Amazing Thanksgiving with the family! Very clean and comfortable home. We walked out the front door and found some beautiful hiking trails right away, amazing views and tons of wildlife in every direction. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the front range. Nice big back yard with a smoker / grill and gas firepit. Only minutes from i-25, Buccees, and a Woods Market grocery store.

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

This was a perfect stay for our family with two children. We loved how walkable it was to Old Town and had a library and park right across the street. The decor was super cute and we loved the fire place!

Silvia's place is a very charming, interesting old house. It provides generous space that would accommodate a family gathering, but also has many cosy private spaces that would accommodate those who need to work in private. It's very kid-friendly, with both indoor and outdoor toys and play spaces. It's located in the old established part of town where we could easily walk to parks and downtown restaurants. Silvia responded quickly to our communications and provided answers as needs arose. We would happily come back here if the occasion presents itself.

This house is fantastic. It is roomy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described. We had a couple issues that were completely our fault and Maria took care of them immediately. We had a wonderful visit with family and much of that was because we had such a perfect place to stay. Maria really is a Super Host! 🥰😊 When we visit again, I hope this beautiful home is available! Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

This was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. And the host was a great communicator (even though i wasn’t lol). Overall, just a really positive experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless upon check in and the host was friendly and communicative. The kitchen is small but has all the utensils, pots, bowls, measuring cups, plates, etc. that we needed, and the shower was hot. I think there could be a curtain or frosted glass on the upper bathroom window too, not just the lower one, since you're surrounded by other cabins. Bring your own conditioner (the cabin didn't have any but did have shampoo and soaps). There are no condiments or other items in the fridge left behind from other guests. No big deal but the water didn't taste great to us. If you are also pickier about water taste, you can fill up water bottles at the dispenser inside Colorado Cherry Company down the road if you buy something. Our dog loved this cabin. The patio is fully fenced, and they have poop bag dispensers on property. Thanks for the great stay.

The birch cabin was cozy and comfortable. Heidi was very responsive and friendly. It was great to get to use the snowshoes during our stay.

So booked 2 night stay, it was perfect. Owners left clear instructions which i like and the stream out front followed owners instructions on where to go and got to sit and watch the trout. Was close to estes park and a beautiful drive. Tvs being roku tvs were a huge plus for night time. Hot tub was a perfect 103 degrees. Definitely will book again when in the area perfect amount of away from people but yet close to towns

Had an amazing anniversary weekend. We enjoyed the amenities of the cabin for the first day during a light snow storm. The next day we explored in town with our pup and then came back and enjoyed the fantastic fire pit. Nice spacious yard for our pup with great views. We can't wait to try the cabin out in the Spring/Summer. Heidi was an amazing host and extremely helpful!

We had 2 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pits and star gazing!

My wife and I were so ecstatic about getting to stay at the cabin from Heaven! Our comfort was matched by the true serenity of the flowing stream full of crystal clear glacier water and the joy of seeing different animals enjoying themselves in the area. Really lovely way to both escape from the business of life and get in touch with nature!
