Great location! the bikes make for a fun ride into town. The sound of the ocean puts you to sleep and the birds in the morning are a lovely wake up! close walk to a delicious and busy Cafe as well as restaurants. Jim was very responsive for any questions I had or anything that we needed. It was our second time back and we can't wait for another trip back in the future!

Gemma's place is a little gem, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac but walking distance to everything in Bangalow. The apartment is squeaky clean with the most lux bed linen. Gemma and Charles are responsive and gave us lots of great local recommendations - from the best local coffee to great things to do on a rainy day. The Bangalow Bowlo is a five minute walk away and we absolutely loved it - highly recommend for an easy dinner every night!

Delightful, modern, all you need equipped property in elite enclave. We have been visiting Byron for decades and this is our new favourite place! Virtually across from Belongil beach, quiet, easy parking, and can walk to eatery and central Byron, including along the beach. Quality, cleverly designed comfortable accommodation with great amenities in excellent condition; attention to detail, well equipped kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher, two quiet air conditioners, comfy bed, quality cotton linen, environmentally sensitive personal and cleaning aids and even some helpful staples for cooking, plus beach umbrella and towels to use. Enjoyed the lovely private shared saltwater pool, BBQ, outdoor lounging and dining areas, and well-equipped share laundry. Grateful for the swift, helpful responses from lovely, caring owners, Margy and Graham. Highly recommended. We had a beautiful time there and will return!

Lovely self contained unit that was beautifully styled with plenty of space. We really appreciated how well stocked the airbnb was with all the little things you need such as full kitchen, condiments, detergent, laundry detergents, beach towels, etc. The area is also really great and nice to be out of the craziness of Byron. The only downside is the unit gets very hot from the sunlight streaming in during the day and there is no aircon. It would help having blinds in the main living area.

It was the perfect place to stay for a weekend away. The space was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. The beds were comfy, cute little deck, right next to the pool, short walk to the beach and a quick drive into Byron. Joanne was the perfect host and gave the best recommendations for our stay in Byron Bay. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay for my daughter and I birthday get together. So special to have a private pathway access to the beach. Beautiful clean spacious Beach House with gardens. Enjoyed Local food market day and coffee/food cafe down the road. Will definitely book again! 5 stars!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Lovely host. Beautiful house. Great kitchen - easy to cook full meals. Lovely garden and outdoor area. We loved having home cooked dinners with all our friends while we stayed in Byron. We will definitely be staying here again.

Had a really enjoyable stay despite the rain. The house was well equiped and exactly as shown in the photos. Easy walking distance to main street and beach. Fully fenced yard for dogs and lots of grass. The house was beautiful and easily big enough for 6 people. Thank you Alex and Edwina.

Kingsley House was a fabulous property in a great location. We loved the pool and the air con was perfect on a hot day. Beds were comfortable. We would love to stay again. Kingsley Palms is another beautiful property in a great location. Unfortunately doesn’t have air con but dyson fans were helpful. Pool was a lovely temp. Great location .

If you’re reading reviews and trying to decide what to do… just book this place. It has everything you could possibly need and Greg and Lyn are wonderful hosts. The linens are hotel quality and no shortage of towels. It’s in a great location just opposite the beach and a playground for kids. Quick walk to the shops in Suffolk Park. Short drive to Byron and easy access to Lennox, Bangalow and the hinterland. We hope to stay here again when we return.

Fantastic spot for our group weekend away. Great location, short walk from everyone but still tucked away. Loved the outdoor area, pool and spa. Very equip kitchen, we felt right at home. Would highly recommend. Seamless communication and check in/out experience. Thank you Glen & Nicole.

Hilary and Ian's gorgeous place is an absolute delight. We were so lucky to have found it. It is peaceful - yet so close to all the action of Byron Bay. The house is even better than shown in the photos. The pool is wonderful and my grandson loved swimming in the warm water. Thank you Hilary and Ian for allowing us to enjoy your gorgeous little hide-away - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Beautiful home and absolutely perfect location. The house is removed enough from downtown Byron but walkable still to just about everything. Beach out front is beautiful and quiet. The yard is amazing and lots of toys in the garage for the beach and playing in the yard. The living space was perfect for five of us. We were three adult adults and two kids (5 and 7). We felt like our five-year-old was a little too young to stay in the upstairs loft area just in case he had to get up in the night so the 3rd adult stayed up there and did mention it was very limited in privacy as far as getting dressed etc., so just keep that in mind for whoever uses that space. Kitchen very well appointed for cooking. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay. We could walk to the beach, Cafe and resturant. All basics in the kitchen were provided and a bottle of sparkling wine!

A delightful condo right on the river. Richard was so helpful with instructions to make our stay easy. The view from the main bedroom is spectacular and quite a way to wake up in the morning. The house has so many little touches to help families feel at home from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and board games. We would love to stay longer next time!

Amazing high end Airbnb with great value for money. Location is perfect and a very comfortable place.

We loved our stay. A bit busier than our normal choices, but we knew it was close to the road. We loved the pool and easy walk to the beach and shops. The unit itself was very well setup for cooking at home. Towels and linens all very nice. We appreciated having the washer and dryer as well as detergent also. We would highly recommend. Cabarita beach, Bogangar itself was spectacular! We loved the swimming!

The apartment is very comfortable, modern and close to everything. The owner are quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend.
