Lovely place to stay excellent location and clean

Our work trip to Masinloc was short but we were definitely relaxed with our room. All amenities and services were working and what I loved about it is each room had the common room and the bedroom separated. Common room include a water dispenser too which was very helpful. Hot shower works as well which was indeed a lifesaver. Despite the lack of WiFi and signal (that comes along with the area), I still rated Casa Elena 5 stars for the cleanliness, completeness, functionality, and accommodation of both Ma’am Belle and a staff of hers who attended to us during our stay. I hope all hosts were as responsive as Ma’am Belle. Also, prepare your budget for tricycle fares in this area. Bani Crossing to Casa Elena trips are priced at ₱30-₱50 while crossing to Masinloc bayan costs around ₱50 minimum. If you are a person who frequently walk (like me), you can try walking for (approximately) 2.6km from Casa Elena to Bani Crossing, it took me around 20-30 minutes.

Had a wonderful 1 month stay at Ate Jho's place. Location was close to everything, the home was spotless and had everything I needed. Ate Jho and her husband were always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

This is really a great place to stay if you want a serene and peaceful location. It has convenience store and cafeteria nearby. If you are lucky, you will get to see family of monkeys roaming by. Great place for triathletes if they want a weekend of training.

The owners of the place are this very sweet and very thoughtful couple. The place itself is very clean and spacious. Only concern would be that the aircon is not that cool but there is a fan also provided so it’s all good. Parking is also safe and feels very secure. Though the place is right in front of the main road, it still feels private and peaceful. Very near the local resorts as well.

The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Onassis and his wife. They went above and beyond, assisting us with water, transportation, and even laundry – offering their washing machine. Another helpful woman, whose name we didn't catch, also assisted us. We easily obtained cooking supplies from their store and a nearby market. The house is stunning, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We were so grateful and felt right at home. As a group of friends on an adventure, this experience has raised the bar for future Airbnb stays. Highly recommended! We will definitely book this house again on our next visit.

Super happy kami ng bf ko we stay there for 4 days and 5 nights hahaha we extend pa kasi we can’t over sa sobrang gandaaa, sobrang bait din owner and super maasikaso nung care taker. all in all we love that place, must be back in another time? hahaaha

26 Long Beach road is relatively quiet but an easy walk to the main bars and restaurants. Apartment was as described and everything worked, it was clean, secure and the area is safe. Very easy access to the beach. Hosts friendly and helpful. Scuba dive centres are close by and enjoyed the experience. I would stay again and recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Florence’s house. Everything was great. The house itself was very very beautiful and felt homey. The caretaker Manong Joseph was very nice, his assistance was a big help for us! Walang reklaml kahit madami kaming request. And Ms. Florence was very nice also, from the start of booking to check out she’s very accommodating! We will definitely go back to her place. Highly recommended.

The room is good. Good for 6 pax only, good thing is that they still accommodate us, even though we are 7 guest in total, but pay additional 500 pesos for the extra 2 guest. They provide towel and the room bed and pillows are convenient (we like it coz it is soft). Air condition is working good. It has open kitchen below the room where you can eat, drink and play with friends. Kitchen has stove, utensil and refrigerator. Overall stay is Good. It was just a bit far from beach, and the host is slow in responding message. Slow flow of water, but still fine. They have one open comfort room and shower room outside. The washbasin is broken and doesn’t have water flow.

Upon entering the house, i was impressed with the interior. I did not expect to find a house like this in iba. The house is compact but styed like an upscale condo in manila. The house has everything we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff mang dado was very accomodating.

Host has some excellent caretakers living nearby who are always available to address concerns or requests. Check-in was smooth and the overall experience was fantastic. The house smells wonderful, the interior is beautifully designed, the pool is clean and the beachfront is stunning. The beds and sheets are clean and comfy. Initially, I was concerned about the lack of a TV, but it turned out to be a great opportunity for us to focus on bonding as a family. While the stay was enjoyable, there are a few areas for improvement (though nothing major): occasional interruptions in electric power, the baths could be more convenient if located inside the rooms, the metal doors are a bit hard to open and lock and blackout curtains would be a helpful addition for privacy, especially since workers are on the other side. We hope we have access to the upper floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to staying longer next time.

I felt very secure, and the place was very quiet and peaceful and walkable with no problems whatsoever, I felt comfortable with my Host Carlo!, I will definitely stay here again!

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

the accomodation is spacious, good for big groups

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have rented in Subic -- the greatest, in fact. Host is very helpful and polite. Kitchen is good. Location is perfect. Best if you wanna stay close to the beach.

Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants by the beach including Texas Joe's. Had a comfortable stay, room is as advertised with clean linens and towels. Pet friendly as well, welcoming to our two small dogs. Appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. Had to pay a small fee for late check out. Would book this place again the next time I visit Subic.
