Lia is an excellent host: very responsive and helpful. The property is wonderfully appointed, making us feel at home. There are 2 kitchens (indoor and ourdoor), so if you’ll be cooking something smelly you don’t have to stink up the whole house. She thought of everything to make your stay comfortable: towels, shampoo, bath gel, extra toilet paper, dishwashing soap, paper towels, drying rack, cooking oil, basic spices — things that I sometimes don’t find in other airbnbs. It was super clean. Having Jenny (her housekeeper) easily contactable was a huge plus. She met us during check in / check out. We were disturbed by guests in the airbnb beside us (VERY noisy large group) after dinnertime. But when I raised this concern, they were quick to inform security guard to keep noise in check. Thankfully they respected quiet time 10pm onwards. Take note: there is ongoing construction in this mini-subdivision so there was some noise and workers in the vicinity. Highly recommend!

Our family had fun at Oceana Villa 1! Our stay was as comfy as possible. The price we paid for was really worth it. The beach was a walk away, although the waves are best suited for surfing. We are looking forward to our next stay here. The hosts are very helpful and are approachable. Thank you Ma'am Malou and company! :)

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very homey and charming, with a cozy vibe. It’s on the older side, but it’s well-maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was super spacious—perfect for meal prep while bonding with friends/family. The rooms were lovely, and we all felt comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach with stunning sunsets! The pool is a prop-up pool, so manage expectations, but it was still a nice touch. Parking was ample—we fit an SUV, a pickup truck, and a sedan with no problem. The caretaker was lovely and very helpful, and the host provided great recommendations for essentials.

place was as discribed. looked new and well kept. complete , mindful when we said we’d have kids. even provided bathrobes for them coz there’s a pool, a thoughtful gesture 🙂 thanks Ronie! most of the furniture were Ikea, nice and organized, losts of beds. really cozy, we slept really well. keep in mind that the way in and out is steep, but was doable even with a full packed van 👍🏼

This booking exceeded our expectations! I would totally recommend this place for any medium sized to big group looking to stay in Elyu. It’s even walking distance to the beach by a secret path. 10/10 would do again

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The compound where the place was had a right of way to the beach. The kitchen was well-equiped, so we found it easy to use it. Jenny, her assistant who showed us in, was very helpful.

The location is a multi-level home suited that can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. The space and amenities help ensure that meal times and mornings aren't crowded. The only possible concern is parking space, as this is shared with the other units, but if you're not bringing more than 1 car it shouldn't be a significant concern. It's just off the heart of the city and thus most places are within a 20-30 minute drive away. You're located away from the more traffic congested areas, allowing you to circle around to pretty much wherever you want to go within Baguio. There is a decent view if you're able to get the right unit, but overall the place is clean, comfortable, and ideal for families and friends in medium groups wanting to spend time in Baguio. If you're a larger group of more than 8, you can probably book the other units, as the location has 4 (A-D) units which accomodate, allowing for even bigger groups!

The place looked even more beautiful than the photos. The caretaker was extremely friendly. Big house, big rooms and more than enough beds for all of us and big surroundings too! More importantly, walkable to session road, burnham park and more. We visit the city yearly, sometimes twice a year and this is by far the best place we have stayed at in Baguio. Highly recommended! ❤️

neighborhood is quite, the place is spacious for group stay and well-equipped with cooking gadgets/utensils.The only downside is that we had difficulty locating the place coz google maps gave us the wrong direction. Better option is to look for the village guard house and from there they will give you the best direction😊 Other than that, we definitely had a great stay. Worth recommending 👍

It was a great place to stay - peaceful, the ambiance is cozy and homey. If you want privacy and good quality time to spend time with family and loved ones, this is a good recommendation. Sir Michael is accommodating and gave clear instructions. He is approachable and friendly as well.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place is so relaxing and admire the whole interior of the house. The fact that they have a rooftop to enjoy sceneries of the other houses and surrounding trees makes it a more enjoyable stay. We really wished that we stayed a little longer. We also appreciate the little sticker notes on the appliances and bathroom that guides on how to use them. We plan to go back here again. Ms. Catherine is very responsive and sends a detailed guide for your stay! We love it every bit of our stay and highly highly highly recommend this Airbnb

Margarita / Gay's place was the perfect away from home. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the host was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the location. We would definitely stay here again!

Our barkada's staycation was made extra special by the Woodland Transient House. The place was very welcoming, and we truly appreciated being provided with a guest room when we arrived early in the morning. It made it so much easier to start our itinerary since we didn’t have to carry our baggage around during our adjusted schedule. Also, the view from the mini veranda is the cherry on top. The host was also so sweet to give us a gift—happy holidays, indeed!

The place is great! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get in person. It’s very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage cabinets. Even the utensils are high quality, which shows they really put effort into making sure guests have a comfortable stay. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The furniture is well-maintained, and the layout is spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. One small piece of feedback is that the pillows in the receiving area had a slight smell. But overall, the place is fantastic—well worth the stay! I will definitely be coming back

Me and my friends stayed for 3 days and have found it a very relaxing home to rest in! Whilst a bit on the hill-y side of Baguio, navigating in and out of the vicinity became easy after the first time visiting the area. Food isn't also a concern as there are local marts nearby + the area is also accessible via Grabfood! The space can fit a fairly large group as well. Overall, we had a really fun and pleasant stay. Would visit and book again!

The host was very responsive, even allowed us to check in early since my friends arrived earlier than expected! The place is so cozy that we didn’t opted to leave the place even if we are supposed to visit CJH. We just stayed there and relaxed! Even lend us a high chair for our friend’s baby since I informed the hist that we have a baby with us. Thank you so much!

The location is very peaceful and picturesque. We have our prep wedding here and they are very accommodating. The owner is very responsive with our questions as well. Public transport is not an issue since it's near the main road
