We had a great stay. Lots of natural light and windows, very clean, comfortable furnishings.

Johnny, our host, was outstanding. He provided detailed information well in advance, including clear directions to the property, expectations for our stay, and easy-to-follow instructions for getting inside. He also shared excellent local dining recommendations and useful tips. Throughout our stay, Johnny stayed in touch, checking in to ensure we were comfortable. We had the pleasure of spotting wildlife both in the mornings and evenings, including a daily visit from a group of 15 wild turkeys that would come right up to the house. Watching elk roam across the property was truly a magnificent experience! There is a section of the road that might feel intimidating the first time you drive it, but as long as you take your time and go slow, you'll be fine. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again. The cell phone signal (T-Mobile & AT&T) was spotty, but I had no trouble with texts. The home's Wi-Fi worked good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return.

The home was spacious with cozy and relaxing feel. Comfortable furniture! We flew from California and family from Kansas for a college football game. We were able to check in early, the home had everything we needed, the neighborhood was quiet. My SIL didn’t want to leave the house to go out and eat because it was so relaxing. This was their first time using an Airbnb and they just now booked their next vacation with Airbnb. I highly recommend this home and the hosts!

Easy to find - right off a major highway. Would have loved to have spent more time in the immediate area which was cute but unfortunately we were there for a funeral and all our time was taken up with things to do with the family. 5 bedrooms gave me the room we needed to accommodate my immediate family. Please note, there was no hair dryer which may have just been a fluke since I found hair dryer attachments. Paige was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Cliff was very responsive to all of our inquiries. His restaurant recommendations were spot on.. the neighborhood is a quiet, beautiful community on the Golf Course. The back patio looked over a t-box, and it was nice to relax and watch the golfers. Only a few minutes drive to downtown Loveland to galleries, restaurants and coffee houses. It is a private residence with all of the nice touches of home, and we felt very much at home for our 4 day stay. Would highly recommend.

Shelley was an amazing host and the home was cozy, comfortable and welcoming. The location was beautiful and serene. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great. It snowed while we were there and it was shoveled before we woke up on the morning. I would stay there again.
