Great decision to stay here! Just As described- no surprises and the patio was so nice! Ashley was helpful and the location is top notch for entertainment, relaxing, shopping or a quick trip to the dollar tree or food pickup. This road that runs in front was all you needed to take to each the stampede! Will definitely consider this location again!

Kerri's place was a great place to stay on my friend's and my weekend adventure. The place was very easy to find and had all the amenities for a great stay. Check in was a breeze as the door had a keypad so we just let ourselves in. We loved that the water pressure was good in the unit and had both very hot and cold water. It is in a great location near all the action like the Titanic Museum, Comedy Barn and Frizzle Chicken :). We were sad Dollywood was closed for the season, but I highly recommend staying here if you want to be super close too.

Beautiful space and great location. There was so much to do, my family and I went specifically for Dollywood (right around the corner, we could see the rides and fireworks from the pool) but we could’ve stayed another week + to do all of the other local attractions! The spot was more beautiful than the pictures and I really enjoyed my stay and felt right at home! Also, the washer and dryer in unit was great, we came home with only the laundry on our bodies! A mother’s dream, no laundry after vacation! Would absolutely stay again, thank you for allowing us into your space.

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

Easy process, great location near everything, and lovely, large space. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

Diana did a great job communicating with us through our stay and made sure everything was taken care of. The place was clean and was perfect for our vacation.

The view at Lori’s place is amazing. The location is about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and there is a grocery store 20 minutes away. The condo was supplied with plenty of towels and bed linens and the bed was very comfortable. There is a closet for clothes but you need to bring your own hangers. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies . Be sure to shop for things like salt and pepper and any other condiments you may want. We didn’t use the indoor pool but the sun deck was lovely.

This was our 3rd stay at Chuck’s place, different unit this time. As with our previous stays, everything was clean, comfortable and worked properly. We love the coziness the condos offer while still having plenty of room for our family! The balcony is so peaceful and the sounds of the river make you forget you’re right off the main road. We look forward to our next visit and will stay here again without a doubt.

What an incredible space right downtown! Highly recommend it for anyone that staying in the area!

When booking an Airbnb you have no idea what you are getting. When I booked this condo I had no idea except for the photos. Once we got close to the date to check in the owner Matt reached out and I felt like it was met to be. The location, the place, the fit. And let me tell you about the bed, outstanding! We had the best time at the condo. Even the locals in the area walking their dogs were so friendly. Asking us if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

Beautiful loft in a great part of town—very walkable with a dog park right down the block. I am a heavy sleeper so I did not need the ear plugs but my companion did wake up twice due to the train whistle. I would definitely book again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Great views of UTK. Close walking distance to campus and Cumberland Avenue. Easy to get to and comes with a garage to park your car. Clean place that’s perfect for a short stay for one person or a couple. Would highly recommend!

The whole team was very responsive the entire stay. I appreciated that the place was not overly decorated, it was beautiful. I have small children so lots of decoration calls for lots of stress. I felt safe in the space/location. Directions were clear making for an easy/smooth check in/check out! You get what you see!

Great location for downtown Gatlinburg. Such a close walk to everything you could possibly want to do! Quiet spot away from the main drag which was exactly what we wanted!

This condo was in a great location. It was right off the strip so restaurants, shops, and attractions were all just minutes away. The unit was clean and very well equipped. It had everything to make our family of 5 comfortable and feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay for Ober Mountain visit.

This is our 3rd time using Julie’s homes and we have always had the best experiences, which is why we keep using her! The place is always clean and she’s always helpful. Our daughter loves the jacuzzi tub! She’s replaced the wine cooler with a mini fridge, which is much appreciated. We always have great things to say about Julie’s place! You won’t regret booking. The location is great and we always stay on baskin creek rd.

Renovated, cozy and clean. It was everything that we expected, and it was the best unit that we have stayed at Oak Square, so far.
