Cádiz : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We spent 3 nights here as a family, and we absolutely fell in love with the place! Gabriella has done such an incredible job with creating this natural, flourishing oasis. It felt very private - even though the owner lives in the house connected to ours. The garden is really large and it felt like a fairytale walking around and exploring the land. The views towards the mountains make for such a beautiful backdrop. We had lovely bbq dinners under the wisteria tree 🪻 Would definitely go back!

This house was spectacular! Isabella was wonderful with communication and always quick to respond! The property and the home are gorgeous with beautiful furnishings and we felt right at home. The decor is so lovely, and everything was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful with four young kids who can’t ever keep their clothes clean! We also appreciated all the books and toys in the kids bedroom! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners at the house and a large grocery store was about ten minutes away by car. Since we were there in the off season (December) it was very quiet, but still lovely! Highly recommend staying here and would be really lovely to bring grandparents or other friends to stay in the other homes on the property. Such a fun stay for us and our kids! And the dogs were sweet and left us alone, but my kids loved seeing them walking around. Great stay all around!

Nice place very close to the center of town

La casa es tal cual en las fotos, está en una zona tranquila y está muy bien preparada para pasar temporadas largas. Cualquier duda o problema que tengas Samuel se encarga de intentar resolvértelo lo antes posible. Muy recomendable!

La estancia en el alojamiento de Carmen fue perfecta, el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para echar una estancia muy agradable, tanto el jardín como la piscina son zonas increíbles, pudimos disfrutar de ambas debido al buen tiempo que hizo y fue una gran suerte. Está muy cercano a zonas de supermercados y a la playa a la vez que tiene mucha tranquilidad. La comunicación fue rápida y estuvo muy atenta en todo momento, incluso nos recomendó sitios para ir en Chiclana, Carmen fue encantadora en todo momento. Se nota el esmero que pone en que se tenga una buena estancia, sin duda recomiendo el alojamiento, volvería sin pensarlo dos veces.

On arrival, Ana and Fer greeted us like dear friends, which made us feel right at home and very welcome. As you enter the property, the first thing you notice is the fresh smell of cleanliness and a gentle pleasant aroma of airfresh diffusers. Then, OMG! It's a palace! The place is modern, high tech, bright with high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. The outside is spacious, with soft seating areas, outside kitchen bar and toilet and a stunning large pool. If this was a hotel, it would be 7-star rated. TV's in bedrooms is a bonus, and we had the use of washing machine which was not listed. Ana and Fer left us a welcome gift of the local Sherry which was wonderful and much appreciated. They thought of everything you could possibly need for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen had plenty of condiments, coffee pods and necessary crockery, glassware and utensils. We slept like babies in their comfortable beds, and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The best! Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Chiclana. Die Unterkunft war klasse und auch die Unterstützung durch Javi war sehr gut.

We really enjoyed the place. We chose it because of the garden, privacy, and quiet environment not only for us but especially for our child, and all these expectations were fulfilled. Even though we arrived during cold nights, we were provided with an additional radiator to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic! Just a few minutes walk to the sea, yet in a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy a barbecue in the garden. Communication was fast and friendly-thank you for that! If possible, we would love to come back again!

Estancia maravillosa en el apartamento que coincidía perfectamente con las fotografías del anuncio. Nunca habíamos estado en Estepona y fue un acierto este apartamento porque está situado en una zona tranquila y no escuchas ningún ruido, y es fácil ir al centro andando, o si te cuesta andar llegas en un momento en taxi. La playa del Cristo está a 5 minutos en coche y con muy buen aparcamiento. El piso está impecable y cuidado al detalle. Pernilla es una estupenda anfitriona que en todo momento nos contestaba los mensajes y nos facilitó lugares para ir a visitar. Sin duda, si volvemos a Estepona nos alojaremos en este apartamento.

Charmant petit appartement dans une jolie cour andalouse, très bien situé, proche à pied d’un Mercadona, du vieux centre et de ses rues pittoresques ainsi que du paseo le long de l’immense plage. Je n’ai pu hélas profiter de la belle terrasse compte tenu du mauvais temps. Une prochaine fois j’espère. Merci à Juani qui est très sympathique et a été accueillante et disponible.

Nice apartment located on the beach. A lot of restaurant located around the place. Supermarket in 2 min walking. Apartment has all you may need. Ideal for those who love strong winds) Manuel provided all necessary support.

We LOVED our stay! My husband is already planning to return. It was beautiful to wake up to the sea every morning and have breakfast on the terrace. We used the jacuzzi every night.. I saw two shooting stars! The are pressure in the shower was great. My toddler loved the bath. The washer and dryer was very convenient! We walked south on the coastal path and had smoothies at the American Bistro twice. It was about 2 miles each way. It’s very safe. We visited various cities near by but the old quarter in Estepoña was our favorite. It’s very picturesque. The super market was also close. I was hesitant to book but the rooms looked so dark but the primary bedroom, dining area, and living room all have sliding glass doors that open onto the terrace so it was actually very bright and airy! Also. I was worried about the outdoor access with my toddler but the doors were not easy to open for a child. We met the neighbors too! Very nice people! It was an all around wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Apartamento pequeño pero muy bonito,estaba todo practicamente nuevo y muy limpio,no le faltaba detalle para pasar unos dias agradable,las camas super comodas,la ubicación perfecta para ir a todo los sitios andando”bares,centro,playas” y la amabilidad en la que te aconsejan los lugares para ir.Recomiendo este apartamento 100%.

Macarena ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Terrasse ist groß und ganztägig sonnig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg steht man direkt am Atlantik.

Wij mochten een weekje in dit super fijne appartement verblijven. De locatie is perfect en direct aan zee. Het centrum is op loopafstand. Het appartement is van alles voorzien, koffiezetapparaat, heerlijk balkon, fijne woonkamer, luxe badkamer, en rustige omgeving. Parkeren kon voor de deur en vanaf het balkon konden we zien of er voldoende wind was om te kitesurfen 😃. De host was super behulpzaam en reageerde altijd op alle vragen. Volgende keer kom ik hier zeker terug!

The apartment was just as described. Cozy. Nicely decorated. Awesome ocean view. Very clean and well equipped. Walking distance to Old Town, restaurants and the supermarket. Much more peaceful than touristy places like Malaga. Less than one hour drive to Gibraltar. Easy to catch ferry to Tangier which you can see from the apartment!

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location in Estepona, with incredible views of the city, mountains and sea. Extremely modern and comfortable inside. Maria and Ana were responsive and communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

From the outset communication with Ricardo and Mariana was excellent. The video instructions provided prior to arriving were super helpful. Beautiful spacious apartment and well kept complex. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ricardo, Mariana and not forgetting Rebeca.

La estancia en el alojamiento de Ramón ha sido inmejorable. Limpieza impecable,bonito apartamento muy bien decorado,dos zonas chillout increíbles,aire acondicionado centralizado,Amazon Prime para ponerle pelis a los peques. La verdad que no le faltaba detalle. Ramón muy atento a nosotros en todo momento. Cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo. Urbanización muy tranquila. No le pondría un pero pero si la tuviese que poner quizás la cama d matrimonio es demasiado blanda pero eso es algo muy personal y seguramente a mucha gente le parezca genial. De 1 a 10 d nota le daría un 15 jeje. Gracias Ramón por la estancia.
