What an amazing little spot on paradise island. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow ! What a fantastic place to stay on Paradise Island. WIthin walking distance of everything and a nice comfortable. peaceful and safe area to stay. The pool was within metres of Judith's condo and a short jaunt to the beach made it ideal for us. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and the quietness of this gated community was fantastic for our grandchild for afternoon sleeps. Even the little ammenties like kitchen essentials, black out curtains. the house manual outlining places to go, BBQ etc. were fantastic. We especially liked the screened in porch which was ideal for eating, playing cards or just hanging out. The condo itself was spotless and much more room them we envisioned from the photos. What a fantastic Airbnb one of the nicest we have been to - we hope to be able to come back some day. A special thank you to Kyrene who from the moment we booked until the day we checked out communicated clearly and ensured we were doing okay. She truly cared.!! Thank You !!!

We stayed here for my girlfriends 40th birthday. We absolutely loved the space and ocean views. We spent most of our time hanging by the pool and down by the private beach. Madison was incredibly communicative and dropped things off throughout our stay that we needed. We loved walking for coffee in the morning to Bon Vivants! We would definitely book again! The only thing to be cautious of is getting out onto the main road in your rental car, it can be scary during busy times (use the mirrors across the road and you will be fine!) Thanks for the amazing stay!

I had an incredible stay at Keishas luxurious bnb She was so welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful island vibe. The location was great close to the beach and local attractions. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the little personal touches that made the stay feel special. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

The view was amazing! Chandra was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again.

TL/DR:Awesome place. Not convenient to anything but that is exactly the point. Highly recommend Chef Everton Smith - book well in advance Pro: chill, quiet, clean, safe, relaxing, private, no nightclubs/late night bars, no yelling or screaming, beach front, good kitchen, purified water tap, good water pressure, ample hot water, good internet speed, satellite tv, host arranged transportation to and from airport Cons: all bedrooms on upper floors, no black out curtains in any bedroom, bed rooms are stuffy with A/C so must open doors to hallways, bathrooms stay damp, no bug screens - can’t keep outside doors open w/o having flies, narrow stairs with only partial rails, nearby restaurant just above average, everything in the Bahamas is pricy, limited activities, expensive clubhouse/pool pass must be purchased for a 3 day minimum and for all occupants (even those that can not utilize the pool), 45-60 min from the airport and 30 min to town by taxi.

This was the perfect and convenient set up for our 3 couples spending the night before getting on our Moorings boat. The flat is well appointed with a master with a king and en-suite and 2 smaller queen bedrooms with separate adjacent facilities. The flat is literally 100 steps away from the Moorings base and only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and bar & restaurant (Pink Octopus). The gated community felt very safe and well managed. The host is super responsive and very helpful. Thanks for having us!

We just had the most wonderful stay at Vernette's place. My family and I wanted somewhere to unwind and relax for a couple of weeks. We wanted a very peaceful experience that was still within reach of beaches and restaurants. Vernette's place provided all that and more. It's definitely more beautiful than the pictures. The house is designed in the most vibrant, joyful blue, with all the outside finishings in a darker, complimentary blue. There's a lot of love and care gone into its conception. The pool was heaven for my kids, and the large, enclosed yard provided them with hours of roaming, lizard-hunting freedom. They just loved it. The kitchen, grill, etc is also really well equipped if you like to cook. We rented a little car so we could just move around the island at our own pace, and nothing was more than thirty/forty minutes away. Even the far side of Nassau, Jaws Beach, etc, was accessible. And I really liked the neighborhood! The people are so friendly and kind. We'll be back

Brought our family of 4 here for spring break adventure and wow! This house had everything and more. Gorgeous views from every window, comfy beds, awesome sound system, fully stocked kitchen and they even provided some snacks and beverages in the fridge. Great location to explore the area and keep you outta the cruise dock chaos. Def recommend renting a car to explore the area and I highly recommend you go to Jaws beach You won’t be disappointed, it is stunning and way less crowded than Cable beach. They have a lot of water toys and a washer/dryer too. We will miss drinking our morning coffee outside with the views.

We absolutely loved Lou’s place. Felt like home, was beautiful and comfortable. Definitely would come back and recommend. 11/10.

Had a blast at Kathy place! The home was better than described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed+. The location was perfect, close to food, beach, casino and anything you may need or want to do. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kathy was an excellent host—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They provided a ton of local recommendations and even went the extra mile. Tons of activities right there. The days we opted to stay in we had lots of things to do. From board games to pool. There were darts, video games, karaoke and MORE. There’s an outline of things to know in every room. Fridge had lots of beverages to get us started. Toothbrush and toothpaste. Early check-in, or flexible check-out. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting The Bahamas. We had a family trip for spring break in March. The accommodations were comfortable, and clean. There were multiple beach towels available in each shower had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The condo sits in a beautiful spot on the most gorgeous beach. A couple steps right down to the most gorgeous blue water. Loretta also provided 2 standup paddle boards and some flotation devices for the most ultimate relaxing experience. The swimming pool was also great at the facility. I highly recommend this condo and also Barbara, the property manager was exceptional. The area felt very safe in a gated residential community. There are multiple restaurants and even a grocery store you could walk to. I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay!! Thank you!!

This is my 3rd time staying at a place hosted by Dominic. This last visit was a newly renovated beautiful house. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable per Dominic's usual standard. The location is walking distance from Baha-Mar and has good jogging paths at the side of the road. Dominic is extremely responsive, helpful and looked after our needs whille in Bahamas. I will definitely be back and would stay at this place again.

We spent Christmas in the Bahamas at Juanita’s place. Great location close to the airport and short drive to downtown and Paradise island Lots of restaurants and grocery store around The beach was a short walk away Bahamar resort was also a walk away The home and amenities were very comfortable We overall enjoyed our stay here Juanita was also very helpful with getting us numbers for cabs since the rental company did not have our reserved car

George was an exceptional host! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel like a valued guest. His warm hospitality and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.

Fantastic place to stay! Had not a single complaint. The house was better than advertised. Extremely clean. Those that were responsible for responding with management issues were amazing plus, it’s in the Bahamas, so it’s tough to beat the location! I have rented from this group previously, and would expect to do so in the future.

Since we were landing on Xmas Day, couldn’t get a rental car until the next day, and weren’t sure whether any restaurants would be open nearby, Faynell graciously volunteered to hit the supermarket on our behalf before we arrived. What more do you need to know about her hospitality? House is nice, neighborhood quiet but about a 5-15 minute drive from most of what you’d want to do. You will want a rental car!

Everything about this stay was picture perfect. The area had plenty of surrounding businesses, and felt plenty safe. Everything you’d ever want to do/see is within a 15-20 minute drive and even this American had no issue driving on the left. The hosts are great and the house comes complete with everything you’ll need for a fun stay. Will come back for sure!

Safe location within a reasonable walking distance to Atlantis and the beach. Was precisely what we needed.

Super fun to stay here we had a great time swimming around the local reefs and a great experience fishing off the dock and it was overall a great experience the beds where very good with adjusting features it’s was very good :)
