We were there during the holy week, and we expected the general area to be crowded but we were suprised to see that our accommodation allowed us to have a little bit of quiet and privacy. We loved that there are only 3 units. Its a comfortable crowd, we were able to managed to use the kitchen without bumping into other guests. We also loved the yard. Thanks to Ms Jessica and Kuya Dante for being helpful.

We had our babymoon here and it was totally worth it! At 8 mos preggy, the place felt safe and comfortable. The room is spacious and aircon is great! Love the patios on every floor! We were the only ones in the place so it felt exclusive and ate Aibii accommodated us really well. 100/100 can recommend and will definitely go back!

The room I stayed in was truly wonderful and lovely. The location is ideal for anyone looking to get away from the noise and chaos of city life and experience a rural setting connected to nature. I had a great time during my trip and enjoyed the area. Cabangan is better suited for those with a motorcycle or personal vehicle, although it's still accessible for those without one. Overall, I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Additionally, the caretaker, Kuya Jared, and Ate Lea were incredibly helpful and generous. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you!

Awesome place, the beach is 5 mins walk.

My family and I had an excellent stay. Although we used the common guest ammentinities extensively, the host have a great system to keep the place clean and organized. Wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Had a restful stay. Public beach is less than a five minute walk from the place via a dirt road. Lovely view of the sea and the mountains. Locals and the caretaker were kind and welcoming. The house cat, Ailenette, named by a previous guest, is adorable and needs some love. The beach needs some love, too. There's the occasional litter but honestly, since it's a public beach and there's no fee, it should also be on us, ON YOU. The sea was too beautiful for me to be disappointed. What was truly disappointing were the people who would leave their trash on the beach. Tao nga naman. Selfie-selfie lang tapos kung magkalat sa dagat, akala mo sariling bahay lang.

Our team was satisfied with our stay in the place. Everything is clean and complete. The place is near in the beach and I hope O can share a lot pf photos here on this review. 10/10

I stayed in this unit for two weeks. Ilike the place, it's close to everything like restaurants, market place and public transportations. The unit is clean and surroundings is clean as well. Host is very responsive to all of your questions and needs. I would not mind to stay in this unit again when I come back for vacation. I recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a place stay.

Super responsive host,super malinis ang place kahit solo lang ako 2 towels parin binigay may body wash and shampoo na.tahimik ang paligid makakasleep ng maayos.mabait din si kuya guard.kaya lang di masyado kilala ng mga tricycle yung place since kakapalit lang ata name pero good thing is may nakalagay naman na malaking tarpaulin sa labas.overall comfy naman.

Hidden gem at Subic! I had a wonderful stay at Damon’s place. Sir Joseph of 13 Beach Resort was very accommodating and friendly. Photos are for real and that’s in Subic. I love the rustic and unassuming vibes of the resort. Love how I had coffee in the morning literally in front of the beach/sea. I would definitely come back!
