You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

This is a beautiful apartment located in the heart of Rockport. Will definitely come back here if possible for another trip!

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

Elaine’s airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was situated on the second story of their home with a separate, easy access entrance. Upon entering you are treated with a beautifully decorated, well furnished , living room with a large bay window at one end. When you get closer and look out, you are overwhelmed by a spectacular view of the Narragansett Bay. You are so close, if you listen carefully, you can hear the lapping waves. In the morning, the room is filled with the glorious morning sun. The large main bedroom is equally well decorated and has an equally beautiful view of the bay. The smaller second bedroom is fully functional but does not have the view. The apartment had a one fully functional bathroom and a small but updated well equipped kitchen with everything you needed except a dishwasher. No room. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Elaine and Richard and would loved to stay with them again if we return to Wickford.

Great place. I’m from Shelburne Falls so it was nice to be “home”. The place was extremely clean and cozy. Everything was super easy. I would highly recommend this place. It’s a beautiful setting with great views of the mountains, bridge of flowers and quaint little village.

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

Doug and Hope were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and willing to help with anything I may have needed. I especially appreciated the extra attention they put into welcoming us by giving a small welcome gift and note. You can tell they pay attention to the details. The property is beautiful as well! Loved our time there.

Jim’s place was great, with plenty to see in the area. We ended up spending most of the time enjoying the little beach and kayaks. Very cute house with plenty of room and we’ll stocked kitchen. The grill made for a perfect Labor Day cookout looking out at the water. Would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful retreat on the water. Our family of 5 was looking for a getaway for a weekend, and this was perfect. The location was great, with a view of the water and a walk down to the pier, and outdoor seating areas. But on a rainy spring weekend, we spent most of our time inside around the fireplace, cooking, or playing games. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-stocked, beds were comfy, and Meg was very responsive before and during our trip. Loved our time there, highly recommend!

Beautiful and easy little cottage, lovely porch with wonderful big swing to nap on with the pup, luscious huge lawn to feel space and privacy, and absolutely beautiful lake view, easy rock step into shallow section to launch our floaties and Wayne’s paddle boards. Easy living with picnic table and great Weber grill, and second small fridge in the boat house. A keeper!

I highly recommend this beautiful home for your next stay. It had a spectacular view and the house was very well maintained and furnished. This home was conveniently located and felt very private at the same time.

Gorgeous views, spotless home, comfy beds - we had the perfect stay at Lucy’s home. Our grandsons enjoyed breakfast on the deck, watching ducks and boats. After a full day of exploring Newport, we enjoyed a peaceful cocktail on the deck, watching the moon glimmer off the water. Lucy was attentive and checked in with us to make sure all was well. She gave us great suggestions for local dining. I highly recommend staying here - we are sure to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place. It was a perfect little getaway where we could unwind & just enjoy the scenery. We came in town to visit our Son who is a Freshman at Nichols College. We had some cold weather & rain but, we took full advantage of the firepit & sat out by the water enjoying the view. There were lots of things to do on the water that we can hopefully do when we visit again in warmer weather. This place was a wonderful spot for us to unwind & spend time with our boy! Andrew & Lora were super responsive & helpful for all of our needs. They went above & beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. Highly recommend this gem by the water!

The location and views from Phil's place are absolutely beautiful. It was a cozy place to stay and unwind while visiting family in the area. The beach and pathway to it are wonderful. Phil was very responsive to our couple of questions. We would happily go back when in the area again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jake's place on the salt pond! The location is wonderful and close to everything-beaches, restaurants, grocery store etc. The house is tiny but felt spacious enough for all 5 of us to have our own space. The newly finished lower level was a bonus. The view was so serene and a nice reprieve after busy days at the beach.

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a fabulous experience with the apartment. It was a little bit small, but actually ended up being very cozy for the long weekend. No issues whatsoever, and Kevin was a very gracious and respectful host. Definitely recommend this for a short getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. We had an amazing stay! We stayed off peak season, although alot was closed we felt right at home and were more than happy to spend family time at this condo! The views were stunning, and the condo was immaculate. We were close to everything and was still within very reasonable driving distance to the surrounding towns. Julie was a pleasure to work with and was always very responsive and accomadating throughout the process. Hoping to stay again next year!

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.
