Absolutely loved our stay! The place was exactly as described; spotless, cozy, and in a great location. Communication with Larry was seamless and he was so welcoming. Every little detail was thought of, from the comfy bedding to the thoughtful amenities. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Jenny's place was just right for our 5 week stay. It was comfy and spacious. The location was close to grocery and other shopping and also a wide variety of dining places. It was also close enough to the Greenway trail (with a bit of street biking) and we biked all the way to the S.C. border. Jenny also sprinkled a few special touches around, such as a case of bottled water and a bottle of wine in the kitchen and a bag of new toiletries on each bed. My husband and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Cindy’s place. It was spacious, beautifully decorated/up to date, and clean. She has really considered everything and provided some of the simple things that are easy to forget when you are traveling (paper towels, TP, toiletries, trash bags and more). We would happily stay in Cindy’s place again the next time we visit Charlotte!

Spacious house with enough room for everyone. It had everything that we needed. The back patio was nice with all the trees. We had a daily visit from a female cardinal that would knock on the back door. It was entertaining! The beds were comfortable and the sofa and chairs were nice to relax and watch TV. There’s plenty of choices for food and shopping nearby. I’d recommend downtown Davidson, it’s very cute. I’d definitely stay again. The only downside is it’s on a busy 2 lane road with some rush hour traffic early AM and afternoon/evening. Otherwise, it’s a pleasant place to relax.

A lovely and peaceful country setting close to groceries, coffee shops and parks. Phyllis and John were friendly and very responsive to our needs. The rental was very clean and comfortable, one of the best we ever stayed at. The variety of birds outside the picture window at the feeder and cattle grazing in the pasture were an extra bonus!

Initially there was a little hiccup, but it was easily resolved. Gabby was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was very comfortable and had a full kitchen and appliances. The bed was very firm which my partner loved but wasn't great for me. I got a mattress topper and that helped. My partner uses a power wheelchair and the apartment had plenty of room for him to get around. The accessible parking was very convenient as well. It was very clean and nicely decorated, we were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed my stay! This place is a great spot to stop for a few days of solo travel

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

The place was perfect! Close to many restaurants & stores & massage envy! All walking distance! The pool was beautiful & place looks better in person ad opposed to the pics!

It was very cozy living area and a nice cozy bed for good night sleep !

It was fantastic! Great spot. Bring soap and coffee pods, those two things would have been amazing had I thought about it. Overall such a great location, cute place. Great for 1-2 people who want to walk around uptown. Directions seem complicated until you follow them and then it makes sense. The only thing I had an issue was the code to get into the garage but someone let me in.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!
