We stayed for a week during Spring Break and loved it. The view is amazing and the breeze from the windows felt so good. The place is clean and cozy. The AC in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping!! Rene was super quick at responding to all my messages. Totally worth it!!

Beautiful hidden Gem, the view its breathtaking and the sound of the ocean its everything, Patricia was super attentive and checked up on us. Love the area, it’s super quiet and convenient if you’re looking to go to one of the cays. We took a water taxi to Icacos right down the street with secure parking. Can’t wait to come back !

Gabriel’s place is just breathtaking - having breakfast with the view of the ocean has no price! The apartment is beautifully decorated, beach vibes, you feel relaxed instantly when getting there! He was also very responsive and helpful, can’t recommend enough!

This apartment is a hidden gem. Exactly as described but it still does not do justice on the location of the apartment. Apartment is extremely well appointed and had everything you’d required for your stay. We enjoyed or stay immensely

Jorge went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay! The place was spotless, and we felt completely safe in the area. The balcony and the close proximity to the ocean were wonderful. It was also within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and cafes. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

My best friends and I had an incredible time at Alix’s beautiful condo. This experience truly allowed us to embrace slow living and relaxation! We immediately felt like we were part of a close-knit island community, everyone greeted each other with a smile and a friendly conversation! The views absolutely breathtaking! The sunrises over the ocean each morning were beyond words, and pictures just don’t do it justice. A few tips for future guests: If you plan to explore beyond the island, be mindful of the ferry hours, it only allows six passengers at a time. Harbor Café is a must-visit! The food is SO GOOD! I could eat their fish tacos and empanadas every day! We loved the fun atmosphere, with karaoke nights, a DJ, and great music. We truly enjoyed a few evenings of dinner, drinks, and dancing. If you're looking to explore nearby islands, I highly recommend renting a charter for island hopping—it’s worth it! This was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Carlos' place was absolutely perfect in every way! From check-in to check out, Carlos was attentive and explained everything we needed to know. He made sure we had everything we needed; from purified water, towels, a cooler, Air conditioning, generator, wifi, bluetooth speakers, binoculars to see the beautiful sights of the ocean and rainforrest. The unit itself is very well taken care of and so are all the facilities the building has to offer. On our last day, the electricity went out but we didn't even notice since the generater kicked in; It could not have been a better experience. Carlos made sure we were safe ( two women travelers), which we really appreciated. He was responsive and respectful. We are SUPER grateful for such a wonderful experience and will surely return! Don't hestiate... the views are UNMATCHED!!

Jose’s place was nothing short of amazing! The private island made perfect scenery for my proposal ! The ferry can get a little crowded sometimes so I suggest always leaving out a few more early.

Excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. The one downside is the ability to get on and off the island, which I was aware of in advance. Unfortunately a business dinner I needed to attend popped up during my stay and was scheduled to go later than the last ferry to the island (10pm) so I had to leave a day early and make alternate arrangements. Harold was very understanding and allowed me to adjust my stay accordingly.

Easy check in, you just have to follow instructions, elevators work, stunning view, photos as described,very spacious. Ac worked great, bathroom shower was amazing. Note there is no shade or curtain for the sliding doors (if you are sensitive to light) beach chairs, beach towels were included. Host was very responsive and addressed a small issue we had with bed sheets. There is plenty of lighting that is adjustable as well as 2 ceiling fans and 3 separate A/C units on the wall. 2 TV’s on the wall. There is a binder of instructions with rules, which looks overwhelming but self explanatory. Our stay was for 4 days, quiet building, they have a washer dryer downstairs. There is pool we didn’t get to even look at, because it said it needed reservation on the rule book, security guard said no reservation needed. (So check it out)Plenty of parking never had and issue finding a spot. Felt safe a lot of nice restaurants walkable distance from condo. Would recommend and would stay here again. 5⭐

Stay here! The location in Fajardo was great - close to great beaches, restaurants and attractions. But make sure you have time to soak in the views and coziness of the apartment. The views are spectacular! The way the balcony doors open up it feels like you are basking in the breeeze while relaxing in the space. It was clean, cozy and fabulous. We can’t wait for our next visit to Puerto Rico, we will definitely book David’s place again.

