The place was great for our trip and group. Connor and Alex were responsive, friendly hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has a great setup and the hot tub was an excellent way to unwind at night.

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful time in nature to reconnect. The house was well stocked with what was needed and more. We had our choice of coffee makers, drip or French press, and there were even some non-perishable food items. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax. The hike to the creek was a little bit too steep for us, but we enjoyed walking around the back yard. One day there was a beautiful owl in the trees. There were also card games and puzzles for relaxing entertainment. Ashley was very kind and responsive when we contacted.

We had a great time at the cabin! Cozying up around the fire place and relaxing in the hot tub were highlights of the trip. There were plenty of towels for us to use for the hot tub which was super helpful. We also definitely utilized the grill which was great. 10/10!

The home was lovely and perfect for a spring break getaway! There is so much to do at the home. The kids loved all the outdoor sports equipment and the arcade game in the basement. We also had fun exploring the Berkeley Springs area. We would definitely recommend this home!

A group of us booked this Airbnb for a cozy weekend getaway and we got exactly that! We had such a wonderful time staying in, cooking, playing games, watching movies, and enjoying the most beautiful scenery even in the rain. Our host was wonderful and we loved our time! Thank you so much!

This is our third time staying here. We love the peace and quiet, easy access in the mountains that doesn't require a 4x4 vehicle. We stock up on groceries from home or the local Food Lion in downtown Berkeley Springs, then make all of our meals. Our kids enjoy the sleeping loft upstairs and the main floor bedroom is quite comfortable, we all slept quite well on each respective bed. The view outside is great, the screened in porch is so nice to have, ensuring a bug-free, relaxing time out in the cool mountain air. The wood burning fireplace helps with the cozy factor when inside, and even though we go there to get away from all the fast movement in the city, it is also nice to have satellite TV just in case you are feeling up to watching a movie by the fire. We will definitely be going back again in the future.

Mary's Cabin looked great in the pictures but was even more amazing in person! The bed and furniture were comfortable, the shower and bath were spacious, and the rugs and towels were plush. Everything was spotless and it was a perfect get-a-way spot for our wedding anniversary! It was perfect for 2 adults. It was so quiet and private which was amazing! Mary made delicious homemade muffins for us which were perfect for breakfast and so thoughtful! Even though we were in the woods we were still driving distance from Capon Bridge and Old Town Winchester which was great for food options for lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed Museum of the Shenandoah Valley which was also driving distance from the cabin (We spent a whole afternoon there exploring the museum, gardens, etc and could have stayed longer had it not been raining!) It rained most of our visit but we still enjoyed our stay because the cabin was so cozy! I highly recommend this cabin and hope we can come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and towels, soap, etc nicely laid out. We used the kayak on the river, and there was even life jackets available. Was close to city and restaurants. Would stay here again.

My friends and I have done a number of cabin trips over the years, and this was easily the best appointed cabin I have stayed in. There is clearly so much thought put into every detail of the design, making it perfectly charming and cozy! It is also extremely well maintained and cleaned, which can always be a bit of a gamble booking cabins online, so I was grateful for that. Well situated for getting to Harper's Ferry, but its so beautiful you'll want to spend all of your time at the cabin!

Had a great stay here! Cabin was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Nice location, very private. Lots of helpful communication from the host prior to our stay, so it was easy to find the cabin and check in. They have an emergency number in case of any issues outside business hours. It was just two of us this time but we would stay here again with friends or family!

We had a lovely time visiting Ray’s cabin! Although the cabin is in sight of the house, the stay felt very private and offered a great view of the sunset. The property is a pretty quick drive to Paw Paw tunnel, and theres lots of lovely birdsongs to be heard in the mornings. We really appreciated the brownies Ray left for us on arrival, too. This was a great weekend trip and would definitely recommend!

My mom and I came to Berkeley springs to get away for the weekend and this cabin was just what we needed. We very much enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoors! My dogs also enjoyed the space to get away and explore all of the smells! Even when our car broke down Micheal had extended an offer to help us get back on the road and extended our check out time. We are grateful for you! The cabin was clean and spacious, yet very homey with all of the appliances and helpful cookware you could think of if you wanted to host a dinner! Thank you for such a beautiful stay!

What a beautiful and serene spot to stay! We had such a relaxing weekend at the Red Cabin, and would definitely return one day. The view of the mountains from the deck is amazing all times of day, but especially at sunrise. Rhonda was a great host as well, and we appreciate her responsiveness! ☀️

Dylan is a GREAT host and super fast with responses! Such a peaceful, private location. But only 20 mins from the local reataurants, antique shops and more! Big enough for few friends but perfect for a couple as well. The cell service is spotty so make sure you save the wifi information before arriving.

The team was helpful and responsive. There was an issue with the charcoal grill grates but we were pleased that after communicating it to them they had the issue fixed in an hour by bringing new grill grates for us to use. We loved using their fire table on the back porch. Super easy to turn on and has a nice view of a stream in the backyard. One thing that we weren’t pleased with was the couch in the living room. We tried watching a movie there and found it to be uncomfortable and small. But that is just one small nitpick. Overall, we had a great stay!

I’m not one who typically leaves a review but Olivia definitely deserves a review. It was for my son’s 18th birthday and when I tell you, everything was so flawless. She was nice enough to help me decorate one of the cabins with happy birthday balloons, and a banner! this gesture really shows me that she goes over and beyond for her customers. I truly appreciate that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making our stay fantastic!

Great communication and a perfect spot

Everything was excellent and absolutely meeting expectations! We only wish the pricing was slightly cheaper for the smaller cabin we reserved. It was a great experience but could be maybe $25 cheaper.
