Beautiful Airbnb.. very warm and welcoming staff and the rooms are so clean and tasteful. Just a minute to the beach and The Rock restaurant which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed the novelty. We would highly recommend this great spot in Pingwe,

we stayed here for a month. using it as a base while doing a couple of nights away to explore the island. every time we came back it felt like coming home. the location was peaceful but with enough local restaurants/stores/amenities all in walking distance. Ovi was excellent with communication and a great help with anything we needed. the views were incredible! the pace in this part of Jambiani was exactly what we were looking for. I can't recommend this stay enough.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: a terrace overlooking the ocean with direct and private access to the beach, unlike many resorts and hotels that cost more and lack these features. Everything was extremely clean and impeccable. The kitchen was simple but well-organized. The house is in a strategic location, very convenient for going out in the evening and possibly in the most peaceful area of Jambiani. To be honest, thanks to Ovi’s valuable recommendations, we always had lunch and dinner at the local restaurants just a short walk from the house, given how affordable dining out in Jambiani is. Ovi was very kind and helpful to us. He provided us with all the information not only about restaurants but also about various excursions and taxi arrangements. Thank you once again!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Amina und Ovi war absolut fantastisch. Die beiden sind hervorragende Hosts, die uns unseren Urlaub verschönert haben. Wir bekamen Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und tolle Restaurants. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen und sie waren super hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist ein absolutes Juwel. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und jedem einen Aufenthalt dort empfehlen. Ganz liebe Grüße

We really enjoyed our stay. Big windows letting in loads of light and right on top of the beach with the extra added bonus of being able to use the hotel facilities attached to the property, as its part of the hotel complex. Alex, the liason was very helpful and friendly. There are only two things I would mention that I personally believe would improve this Air BnB and they are - 1 - A TV for those chill nights in. 2 - A Microwave. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.

Dieses Beachhouse ist perfekt zum Entspannen und erholen und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Eine tolle Erfahrung die Gezeiten einmal so intensiv beobachten zu können. Sehr entschleunigend. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat außerdem viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Einziger Nachteil für mich waren die Stromausfälle und das ich dadurch nicht zuverlässig online arbeiten und Termine planen konnte. Die Unterkunft lädt aber auch mehr zum Urlaub machen, lesen und Entspannen ein. Definitiv eine klare Empfehlung und eine besonders schöne Unterkunft in Jambiani.

Wir waren super happy mit der Unterkunft. Alles lief reibungslos ab. Ovi hat uns direkt am ersten Tag Empfehlung für Restaurants, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und die Nummer eines Guides gegeben bei dem man alle möglichen Touren buchen kann. Perfekt

Ubytováni byli opravdu jako na fotkách. Pár kroků na pláž. V Jambiani musíte počítat s velkým odlivem, takže koupání lze spíše až odpoledne, ale to jsme věděli. Majitel nám poslal tipy kde se najít a jak se podívat. Procestovali jsme celý ostrov a určitě bychom se vrátili jelikož místo nebylo až tolik turistické jako na severu, což nám vyhovovalo. Pokud bychom se vrátili, raději bychom zaplatili za bungalov blíže k moři a dál od příjezdové cesty. Jelikož Bungalov nemá okna tak bohužel cítíte jako by Vám za hlavou jezdili auta a motorky atd.. dvě noci byli opravdu utrpení, kdy se dalo spát až po 4 ráno. Ale tohle je věc kterou bohužel nelze ovlivnit. A ubytování se nám opravdu líbilo. Jen počítat s tím, že není vhodné pro někoho kdo má rad klid na spaní.

La experiencia fue genial. La casa esta atendida 24/7. Es preciosa y muy cuidada. Salida directa al mar. Todas las habitaciones tienen AC lo cual es indispensable y tambien baño propio. Si que es verdad que en la planta baja un baño olia mal (ocurre en toda la isla) y se iba la luz de vez en cuando (ocurre en toda la isla), pero son problemas que no son culpa de la casa. Para nosotros fue paradisiaco y super recomendable.

Gorgeous house right on the beach. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The sound of the wave is always with you. The helpers and chef are very helpful and kind. Michelle is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Väldigt fint och välskött boende . Uteplatsen var som en liten oas där vi kunde svalka av oss efter en dag i solen på stranden. Nästa gång jag reser till Zanzibar kommer jag utan tvekan bo här igen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingrid's place. The ability to walk out directly to the beach was incredible - as well as the night bed! It was very clean and the flexible check-in worked out very well for us as we were running a little late. Overall, great stay and well worth it.

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Wow it’s hard to put into words how tranquil and amazing this place truly is, from the very first I moment I felt an overwhelming radiance of peace flowing through my body, from the staff to the beautiful scenery everything was amazing and I highly recommend, Asante for the amazing experience and if you are reading this review this is your sign to go ahead and book as I believe all can enjoy.

Zanzibar house, fait parti d’un de mes meilleurs Airbnb. Le logement est très propre, cuisine équipée (avec cuisto sur place pour le déjeuner et le repas, c’est le rêve!) The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!

Simone is an amazing host, very friendly, go out of his way to assist and make you feel very informed and very welcome. The house is on an amazing location right on the beach with immaculate views. The staff are all very friendly and we had an amazing stay. Will come back for family holidays here and definitely recommend to anyone going to Zanzibar.
