10/10 would book again. The location is perfect and so convenient to El Yunque, the ferry, and obviously the beach. Check in was easy because the complex has security 24/7 so we had all the help we needed in person. The views were incredible, the layout of the unit lets so much breeze come through so it was very comfortable. It’s a very spacious unit so we didn’t feel like we were tripping over all our stuff. They have a closet with beach/pool items, a small cooler, and chairs to make enjoying the 2 minute walk to the shore easy as possible. We never once felt unsafe in the area, even walking around the neighborhood at night. There’s a handful of restaurants about a mile in either direction (they also have a book of things to do/places to eat). Everyone we met this entire trip was so incredibly nice and helpful. I cannot wait to come back to Puerto Rico.

This place was awesome! If you looking for an outside experience this is it! Host was great and responsive. Outside shower and hot tub was amazing! Would definitely come back here. Issac is the man!

My family and I had an unforgettable stay at Elise's condo. From the moment we opened the door, we were welcomed by breathtaking ocean views from the balcony and thoughtful touches that made our vacation special. If you're looking for a place where the host is unresponsive or unfriendly, this is not it. Elise went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, especially for our daughter's birthday, complete with a cake and kites for the kids. We will definitely return and cherish the happy, peaceful memories until then.

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

We had a great stay at the villas! There was more than enough room for a family of 5 adults. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials like pots and pans and knives, and even a blender, and we were able to use it to cook a number of great meals. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the multi-unit setup was great to provide individual space to different groups. The soundproofing between the apartments was excellent. The outdoor area significantly exceeded our expectations, and was a great environment to relax and hang out in. The pool was clean and a good size and depth, with a good collection of floaties and toys. The view was breathtaking and there were tons of options for seating to enjoy it and interact with your group. The location felt secure, the neighbors were kind, and the host was impressively responsive. Overall would definitely recommend this AirBnB to anyone going to Puerto Rico with a group.

The house is beautiful! Pool and outside area is great for a hang out day with the family. The house smelled so clean and was beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. The sweetest grey kitty spends the evenings hanging out. My kids were in love with her. The only issue we had was the little walkway between the pool and bathroom. VERYYY SLIPPERY! We had a few falls so just be careful. Besides that. It truly felt like home. Would stay again !

First of location was great and close to main road , market, etc. Secondly, the place was just as described and pictured. Clean linens and plenty of room to store luggage. Overall stay was very pleasant and neighborhood was very quiet and friendly :) I do wish they had a couple more skillets and un expired condiments and coffee. Not that it was a big deal or a deal breaker but it would of been nice to have that available. Anyway I would highly recommend staying here. There’s also a little stand that sells Piringuas down the street which has homemade flavors and you might enjoy!

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

The Pool Beach House was great! Exactly as advertised. And we were provided an excellent list of restaurants, beaches, and activities to do while we were there. Zuleyka was very quick to answer any questions we had and also was gracious enough to let us check out a little later. Would definitely recommend!

This house has such an amazing deck looking over the ocean from high up on the hill, you would never want to leave the house. The house is roomy and bright. the host provide many extras like plenty of towels and a few food items in the pantry, like coffee (food to me). If you haven't been to PR, Luquillo is a fantastic location out of San Juan but close enough for day trips or trips to the Yunque forest or the Lechon highway. There are some great beaches and some empty secret beaches you can find on google maps. There are so many restaurants as well so the location couldn't be better. The house has 4 rooms, we only used two. My daughter used AC in her room, I was ok with just the breeze through the house.

Everything was perfect my whole family was pleased perfect location to get away. Great neighborhood very quiet peaceful. This place is definitely our first pick when we come back and vacation again. Thank you Leilany for allowing us to stay in your home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great private outdoor space to hang out on as well as some restaurants and bars within reasonable walking distance. We loved the coffee cart right outside every morning! Michelle and Eric were very nice and helpful hosts. They even moved our Salty Dog cruise up a day so we could enjoy better weather. We came in at night and were a little nervous at first, the exterior of the community did not present so well upon our arrival. But everyone we met that lived there were really friendly. The community was quiet. The home was very nice, spacious and clean. We had a rental car, so we liked the central location to many local attractions. We were 3 couples in our 40s and this AirBNB was perfect for us!

Gabriel was very nice and provided things to do before arriving. He was very detailed and instructions were clear. Place was clean and had a really nice view of the beach. The only thing i would recommend is getting a rental. It was hard to get ubers even to go 5 minutes up the block.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

I’m torn about leaving this review bc that means everyone will know about this gem! If you are looking for a low key relaxing place to enjoy the island life w/your family or friends.. this is it! This was literally a home away from home bc Nancy has it stocked with everything you need! Beach essentials ✔️ Cookware✔️ Towels/Linens ✔️ gorgeous terrace?! ✔️✔️ The Airbnb also has a nice pool and feels very safe. We will be back as soon as we can! 😊

Sumy was very responsive & proactive in ensuring our stay would be not stressful and very pleasant. the instructions provided were very easy we had no problems checking in. The pictures shown does not do the place justice. very clean with a good amount of amenities provided. we felt right at home for our family of 4. Peaceful location, we had no issues with noisy neighbors or issues in general. Security personnel were present and friendly. Location is very close to the Ferry if you want to go take it to Vieques or Culebras. Not far from Fajardo and Luquillo. We were able to get to Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Beach, Playa Azul, & El Yunque forest. Our trip to PR was very enjoyable, staying at Sumy's place made it even better.

We absolutely loved the location and view!!!! We felt very safe and secure in the building and we experienced freindly security staff in the building.
