Cable Beach : locations de vacances avec terrasse

I really enjoyed unwinding in the garden after busy days exploring Nassau. The wifi was strong. I found walking along Bay Street to get to and from the apartment more enjoyable than Shirley St. Would stay here again.

Très beau logement, neuf et moderne dans un nouveau complexe immobilier. Situé à proximité de la plage et d’une route où passent les Jitney (autobus locaux) qui vous amènent à Nassau, à la plage de votre choix etc. Il n’y a pas de supermarché près du logement. Il faut marcher 35 minutes à travers des quartiers pas recommandables la nuit. On y est allé à pieds le premier jour pour faire des provisions, mais pour le retour il faut prendre un taxi. Les taxis sont chers mais on peut négocier le prix. Finalement on s’est débrouillé sans voiture. Le soir dans ce quartier il n’y a pas grand chose à faire après 18h, il n’y a pas de restaurant et il est préférable de ne pas se promener dans les petites rues moins fréquentées. De jour, il n’y a pas de problème. Les gens sont très gentils. Mis à part cela, nous avons aimé le logement de Teresa.

More than an airbnb rental, this was a highly personalized concierge service for a last minute trip. We were so fortunate to have found Sandi and Terrelle to make our trip a success. They even provided airport pickup and drop off as well as location recommendations and ticket purchases. Best client services ever!!!

Everything was great at Troit place second time staying there

My family and I loved staying at Spacious Haven. It was clean and had all the amenities listed. We would stay here again if we ever returned to our favorite vacation spot. The simple things that made you feel at home were there.

Fantastic Location for anyone visiting Nassau esp. for Junkanoo. Incredible walkable to Embassy, Taxis, Food, Straw Market, Museums anything you can think of. Yet the apartment was tucked away on a quiet street. Peter was friendly, responsive, and had a comprehensive guide. When I had a personal matter that needed his attention, he was flexible and easy to work with. Further plus that's rare in Airbnbs NO INSANE CHECK OUT RULES. Truly a stress free stay; would book again.

We both have to say that the pictures really don’t do the place justice! The place is well pointed and you definitely should get the car package !!! It’s a great neighborhood and very safe island to be on. I would say our only suggestion would be to have more details of what to do local restaurants, etc.. if you want some tips always use the Supervalu market, go to Jaws Beach, Butters outdoor restaurant. It’s the best, and bring a map if you don’t wanna pay for Wi-Fi on the road also the studio for brunch was awesome.

We had a fantastic stay! The outdoor space and pool were absolutely perfect—our kids had a blast. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The two smaller bedrooms have twin beds (not full), which wasn’t an issue for us, but larger groups might find them a bit tight. Elena and the property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While walkable, the area can be a bit busy for walking with kids, but we made it work. A special shoutout to Lemont, the driver they recommended—he was amazing and helped us all week, including airport transfers. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host, amazing place!

We had an amazing stay at the villa ! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday . Kyrene was absolutely lovely, so welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her hospitality made our experience even more special. We also really appreciated being able to store our luggage until 3 PM, which made our departure much more convenient. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in the Bahamas!

Ramesh a été d’une aide fantastique quand nous avons appris que le van que nous avions réservé à l’aéroport n’était pas disponible, probablement à cause surbooking. Nous en avons informé Ramesh qui a mis tout en œuvre pour nous trouver des voitures disponibles dès le lendemain. Il a sauvé nos déplacements et nous avons pu apprécier cette belle île. Ramesh a toujours été d ‘une écoute et aide prodigieuse. Il est toujours très disponible et répond très vite. Nous remercions aussi son cousin Omar qui a bien aidé . La maison de Ramesh est très bien située dans un endroit calme , avec un Quality market a 10 min à pied. Et l’accès à Cable beach est tres facile, 15 min à pied. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement de cet hôte extraordinaire.

Although my time at the property was brief, I was just as impressed with the Cargill’s as I was with the home itself. I can see why they are super hosts! Their communication was timely, clear, and thoughtful throughout. As for the property—wow! The photos truly don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and I’d book it again in a heartbeat. 10/10 experience!

This was definitely a home away from home, especially if you love to cook and save money while vacationing this house had everything you needed . It was quiet and secluded. I really enjoyed the touches like the candles. Having a two patios in the back area of patio in the front the main beach cabin beach was just a few blocks away. PI was real nice. I’ll definitely will stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! Elvira, the owner, was incredibly kind, greeting us on arrival and checking in on us throughout our stay. The condo is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and beautifully decorated with Bahamian art. The spacious main bedroom features a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share another bathroom. The pool is just steps away, and there are plenty of bath and beach towels provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were super convenient. A grocery store is just 3 minutes away by car. We also loved The Pink Octopus restaurant with its delicious food and stunning beach view. While the condo is a bit away from Nassau's main attractions, we preferred the peaceful location. Just note that the drive may take longer than the GPS suggests due to traffic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay with a fantastic host!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay. Samantha was very helpful and proactive. We had an issue with the hot water one night, and within a half hour somebody had already come over and was fixing the issue. very responsive and ready to help when needed. The house instructions were very easy, and we made use of the communal pool almost every day. Cabbage Beach nearby was one of the nicest beaches we visited, and the directions given by Samantha were accurate and easy to follow. Carnivale is a pricy restaurant nearby but definitely worth the splurge. Paradise Island was the place to stay for sure!

If I were to tell you that I looked at EVERY AirBnB on New Providence… you may think I was exaggerating… I would not be… We took so much time and consideration choosing what would be the best match for our needs, and this was perfection. The condo was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Heather and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodation and stay on the island went smoothly. We loved the location. Downtown is a short drive that typically took about 15 minutes, a short walk to the public access of Cable Beach, and you can be to Jaws Beach in about 20 minutes. The unit is right next to the pool, making peaceful mornings and evenings. We also took advantage of the outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off at the end of a beach day to ensure we brought in as little sand as possible. The one draw back, if you are a sucker for a sunrise/sunset, then Cable Beach area in general may not be for you. Being in the middle of the north facing island, it was hard to catch either.

Highly recommend this place! The beach is super close by, downtown is at walkable distance, taxi stand is 5 mins away and good restaurants near by. Carina is super responsive and replies very quickly. she's helpful and helped us throughout our stay.
