What a gem! Everything is brand new and modern. Plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. This unit has great amenities and amazing views of the ocean and islands. The moon shimmers off the ocean, and the buildings on the hill behind the property look like Encanto all lit up at night, which my daughter loved. The property has 3 great pools. It's close to Loquillo's beautiful beach and the Yunque rainforest. Jesus is a great host who thinks of everything. He's always available and ready to make your stay amazing.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the marina and water. All of the amenities were available. The check in was smooth and easy place is very clean being a very restful and relaxing time.

Beautiful almost 2 weeks of a solo business retreat! The space was exactly as described and yes the views are spectacular. I needed a spot to get away from the cold and hunker down to get work done. The WIFI, weather, and location was fantastic for what I needed. I chose to not rent a car, opting for using an UBER and it was a good choice. I did take a couple side trips to the SanSe festival and a snorkel/dive excursion to Culebra Island. Quick tip if you choose to Uber in and out- I Highly reccomend placing a pick-up grocery order at the closest Pueblo market. There is an easy website to do this and I set the pick-up time to align with my Uber trip from the airport. It worked pefectly for me. There was a tiny charge for the additional stop. It was wonderful to arrive with all the provisions I needed!

Sonjas mand, Fernando var så gæstfri og fantastisk.! Vi havde en ikke en lejebil, men han tilbød at køre os alle steder hen, og sørgede for at vi ikke manglede noget som helst.! This place is beautiful and she has thought of every detail to make this visit amazing!! I have rented many places and her place is exceptional! Beds were so comfortable, everything is updated and well kept, and she has thought of everything. She is very good at communicating and responsive. I love the view of the marina and water from the spacious balcony!!! Would definitely book here again!!

We had an amazing experience staying at this property during our girls' trip to Puerto Rico. The space was spacious, clean, and perfect for our large group. It had all the extra amenities we didn't expect, which really made the stay special. We also felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our time there. Jany's response time was incredibly fast, and she was a great host. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Fajardo, Puerto Rico!

The place was very beautiful and clean. The interior decoration really went well with the surrounding area. Definitely a great place to stay if your traveling the east coast of PR. Highly recommended.

Great find! Franchesca was a superb host - responsive, lots of good info, and very organized. There was an issue with the fridge, and in less than an hour of me messaging heron a Saturday morning, a handyman had come by and fixed it. The place is clean with all the amenities we wanted. The location was great - we were in Fajardo for work, and found it easy to get around. Most importantly, the showers were hot and had good water pressure, and the mattresses were very comfortable!

Glorimar’s place was absolutely perfect. The balcony and view were amazing. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back again when in Farjardo. I highly recommend this place!

The view is incredible! I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats. For a couple of nights, we enjoyed a beautiful full moon. The place is nicely decorated with many thoughtful details and is equipped with everything you need for a stay in Puerto Rico. It’s in a perfect location near restaurants and other attractions. If you're deciding between two different places, choose this one!

Great location and very easy to access local restaurants and the beach! Felt very safe walking around and the studio was clean with very cold AC!

Exactly as pictured, with a host who was not only wonderful and responsive but also incredibly thoughtful—every detail was carefully considered to make guests feel at home. The unit is stocked with everything you could possibly need for both short- and long-term stays, and the amenities are unparalleled compared to any other Airbnb I’ve experienced. The location is ideal, with everything just a 5- to 15-minute drive away, and the views are breathtaking—a true slice of paradise. Without a doubt, this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, and I will absolutely be returning!

Grace was a great host. The apartment was beautiful. Spacious, clean, and with very comfortable bedding and great amenities. I was able to do a load of laundry in the basement and Grace allowed friends to park at our place for a Sail Getaways Tour to Icacos Island. We could walk from the apartment to the meet-up tent down the street. The view is amazing and the 3 bedroom, two bath condo is big and comfortable.

Isreal's place is so beautiful! It's more beautiful than the pictures. The ocean views are amazing from every window! The house is well equipped with everything you need for your wonderful stay in Fajardo. The location is close to El Yunque, Culebra, Vieques, Palimino, Icocas, and beautiful beaches. Israel was so helpful, and responsive to every need we had. The special touches were amazing, thank you Israel! I would highly recommend renting this beautiful apartment. We hope to come back soon!

Had the pleasure of staying at Las Casitas Village. It was a private community with stunning amazing views of the beach, pool and golf course. You can even see the other smaller islands that surround Puerto Rico. The stay was amazing, exactly what we were hoping to get. Plan to be back in the near future!

Our stay was simply fantastic! Emilio’s place was immaculate We had an easy entry and felt right at home when we arrived. He got a Walmart order for us and put everything away; he had so many additional snacks and drinks that we enjoyed. The house was clean and spacious for the four In our group and the views were breathtaking. There’s a workout room, pools, a hot tub basketball and tennis court all on the premises. Our hosts always answered promptly if we had questions. We visited the beach (20 min away) and all the amenities were in the property that we needed it was nothing short of amazing!!

We loved the location, we were close enough to the marina to take a ferry out to the island. We hit the bioluminescent bay at Laguna Grande and also went hiking to some waterfalls in el yunque while we stayed here for a few days. This is about 45 minutes from the airport which wasn’t too far after a long travel day. My kids liked the pool and sport court that is out the back door. We found lots of yummy food. Highly recommend las Vistas cafe- make a reservation for lunch or breakfast- nicest owner, best food!! This location is very bright at night, bring an eye mask haha

We absolutely loved our stay at Orville's place and cannot wait to go back! First, check in was easy with great instructions. When we arrived at Orville's place the first thing that struck me was how SPOTLESS it was. The apartment is recently remodeled and we felt fortunate to stay in such a lovely, clean space. The apartment is very well stocked allowing our family of 4 a very comfortable stay - from dishes to a blender. The welcome note and treats were a lovely added touch. I looked far too long at AirBnB before deciding on Orville's place, but we definitely made the right choice. Although it is difficult to tell in the photos, the 3 pools are basically located with 1 pool on each of 3 levels of buildings. That said, there are easy walking paths between them, taking only a few minutes to get from one pool to the next. We loved exploring all 3! The view of the marina was lovely and, although the porch faces the road, there is minimal road noise.

I loved the location. The view from the balcony is beautiful! The kids loved the pool and the restaurants around. There are beaches and areas where you can hike about 10 minutes away. This place is highly recommended! We will book again when we return to the island.

Ervin took care of every little detail, from having coffee available to offering toiletries. The location is beautiful and Ervin was very responsive and helpful. The only recommendation is that you should stop by a market prior to arriving to the location and it’s a little far out. I give Ervin’s place a 5 star rating. A great time was had.

For my 1st time ever staying at an abnb I was very impressed. It was so comforting,I felt like I was right at home.The place was very clean and we'll equipped with everything we needed.
