Comfy house, less storage in kitchen and freezer as it is lived in, but great stay overall.

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

The house was perfect. We attended a conference at the Hilton which was about a 10 minute walk. The house comfortable fit our group. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped. We hope to stay here again next time we have a conference. Thank you for sharing your lovely house!

This location is great, easy walk to downtown Ft Collins and access to the Poudre river trail. It was a perfect base for visiting my daughter who is attending CSU.

Kevin’s place was a great place to stay for our family. It’s in a nice location and neighborhood— there’s a huge park that’s walkable from the house to take the kids to play and everything in town is a quick drive. We loved the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Very family friendly. Kevin and his wife were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Kelsey's place is well priced for what you get. It's very comfortable and spacious with lots of little touches to make it feel like home. We enjoyed the french press, the super comfy bed and new couch. It is a bit noisy given its proximity to a busy road and people moving about upstairs. This is well addressed by the provision of a noise maker and earplugs in the bedroom. You can tell that Kelsey and her team love this place, its very well taken care of and in good condition. It's also easily walkable to Washington's for a show and lots of restaraunts and bars. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Kelsey and team!

Very easy to find and get in - I liked that there was parking provided in an area of 2hr limited parking. Was super close to Washington's where we went to see a concert. So many great food options nearby. I liked how clean and cozy the place was, would absolutely recommend! I appreciate Kate's commitment - the place I originally booked was unavailable and she quickly reached out and provided this space instead for a discount. Amazing service!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our stay in Longmont. The neighborhood was so nice to walk around and close to everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We will stay again.

This was a fun getaway! The space is cozy and beautiful. The windows look out on mountains by daytime, and starry skies by night-time. While eating meals we could see horses, deer, and bald eagles fly by. The hills nearby have great views of the surrounding mountains. There are games and a good collection of DVD movies for entertainment. No cell phone or wifi access, which enhanced the experience for us. The provided breakfast in the morning was robust and delicious, and there was a kettle and coffee machine available. FYI for winter guests: the space is heated by a wood burning stove that does require ongoing feeding of logs, including overnight. Overall great experience, we will probably return with a telescope for even better stargazing!

This is the perfect place to stay for those visiting Fort Collins, especially in the CSU/Old Town vicinity. Everything is within easy walking distance including grocery stores. But the space! . . so cute, so well- stocked, so thoughtfully provided! We loved it! Fred and Carol are great hosts.

We had a great stay. Senesa's home is clean, had plenty of room for the two of us and she answered any questions we had. It was a very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood and not far from Old Town or the mountains.

Leam's treehouse was an incredible place for a little writing retreat. I was honestly obsessed and in love with it in every way. I didn't want to leave. It was super clean and cozy. Unique, with so many thoughtful details. Not generic in any way. Truly a special escape. I will definitely be going back and I want one of these on my property!! Thanks Leam for creating such a magical space that evokes wonder and a sense of comfort and familiarity all at once. Brilliant! Stop thinking about it, and book it now before someone else does.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the laughing squirrel. We were close to everything we had planned on our trip. We were right in town, close to so many restaurants, parks, grocery stores, etc. The house was exactly like the pictures and description. Easy to follow instructions. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Fort Collins area to stay here.

This place was great! We didn’t meet Keri but she always replied quickly to any needs we had. The place was clean, comfy, and close to everything we needed in Fort Collins. Definitely a place we’ll come back to next time we’re on the area.

My husband and I stayed at Kelly’s place for two nights while we explored Fort Collins. The accommodations were just as described and perfect for our needs. Kelly provided detailed directions which made our stay go smoothly. We loved the location, which was quiet yet walkable to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Tyler's Airbnb! It is modern and cozy. The shower was amazing! Tyler was so kind to greet us and make sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