Location is good. Ocean view and balcony is amazing. Room is cozy, clean, neat, dry(not humid), and comfort. Everything that you may need is in the house. (Even there are snorkel gear, beach seat, beach umbrella, beach towels, and coolers. )

Everything about the location was wonderful! Upon arrival, the staff was very clear with the entry instructions. Other staff on the premises were also helpful and kind. I would return again, especially because the location is right next to the water. Wake up early and watch the sunrise on the balcony, and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean right outside your door.

We stayed at Marco’s place for a week. The home was perfect for our family (2 adults 3 kids). Had everything we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful, very private. We absolutely loved the view and the hammock was perfect for the early morning sunrises or the late night star gazing. The home comes with all the extras you may need for a nice beach day (cooler, chairs, and beach gear). Personally, we enjoyed the sounds of nature. In the mornings you hear the roosters and at night the coqui lulls you to sleep. This was exactly what we were looking for in our stay and will consider staying here again.

Priscilla’s apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There wasn’t a security guard nearby when we arrived and it was not included in the instructions that we needed a key from them to use the elevator, so we carried our luggage up the seven flights of stairs. We messaged Priscilla asking how to use the elevator and that’s when we learned we needed a key from the guard. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful and said she will add these in for future guests. The view of the ocean is nice and relaxing and we enjoyed having coffee and our dinner on the patio. If you like sleeping in on your vacation, bring a sound machine, earplugs, or something else that will help you block out noise. We were woken up daily by motorcycles, dogs barking, people talking, and beeping of trucks before the sun came up. We had a nice stay, we would just encourage you to bring something that would help you get some sleep.

As a fellow Airbnb co-host, owner, and someone who does hotel and Airbnb video reviews. I always give very honest reviews to help travelers who are new to a country/area. This listing is much more than I expected. The photos do not do the place justice. - There’s a flow of ocean breeze throughout the whole apartment 24/7 if you keep the windows open- no bugs or crazy neighbors - Sunrise/sunset on the “beach” is very peaceful and rewarding - I am soo glad that I stayed in Fajadro over San Juan. It’s within 10-25 minutes to EVERYTHING. Top rated food spots, the rainforest, beautiful mountains, and amazing variety of beaches ( public and hidden) with different sand types (very cool). I spent a day exploring San Juan & that was enough - Water gets hot - The apartment is literally equipped with EVERYTHING you need, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen/bathroom essentials. - GREAT FOR SOLO TRAVEL AS WELL, I felt at home - The hosts were kind and responsive too.

Just wow!! I cannot recommend this place enough! The unit looked even better than the photos and had absolutely everything we needed for our month stay. But the star of the show was Isleta Marina itself!! What an absolutely gorgeous island. Felt very private and peaceful, but provided plenty of opportunities for fun and adventure whether it be paddling over to the uninhabited island next door (most gorgeous views I’ve ever seen) or going down to the Bar/Cafe for a rowdy night with our neighbors!! As beautiful as everything was, it wouldn’t have been as great of a stay without the people we met on the island. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, and a few in particular sort of took us “under their wing” if you will. It felt like one big family on the island for sure. 1000% recommend if you’re looking for a great stay in PR somewhere outside of San Juan!!

Was a great quiet place was able to get a goodnight sleep. Place was close to great food!

We loved being so close to the fishing pier and ports. Place was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely studio apartment on the 4th floor, in the building Marina Lanai, located in Las Croabas, outside of SanJuan. By car, the drive is ~45 minutes from the airport. Parking is available on the 1st floor, with a 24/7 security guard. An elevator is available as well as optional stairs. Washer/dryer can be found on the 1st floor. The view from the lanai is a picturesque ocean with waving palm trees. Quiet, very clean with furnishings that are well appointed. Beach towels, chairs, and a small cooler are there, for use on a sunny day at the beach. A binder prepared by the owner provides helpful instructions and local recommendations. Walkable restaurants down the street are a food lover’s delight. For those who plan on cooking, there is a grocery store named Pueblo 15 minutes away, as well as a Walmart. The kitchen is small but functional; the unit does not have an electric dishwasher or oven. Bed and linens are comfortable, clean, and crisp. In summary, a fantastic place to stay!
