We attended a wedding in Farm Hills and found the Nordic Penthouse in Airbnb which is only a 10-minute drive to the venue. The place is very nice and neat! Plus points for me na the unit is located in the rooftop. 😁 Super thank you also to Sir Leo who is very responsive. The instructions upon check-in is very clear and my partner and I had no issues. Will definitely come back!

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Verdin at Maple Grove is one of the few gems we've booked in Airbnb. Sadly, I didnt really get to enjoy the amenities as much since we have a party to attend at a nearby location. I will definitely be back with my children so we can dip in the pool and run on the track. The unit itself feels like home and even have toiletries for us to use. On the night we arrived we had a chance to experience the cavite expo and our thai dinner is superb. Great place! Thank you Maricris!

Very nice home in a quiet gated community. We felt right at home. I loved that main bedroom had high ceilings and lots of windows that provided plenty of natural lighting. I also loved that the livingroom/kitchen had a lot of open space. The location is very close to Tagaytay and Nuvali. So, there's plenty of things to do and see. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. Most importantly, Prim Rose was an exceptional host. Very proactive and informative. Thank you so much!

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Sir Jovanni is very easy to communicate and very considerate as well as the caretaker Ms Regina who’s able to accommodate our check-in thought its already late. Plus the house is very homey vibe, very comfortable and spacious.

The place is so relaxing, and being a corner unit, it offers a stunning 190-degree view of Tagaytay, including the breathtaking Taal Lake. Waking up to that view was truly mesmerizing. The bed was incredibly comfortable—so enticing that I just wanted to lay there and sleep all day! I celebrated my birthday here with my husband, and the peaceful ambiance made it extra special. I slept for two days straight, completely recharged, and left feeling so refreshed. This place is a gem, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility and a rejuvenating stay! 💙🏡🌄

Host is quick to respond to inquiries and requests, provided clear and complete instructions, easy to communicate with. I love this place. Good aesthetics and comfy. Clean and organized. Basic kitchen tools are available for cooking. It's also nice that garden is just outside the door.

We had a great stay in this place. It feels like home and felt relax to stay here. Very accessible to the city proper. The host was very responsive and helpful all of the time. We will surely be back again here. ☺️😊
