifli vakit geçirmesini sağladı. Evin konumu çok güzel, denize neredeyse sıfır. Ev oldukça temiz, düzenliydi ve olanakları yeterliydi. Hanife hanıma ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Gerek öncesi gerek sonrasında çok yardımcı oldu ve ilgili davrandı.

The villa itself was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was carefully considered. The heated pool was an absolute delight. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of the owners. They were some of the kindest and most accommodating hosts we have ever met. Always ready to help with anything, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless experience. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Istanbul, this villa is an absolute gem! place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.
