The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, it is in an elevated position looking over the road to the sea. The road is busy at times but isn't noisy. Parking is easy, there is even some shade for the car. Great location, four minutes to the plateau, 10 to the airport. There's air con in each room, but we didn't need it in March, the ventilation is excellent, and fly screens on all the opening windows keep bugs out. Obtaining the keys was easy, and the host responded to communication quickly.

Die Kommunikation mit Rachael verlief reibungslos. sie kam uns auch bei Anliegen sehr entgegen und kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen sehr schnell. Das Appartment ist gleich am Strand und Kaffee, mit einrm mini Shop war such gleich um die Ecke. Fpr 1 Woche waren 2 Rolken WC Papier etwas zu knapp,aber ich weiss nicht, wenn wir gefragt jätten, ob wir noch 2 Rollen bekommen hätten. ansonsten sehr gemütlich, wir würden wieder hier herkommen. danke

Zuela was an amazing host, nothing was to much trouble for her. The apartment had all needs catered for, nice bedding & towels. The only down side for me was the balcony was on the roadside so it was too dusty to sit out for long & my washing was covered with the dust. However I would stay there again 😁

communication facile avec nos hôtes ; réactifs si besoin ; logement très spacieux et bien équipé ; bien situé pour la plage , les ferries et le centre ville. séjour parfait chez Jasper et Nelly.

Zaza war sehr lieb. Und hat mir sehr weitergeholfen. Sowohl beim finden der Unterkunft als auch einen Mietwagen klargemacht. Sie und ihre Familie sind sehr lieb. Viele Grüße

Qui ce fut un logement exceptionnel. La communication avec l’hôte et d’ailleurs elle a été très arrangeante. On avait oublié des affaires, elle s’est arrangée pour trouver des Français pour les ramener c’est exceptionnel! Le seul petit souci qu’on a eu ce sont les toilettes qui débordait alors qu’on avait pas mis de papier, mais cela n’était pas de sont ressort… Vous voulez verre réserver ce logement, les yeux fermés et le gros avantage c’est que on est loin de la masse touristique. Nous avons été accueillies à l’aéroport par Manuel , il nous a accompagnées au logement tout en nous montrant les lieux intéressants et ceux qui pourraient nous être utiles . Première rencontre très chaleureuse. Manuel est quelqu’un d’ extrêmement attentionné. Il a insisté sur sa disponibilité à tous moments, tout en étant très respectueux de notre intimité Il a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible , mission réussie ! Il nous a proposé une visite de l’île et nous l’a faite découvrir avec passion et dans un bon français . Il nous a conseillé des visites et donné de bonnes adresses. Le logement est très spacieux, impeccablement propre ,bien équipé et confortable. Bien situé ,à proximité du centre et de la belle plage de Laginha ( tout est accessible à pieds). Pour notre arrivée , il avait prévu eau, café et des bananes de bienvenue . Nous avons apprécié cette attention Merci pour tout Manuel. Je recommande sans hésitation

A fabulous apartment, small complex with pool and direct beach access - just as described. Peter was a great host - met us on arrival and gave lots of helpful local tips. The apartment was spotless, very comfy bed, and had everything we needed for our stay. Really recommend it and Santa Maria is beautiful! Thank you 🤩

We have had the most fantastic stay at Luis’ apartment. 😻. For us it was the perfect location in ALL of Santa Maria. Located right on a sandy beach literally a few steps away with stunning views, there’s a little sea harbour and pool for swimming just 10 yards around the corner. However the apartment remains private and quiet. Perfect for relaxing. It is a very short stroll to restaurants and shops, and there is a taxi rank out front of the complex making it super easy to get to and from the airport and also as a pickup and drop off point for excursions. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed including nice beach towels and books. The upstairs veranda is where I spent most mornings having a coffee and watching the sea. There is also pretty bougainvillea (?) growing around the entrance to the apartment. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else.

Beautiful two-beds, two-bathrooms apartment, spotlessly clean, within a resort. Access to the pools, restaurants and the beach. The price is for the accommodation, possible to upgrade to all-inclusive within the resort area for 71 EUR/person. A bit remote from Santa Maria, within a resort, all matching the description. Recommendations.

Adorei a estadia, vai de encontro a descrição. Anfitrião muito prestável e atencioso. A casa encontra-se muito bem equipada, e dispõem de pequenos bens essênciais para cozinhar, recomendo !

Angela a été très accueillante, elle s'est rendue disponible rapidement. c'est une personne très gentille et agréable. Mickael également était très sympa nous avons échangé par téléphone. l'appartement est fabuleux il est très spacieux très propre il est super bien situé. je recommande fortement.

The apartment is very well located, near Cabral beach and the center of Sal Rei. It corresponds to the description and was perfect for our stay. A lot of good restaurants nearby and you can easily walk to the beaches. The apartment was clean and functional. We really appreciated all Bettina's recommendations - walks, local guide, restaurants, taxi etc. She answered very quickly to all messages.

The host was professioneel, aardig en reageerde snel op verzoeken. Vanaf het geweldige terras heb je geweldig uitzicht over de Atlantische Oceaan. Het prachtige strand van Laginha is op loopafstand.

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Apartamento bem localizado próximo a bares, restaurantes, supermercados... Ambiente extremamente organizado e limpo. Comportou 6 pessoas muito bem, cozinha bem equipada, banheiros espaçosos com banheiras, camas confortáveis... Recomendo!

super appartement, tout le nécessaire a la vie quotidienne y est , vous avez un Supermarché dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel qui permet de prendre les premières nécessités, pensez a payer en cap verdien, les locaux arrondissent et la plupart du temps vous perdez 10% 😉.

Our stay had some great aspects, but also a few challenges. The hosts were kind enough to let us into the house before check-in time, which we appreciated. However, the house wasn’t cleaned upon arrival, and while we were told it would be done before 3 PM, it wasn’t. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, and the WiFi signal didn’t quite reach the bedroom. Also, the bed had no fitted sheet, and the top sheet kept slipping off, which made sleeping less comfortable. That said, the house itself was nice, and with a few improvements in cleanliness and amenities, it would be a great place to stay. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality!
