This place was an amazing value for what is included. The people are so friendly and responsive. They have everything: plenty of space, pool, 2 hot tubs, sun deck. We are a family of 4 and had a 3 bedroom unit. Each bedroom had a full bath. We slept so well with dark, quiet bedrooms and really comfy beds. The location is perfect, smack between the French Quarter and Warehouse district so we could walk to almost anything we wanted to see and a short walk to the trolly, which we took to the Garden District. Fantastic!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great place. We were in town for a wedding and wanted somewhere close to the reception area. Very walkable to street cars and transit; great restaurants in the area. Neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe walking back even at night. You are staying in a basement so the other reviews about the low ceilings are no joke but as long as you’re aware going into it, it’s still a very comfortable stay. Hot tub and patio area was very clean and a nice touch after a day of walking/sightseeing. Would definitely look to rebook if visiting New Orleans again.

This place was a perfect stay for a trip to New Orleans. I’ve been to the city plenty of times and this is my new favorite spot to stay. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. House was lovely and had everything you could possibly need, we cooked a lot and we truly felt at home in the kitchen. If you enjoy being outside, it’s worth it for the backyard alone. Brittney is a very friendly and responsive host.

Great location in a peaceful neighborhood! Other than some traffic, we never heard any outside noise. It was a quick drive into the French Quarter but also in walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. Our favorites were Bacchanal Wine & Spirits and Parleaux Beer Lab. We walked to these places after dark and always felt safe. There is room to park inside the locked gate, which is really nice; however, we parked on the road and never had any issues. The house itself is comfortable and cozy. A note for dog owners: We brought our dog with us, and while there is a fenced in yard, we weren’t able to let him off the leash. The yard is shared by three units, which may have dogs, too. There is some grass but also gravel. Additionally, there are a lot of stray cats around, some of which get into the yard and go to the bathroom. This is nothing the owner can control, but it’s good to know if you plan on a bringing a dog. We would stay here again if we return to New Orleans!

The place was beautiful! Loved the balcony and views, and it felt very nice and private. Easy to get inside and had a nice quiet backyard patio space to relax in. The neighborhood was beautiful with plenty of little shops within walking distance, and just a 5 minute drive to the French Quarter. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in NOLA!

Great hospitality and convenient and in a quiet neighborhood just 10 - 15 mins from down town.

The house was amazing. The pool and “spa” were lovely. The outdoors is beautifully landscaped. The house was decorated in a very fun New Orleans style. Gary has provided many thoughtful conveniences such as labeled lights/ cabinets etc. and phone chargers on the bedside tables. The house manager, Eduardo, was very responsive and very kind when we had some technical difficulties with the computer interface for the spa heater. And we also loved the ping pong table / air hockey table! The location is great- quiet side road off of magazine St where there are plenty of cute restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you Gary and Eduardo- hope to come back sometime!!

Very clean and in a nice location close to the garden district and museums. The backyard was great for our dog as well!

Our stay was fantastic with such a great host and would recommend to anyone! All the incoming and outgoing instructions were clear and also a great open line of communication. 10 out of 10

Really enjoyed my stay the past couple of days and nights. The hosts were very accommodating and their home was beautiful and comfortable. Communication was on point and their home exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I needed for my stay. Everything was great and I look forward to booking with them in the near future.

This place is the perfect balance of location, character, and charm. Easy access to the quarter, but secluded from all the noise. Perfect place for a couple wanting to get away. Can’t wait to get back again!

Fabulous place to stay while your New Orleans. Great location. Walkable to Frenchmen Street and the French Quarter. Great location for restaurants and local bars. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Communication with the owners was fabulous.

We had an absolute blast staying at Kimberly’s place! Very convenient location relative to St. Charles Ave. and a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops! Her neighbor, Willie, was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome to the neighborhood. We’ll be back!!!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The place was exceptionally clean and quiet, which made for a relaxing environment. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff. It was a joy to connect with the ladies there, and I’m looking forward to booking again in the future.

The house was just as described- actually better than we anticipated. Checkin was a breeze, the location was perfect, we parked right out front, they provided more linens than we needed and the beds were amazing. We slept perfect and no street noise at all in the master bedroom. Tons of places in walking distance and a short uber downtown. It was my husband and two kids and we had plenty of room. Would definitely and would stay again!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and it was just perfect, such a beautiful oasis in the city. Loved the tall windows overlooking gardens and their fabulous pool. Gorgeous high ceilings and artsy feel to the studio not to mention comfy & stylish chairs to relax in inside as well as a very comfy bed. Loved the porch with rocking chairs and pool loungers too (did some reading outside in these and it was lovely). Tamarin and Steve have a wonderful dog, Bodhi, who was just a pleasure to meet, clearly a kind and old soul & very friendly & quite happy for a good pat. They provided delicious coffee (or tea), cream, yogurt and homemade granola, a delight to have in the morning overlooking the gardens and pool. They were friendly and responsive, perfect hosts! Thanks again!

We stayed here because our daughter was touring Tulane. it was so convenient to walk to the university and also down to Maple street for coffee and food. Also convenient to Audubon park. we hope to come back on parent visiting days.

We absolutely loved our stay here! I traveled with my 3 daughters aged 22, 19 & 12. As you can imagine, we can be hard to please but we all agreed that this house was PERFECT for us. The neighbors have chickens which we all enjoyed thoroughly while hanging on the front porch. The back patio is gorgeous & very private. We had great luck w/ the next door tenants who had kids for my youngest to swim with. Pool was warm & felt so good after a long day walking around! Beds were comfy! We all slept better than any of us have in a long time! We are fan sleepers but left our fans behind. A quick message to Aleks though on our way down & there were fans waiting on us when we arrived! We are planning to return when the beloved Nic Cage passes to pay our respects & will be booking here again!!!!

Well located in the French Quarter. Lively and noisey in the late evening. Works well for two couples. Well provisioned for our stay. Needs to finish furnishing the place- needs lamps, additional seating, night stands, etc.

Kerry was a very attentive host. We had no issues with the house, everything was in working order and great attention to detail. The backyard was fantastic for the grandkids, they loved the trampoline, basketball court and playhouse. Too cold to use the pool. Be aware, the attic is a separate rental until which we discovered from another review and ending up renting to have extra sleeping area and mainly to have house to ourselves. The lower level is a separate 3bdr rental unit, which we weren’t aware of and it was rented out. There was an infant, whose crying did wake us during the night and early in the morning. House was an easy 1 mile walk to Napoleon & St Charles for the parades. Loved the house!
