We had a great 1-day stay in Arnavutköy, hosted by the friendly and attentive Emrah. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, perfect for a short but relaxing family stopover. Emrah was a caring and thoughtful host, making sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which gave us a restful break during our travels. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it easy for us to feel at home even for a short stay. If we return to Istanbul in the future, we would definitely love to stay here again. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Arnavutköy — it’s a cozy and calm place with a wonderful host. Faruks place was located perfectly, within walking distance of malls and restaurants. This area was brand new, located in a quiet and safe area. Pictures perfectly displayed the clean and spacious apartment. Check in and check out were extremely flexible. The hosts were friendly and available and accommodating. Felt like I was a guest. I enjoyed this level of hospitality that is hard to find. I felt extremely comfortable. Kitchen had the tools for cooking your own meals. Just wish there was a microwave. Beautiful view from the private terrace! Linens and shampoos/conditioners were all provided and clean! There were 2 large bathrooms with everything you need. I will definitely be back here again! For the location, the property and the experience.

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

Konaklamamız gerçekten mükemmeldi! Ev ilan edildiği gibi hatta daha da güzeldi. Son derece temiz, konforlu ve özenle düzenlenmişti. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüş, mutfakta gerekli tüm ekipmanlar vardı ve yataklar oldukça rahattı. Konum olarak da harika bir yerdeydi; ulaşım kolaydı ve çevrede birçok olanak mevcuttu. Ev sahibimiz çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi ve konaklamamızın sorunsuz geçmesi için elinden geleni yaptı. Burada kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. Eğer tekrar bu bölgeye gelirsek, kesinlikle yine burada kalmak isteriz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Ev küçük ama pratikti, 2+1 de kaldık 18 kat. İkea tarzı ev olduğundan norveç deki günlerime anımsatı. Manzarası inanılmazdı. Isısı çok iyiydi. Kapalı otoparkdan direk asansör ile daire katına çıkışıyorsun. Migros jet, Starbucks ve Eczane dininde. Metro M9 direk kapıda nerdeyse. Ordan yeni bosna veya Ataköy duraklarından heryere geçebiliyorsun. Mesela Aksaray/yeni kapı 30/40 dakika. Evde mutfak ve ekip manları olması harikaydı. Fırında pizza, mini börek gibi pratik atıştırmalıklat için kulanışlı. Ama getirden de kapına sipariş verebilirsin. Kısacası istanbul merkeze kolay ulaşımlı, güvenli bir residence da ev konforunda kalmak isteyen herkeze tavsiye edebilirim.

Very nice and well looked after apartment, great city views and the host Firat was very helpful whenever he was needed. Look forward to staying at this place again.
