The people and the environment is what made this place so nice to stay at. Everyone is nice and helpful in assisting or directing you in whatever you could need. Big show out to the gentleman by the name of Daniel. His character and knowledge was a joy to have.

He disfrutado de mi estancia, los departamentos son nuevos y muy bonitos . Carlos y las personas que trabajan con él han sido muy disponibles con migo. Definitivamente aconsejo alojarse en estos departamentos.

Volvería siempre que quisiera hospedarme en Cabarete, el apartamento es hermoso al igual que su entorno.

I had an excellent stay at Leopoldo's place. The apartment was exactly as pictured, with lovely aesthetics and a cozy, welcoming vibe. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore. The added bonus of private gated parking was a huge plus. Leopoldo was a great host; he was always responsive and quick to address any concerns. You could tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience and strives to resolve any issues. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place it’s amazing, you’re secure, it’s private you have many options to grab; the beach it amazing and clean, enjoyable place, well visit again

Overall, we were absolutely happy to stay at Henzy's place! A clean and cozy apartment in a very central location. Communication ahead of our stay was great and he responded instantly to any questions we had.

Nos encantó el lugar, muy cómodo, excelente piscina, hermosas vistas desde el segundo nivel, muy segura y muy buen sector. Las atenciones de Elvis fueron excelentes, estuvo pendiente de nosotros sin importar día ni hora. Nos encantaría volver.

Me encanto el lugar, bastante cerca del mall y es un lugar sumamente tranquilo y seguro. La hospitalidad es tremenda. Son personas super amables!!!!

The place is as described, inside was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The outside area was amazing.There was a brief moment where things started to go left but Donny handled the situation like a true gentleman quickly. I very much enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back...Thanks for the great stay.

Carlos place is clean and the neighbors are friendly. The rooftop has a great view of the city, mountains and ocean. The secretary Maria was always available if needed. Carlos is very responsive. My air conditioner stopped working and Carlos had someone come on the same day to repair it. That's almost unheard of in the Dominican Republic. The area has several restaurants and stores in walking distance. You will not need a car unless you are planning on doing a lot of site seeing around the city. I will be looking forward to staying again in the future.

The unit and complex were exactly as described. There were a few issues NOT related to the unit itself but, rather, to a significant weather impact on the larger complex. Jean was highly responsive and most helpful in doing everything she could to make the stay more enjoyable, INCLUDING providing me with access to a larger, airier unit during a lengthy power failure. A great host!

The instructions was very clear and easy access. Quiet place with great view, Michal responded very fast to and delivered in shortly mannered.

Perfect place for a kite vacation. Beautiful view of the ocean where you can see if other kiters are out there to help judge conditions from the comfort of the living room. Responsive host and weekly cleaning included for our 2 week stay. No car needed, plenty of motoconchos to take you into town for $2USD or can take a cab for $10 USD. 2 delicious restaurants on site. 10/10 will be returning

Incredible location. The seawinds building and common area is very well maintained. Very kids friendly. We booked the avanti beach unit because of the ground floor. Practical with a 22 months old. A high chair and crib were there when we arrived. Kitchen well equiped. Quiet. Main Room facing the ocean we hear the sound of the waves. Big yard for kids to run. Walking distance by the beach towards center and restaurants. The main road doesn't have side walk i suggest the beach. Very safe to walk back from dinner by the beach on the evening.

Nice place, comfortable, clean and great view

Ramon was such a pleasure to deal with. He took the stress out of seeking accommodations, and made us feel comfortable and secure during our stay. This booking was absolutely amazing, and an excellent value for our money. I’ll definitely be looking to book this apartment again when I’m back.
