Good little spot 5 mins away from Mayo, and definitely beats staying at a hotel if you have more than one person. Side note - I was pleasantly surprised to see a very nice cast iron in the kitchen for cooking compared to the scratched up Teflon I'm used to seeing in other properties

Enjoyed the spacious house and beautiful views along the river. Lots of activity to see. Did some fishing right off the deck. Bedrooms were private with own bathroom. Great for each family. Huge kitchen area for group gatherings. Great place!

Beth’s place was a peaceful respite for our family during a rough time when our dad was ill at Saint Elizabeth’s hospital. The serene setting calmed us, and it was reassuring to be so close to the hospital. Fresh air walks between dad’s room and Beth’s place were therapeutic. Beth’s home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Little touches like nice dishes, silverware and nice coffee mugs, extra blankets for chilly nights and well stocked bathrooms made all the difference. And the river view … Oh My … the grand view of the Mississippi brings beauty and awe day and night.

This was the perfect place for my extended family to gather for my mom’s funeral. Comfortable, homey and elegant rooms, lovely modern bathrooms and kitchen and lots of space. The host was very kind and quick to respond when a minor issue arose.

Brett's place was perfect for our group of 4! Short 7 minute drive to Mayo for appointments. Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed to prepare a couple dinners. The 2-car garage was great and the ramp was helpful for my Dad to get to the front door. Will definitely look to book Brett's place again if we find ourselves back in Rochester. Thanks for providing such a great stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was exactly as noted in the description. The view is stunning, and the decor is aesthetically on point. We loved it! Highly recommend. Thomas and Stephanie were great with communication and super helpful. Six stars!

Prompt, patient and responsive. Excellent location near the Mayo Clinics. Not too far to the hospital. Well equipped space. Temperature okay but odd and noisy system.
